Great location across from the beach and lovely pool. Very friendly staff.

10% added charge on to every bar bill.

Having to plug the kettle into the wall underneath my bedside table every time I used it. Having to go and buy sugar and milk at the shop on arrival as the shop was closing in 5 minutes. Then I discovered they didn't sell milk only powdered milk. I fortunately had taken my own coffee. No shampoo and no conditioner. Rather loud disco music 6 nights a week but they did stop at 1100 every night. All the other guests that I saw were really enjoying themselves and I think that I am just used to better quality hotels. But you get what you pay for ....

La posizione per scoprire il nord di Mauritius è favolosa, di fronte alla spiaggia dove puoi nuotare con le tartarughe. I servizi sono ottimi e una nota di merito speciale per la spa: i loro massaggi sono incredibili e rigeneranti.

L’unica cosa che forse migliorerei è la colazione dove inserirei più frutta e la quantità di asciugamani che ne avevamo solo uno a testa per tutto. Ma questo se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli.

The bed could have been firmer (this is a very personal appreciation haha), but overall all was good & clean.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana ad agosto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo dalla camera agli spazi comuni della struttura molto curati. Il ristorante compreso nella mezza pensione con buffet ricco di scelte sia per colazione che cena. Inoltre possibilità di un ulteriore ristorante a pagamento non incluso nella mezza pensione a la carte. Posizione eccellente per visitare il nord dell’isola. Consigliatissimo!

Unica pecca, sarà stato anche merito del meteo non dei migliori nella giornata, l’escursione in catamarano non rimandata nonostante la giornata non fosse consona per un‘uscita in mare.

The Spa experince was a catastrophe. I did not expect teh way the staff member Sophie spoke to us specially in front of my niece who has come from Canada and it was her first visit to a Mauritius Hotel. This has ruined our total experience, specially where i believe if we were tourist we have been treated better whihc is a shame as most of you working are Mauritian

The place is lovely, clean, with very high standards, and super convenient wtih activities on the beach across the street. The guenuine contact with the staff is what made our stay very special though. Loved the Mauritian openness and warmth. They have it just right !

Le personnel est accueillant. Les chambres sont propres et agréables. L’hôtel est calme, bien situé et proche de la plage. L’ambiance est reposante et la piscine est très agréable.

Nous avons été déçus par la restauration. Le buffet manquait de variété, avec beaucoup de plats végétariens et très peu de choix.

My stay at Coin de Mire Attitude was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, it is not a hotel I would return to or recommend. The biggest issue started with Room 511, which had an unbearable smell. I reported it to the staff, and I was told it was probably due to the hotel’s drainage system located nearby and that there was essentially nothing they could do about it. Strangely enough, the air outside the room was much fresher than inside, making it difficult to understand how guests are expected to stay in those conditions. The odor became impossible to tolerate, so I requested a room change. Thankfully, the hotel accommodated my request and moved me to another room. The second room was noticeably better—slightly more spacious, very clean, with a comfortable bed, and, most importantly, free from the terrible smell. One important point for future guests: this is not a beachfront hotel. You have to cross the main road to reach the beach. The good news is that the beach itself is absolutely stunning and was easily the highlight of the stay. What truly let the hotel down was the service. The staff, in general, were neither welcoming nor friendly and seemed to lack professionalism, particularly at reception. Most of the time they barely acknowledged guests, keeping their eyes fixed on their computer screens rather than making any effort to interact. Having stayed at many excellent resorts across Mauritius, I can confidently say this was one of the poorest hospitality experiences I’ve had. Even basic amenities such as a complimentary bottle of water were not provided in the room. Dinner at the hotel’s main restaurant, Le Cap, was equally frustrating. The buffet food itself was genuinely good and deserves credit. However, the service was virtually non-existent. Throughout the meal, no one came to ask if I wanted a drink or needed anything. It was only after I had finished my dessert that a staff member finally approached me to ask whether I wanted some water.

