The access card was giving me trouble, I've requested a smoking room but there is no such and you have today outside which is far so there is no point in stating a smoking room if there is no such.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026I really loved the staff and how friendly they were to me. The way my room was so quiet was so exceptional. Their showers are also very perfect after a long day I do miss the shower even after my stay.

I got into a room, but the bed base was so uncomfortable because it was broken and made a lot of noise.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026We booked for people who had been displaced. So inhumane treatment. The lady who took them was completely emotionless. So inhumane. The people had lost all their belongings. Requested them to be taken for at least a night as it was too late. 2200 to be precise. The gentleman really tried, but the lady that night. One of the worst cold-hearted person you can ever have in a team. Was very disappointed, but God was good in it all. Found alternative accommodation for the night for the people.

Reviewed May 5, 2026The property has improved its offerings and now has a free WiFi and coffee. The staff especially Kgomotso is always smiling and friendly. The rooms are clean and with air conditioning that’s new. The location is great with ample parking space.
