The property is clean and with exotic swimming pool and rest area. The rooms are clean and the doors are strong and very safe. The staff is friendly and welcome. It is a walk away from boulders and located not far from Gautrain station.

The place is exceptional. I loved everything about it. Their breakfast was delicious and well served. The staff were very friendly. They catered to all our needs. The place looks better than on the pictures. We had a great time with my friends that we planning our 2nd visit. I already referred others to come visit the place

we enjoyed the breakfast, and it is closer to a mall, Gallagher convention center, taxi rank,and filling station.

just 2 bottle of purified water for guests in a room would do, nonetheless we enjoyed, the accommodation exceeded our expectations.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous before a hard day’s work

Unfortunately the power was off our first night. There was a generator for one light but not to charge phones or laptops and the water was cold. This is tough if you travel for business. The area is not so safe.

The place was beautiful and quite. The rooms had two windows and there was more light coming in and if you open the windows there was fresh air circulating.

The main gate is not automated. Sometimes you find the security not at the gate and you have to come out of your car open the gate.

A complementary breakfast was offered. Nice surprise. Quality of breakfast was excellent. Gardens are fabulous. Sitting areas in the garden is very pleasant. The lock on the door was suburb. Felt safe. Very pleasant experience. Location is perfect for business people working in Midrand.

Shower was dripping, however, the staff did fix it immediately. The garden is full of birds and they pooped on my car.

Rooms are dirty furniture is old and about to break, AC doesn't work, i was given a kettle that someone used and left it there with smelly water, i asked for a clean and better kettle instead i was given the same thing, linens were dirty, some windows dont work properly, the door had a hole, most thing were dirty

I liked the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. I also like the location and accessibility of the guesthouse. The swimming pool and the breakfast is awesome.

I only found the receptionist to be unwelcoming and not so helpful.

Loud early morning church service music on speakers while I was still sleeping on Sunday. The bathroom door had no handle and had to use a blade to open it

I did not have breakfast in the facility

Curtains were not properly hanged,some curtain hooks were off and curtains hanged clumsy. Poor lighting,not even a bed side lamp. No hangers to hang my clothes. Safe not in working order and struggled to get an iron for my clothes.The Staff told me they dont know who took it,got frustrated and only when I asked for a Manager that they went to check in other rooms. During my last evening the neighbours were fighting and swearing at each other. I got up around 1am to that noise and could not sleep afterwards because of their noise.No one came to see or check what was going on. The shower,when I turned the taps to shower-water wouldn't come out immediately.I always had to wait for about +-10 mins before the water actually flows through. I will never book that place again and wouldn't recommend for anyone to stay at.

Breakfast was exotic and the ladies offered an amazing service as it was a father's day plus my daughter birthday I was overwhelmed with all the love given to my people.

Adequate warm bedding, electric blanket for the cold nights, extended hours for blreakfast. Equipment for brewing tea/coffee made colds night manageable. The location was perfect. Several malls within walking distance. Huge parking space and well equipped spa.

Kitchen did not provide food during day and evening.

They weren’t able to find accommodation for me but made sure i was sorted even though I had booked last minute. Super friendly. Super welcoming.

The back up water supply. Midrand is without water so often it seems. I couldn't take a proper shower for 2 days while I was there. I know it's not the hotels fault the water is off, but warm water in winter feels like a necessity

The entrance gate without proper mechanism to open the gate..was like entering dangerous zone place The stuff were rude especially the ladies who were preparing breakfast.. they were so mean and unprofessional very poor service.. I wont see myself again in your place again.. tv was not playing.. we asked for capacino they gave us a horrific and tasteless muddy hot water filled with brown substance i dont know it was coffee or milo... such horrible hospitality 🤮🤮 my 2 days stay was felt like a prison cells no kettle in our rooms yho it was a lot..

Midrand is cold in June. An electric blanket, air heater and hot beverages provide to fight bitting winter. The access door was biometric eliminating hustle of taking care of key

The room that we slept, it was as if is just abandoned back room and the room didn't even have windows the door to the shower was very small you have to go in the shower with one side, the room didn't even have a kettle and fridge bar.. The room was far different from what I have seen when I booked the place

There were disturbing noises in the early hours of the mornings on Sunday.

The room had a smell like a perfume or something was used in the room. Remember as people we react differently on that. I didn't enjoy my night, I was just waiting for sunrise. Cutlery or kettle no available in rooms.

Second room I was moved to was nice but had to pay extra for it. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room booked through booking.com close to reception was bad, desk not usable for laptop, can’t even sit on the chair and work, cables terrible, no DSTV, no kettle in the room. and I asked to be transferred because it was not habitable for me.

I liked the location where you are situated.

First of all, there was no wall plug for the heater. Secondly, I requested a steam iron which I have never received. I had to go to the linen room to iron my clothes. Waking up the following morning I discovered a huge spot of blood on a pillow case when I turned it around and it wasn't mine. Lastly, the breakfast was of a low standard quality. I have been to more than twenty guesthouses in my lifetime in RSA, but your breakfast was the worst I came across. I am just giving you my honest opinion.

The accommodation was unfortunately not up to standard. The door hinge was damaged, which made it difficult to properly close and lock the door. Cleanliness was a major concern—the bed and towels had visible hair on them, and the bedsheets were stained. Additionally, there was a spider on the ceiling, which further detracted from the overall hygiene of the room. Several amenities were either missing or not functional. Although an air conditioner was present, there was no remote provided to operate it. The television was also not working. The bathroom had multiple issues, including a leaking ceiling, a very dirty toilet seat, and no window for ventilation. Furthermore, the bathroom door was difficult to slide closed. Overall, the condition of the accommodation and lack of maintenance made for a very unsatisfactory stay.