Séjour génial à notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par les personnelles Super chaleureux de notre arrivée au coin de mire altitudes . chambre super propre rien à dire personnelles à l'écoute des clients.nous avons passé 1semaine super génial merci beaucoup ont reviendra chez vous.

Ont aurait aimé un peu plus d'animation le soir. Par rapport à la première fois quand nous étions venu en 2019.au petit déjeuner j'aurais aimé avoir un capochino au lieu du café.

La struttura è accogliente, grande e curata. Camera davvero ampia, con un bel terrazzo. Lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Si potrebbe curare un po' di più la pulizia nella zona ristorante, a volte le tovagliette delle colazione erano un po' sporche. Nota negativa invece sulla gita in catamarano che propongono (a pagamento extra): il catamarano davvero tenuto male, sporco e lo staff non molto simpatico. Ci hanno fatto partire nonostante la giornata incerta, il mare era davvero mosso e molte persone sono state male a bordo.

Very clean, food and buffet was great and tasty, different menu every night a lot of options, rooms have a/c and it’s very close to bus stop.

The only thing we didn’t like is that dinner is included but you have to pay for the drinks, and maybe more activities or karaoke night included would’ve been fun. Cocktails and spa very pricey as well.

Food selection was poor. Food was Luke warm. Both Breakfast and evening Buffet. Room towels were very old and frayed. Beach area was not clean and many stray dogs wondering around.

Personnel très gentil et accueillant, excursions bateau, kayak etc sur la plage offertes très sympa ! La chambre est très mignonne et confortable, le complexe est très beau, on peut jouer aux fléchettes, au ping pong , pétanque, tennis etc Et le petit déjeuner et dîner sont très corrects

J'ai quand même mis 10 car j'ai rien à redire sur l'établissement mais c'est vrai que la chambre donne sur la route très passante comme quasiment tous les hôtels le long de cette route

Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig

Das Abendessen fanden wir für die Qualität und im Vergleich zu Restaurants außerhalb der Anlage relativ teuer DIe Getränke wie Orangensaft und auf die Cocktails waren alle so sehr süß, dass wir sie nicht trinken konnten. Das war in den anderen 4 Hotels, die wir im Anschluss noch besucht haben, nicht so und sollte unbedingt geändert werden

the property is beautiful with a good mauritian experience. all of the staff were very welcoming, warm, helpful and friendly - at the reception, restaurant, pool, taba g and the shaker the drinks are great as well as the rooms they were clean and tidy the pool is not huge, but big enough the menu has 30% vegetarian/vegan options with ingredients and allergens clear on the dishes the dishes as well were great and have a good variety a very great stay - recommended

Le niveau de la qualité proposée, correspondait à ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Dès l’arrivée le personnel d’accueil, via leurs sourires, dynamismes nous aident à entrer pleinement dans les vacances. La réception est top et à l'écoute tout comme l’ensemble du personnel. La pépite de ce séjour a été le dîner chez l'habitant avec la merveilleuse Manuella ainsi que sa famille qui nous a accueilli dans la plus grande des convivialités. Je vous recommande vivement d'expérimenter ce dîner aux saveurs et à l’ambiance typiquement mauricienne.

Le buffet du soir pourrait être amélioré dans sa diversité mais il reste néanmoins très bon et correct.

La propreté dans la chambre. L'interrupteur est sale. Il y avait un odeur des égouts tous le temps dans la salle de bain.

Superb place. The space is really well designed. The rooms, the restaurant area with the pool around it… really beautiful. Food was fabulous and so much choice. The staff was exceptional! Everyone was super friendly (felt genuine not the shallow hospitality version).The musician they had on in the evenings where fab. Great value for the price i got it for. Everything was great.

Not anything the hotel has control of… but worth mentioning…. the water of the beach was not very clean when I was there. Maybe it was a seasonal thing. But the water was muddy. And I wasn’t fan of all the boats anchored on the beach. But seems to be normal on a bunch of beaches in the area.

La diversité des repas

Nous avons adoré l'hôtel, son emplacement, sa taille; notre chambre était très confortable à l'étage. Le personnel est adorable, merci à l'équipe du Bar pour leurs cocktails et gentillesse. Même chose pour le Spa. La piscine est très agréable, la plage nois avons adoré, typique, la route n'est pas problématique à traverser.

Petit point moins positif, le buffet du restaurant le soir,, très bon mais manque un peu de variété. Petit déjeuner parfait.

L'hôtel est très agréable, le personnel au top, la gentillesse Mauricienne;, la chambre était très bien. La piscine, très bien également. La plage est typique comme nous aimons, la route n'est pas problématique à traverser. Merci à l'équipe du Bar, ils sont au top, merci également à la masseuse du Spa ☺️, adorable.

Un petit point moins apprécié sur le buffet du restaurant le soir; tout est très bon mais manque un peu de variété.

Tout est agréable à vivre un etablissement proche de la plage avec des activités multiples le personnel toujours souriant, a nos petits soins ...

Det luktade mögel från duschen. Jag väcktes av en brännande känsla på handen och upptäckte att jag hade sovit med en typ av skalbagge. Kunde inte somna om, och natten därefter var inte så rogivande.

Coin de Mire Hotel is both charming and comfortable, with spacious rooms that enhance the overall stay. The food was good, although the buffet would benefit from a wider variety of options. The Restaurant Manager, Mr. Vish, was very helpful and provided excellent support.

However, I did not feel it offered good value for money. For the standard of the hotel, the price seems relatively high, especially as I have stayed at similar hotels in the surrounding area at significantly lower rates. The hotel is not located directly on the beachfront, as there is a public tarred main road between the hotel and the beach, which guests need to cross to access it. Moreover, that beach area is not ideal for swimming. I also noticed some inconsistencies in how guests were attended to. It is important that all guests, whether Mauritian or international, are treated with the same level of courtesy. At the Taba-J outlet, we requested some snacks and were informed that they would be prepared “if time permitted,” which was somewhat unexpected. We also noticed that although we were seated first, another family who arrived after us was attended to before us, resulting in a longer wait on our side. I also observed some differences in the onboarding experience. In our case, the process felt quite rushed, whereas during my stay, I noticed that foreign guests experienced a more relaxed and thorough welcome.

Le personnel de la sécurité et les femmes de ménage digne d'un accueil Mauricien . Gégé responsable du bar avec un autre responsable après nous avoir demandé notre avis, ont fait le maximum pour corriger les défauts de services.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'accueil, rendez-vous à 9 h du matin pour les explications de fonctionnement de l'hôtel, nous attendons encore. Le personnel à l'accueil, les barmans pas digne d'un accueil Mauricien. Manque d'animation.

Rummen samt hotellområdet var som helhet okej även om en viss uppfräschning behövdes.

1. Personalen var under stora delar av vistelsen helt tafatta och inte alls på tårna när det gällde service. Många såg dessutom helt ointresserade ut och verkade inte som att de ville vara där. 2. Maten är tyvärr alldeles för dålig och variationen är direkt usel. Vi hade helpension och kunde genom detta se ett mönster att samma saker användes om och om igen på buffén. Oftast var saker slut och ingen påfyllning gjordes. 3. Om man vill åka till Mauritius för avkoppling och ha ett lugnt och skönt boende, välj då inte detta. Det är stökigt på stora delar av anläggningen och det är ingen större avkoppling att vara på hotellets område. 4. Poolerna var inte rena och verkade inte rengöras dagligen. Det låg skräp i dem och fokus verkade mer ligga på att göra rent plattorna och solstolarna. Detta gjordes också när det var fullt av gäster som ville sola och bada.

Déçue par le manque de qualité de la nourriture (niveau Flunch) Déçue par le manque d'organisation Déçue par le personnel pourtant les mauriciens sont très accueillants mais ils ne vous regardaient même pas et il fallait demander plusieurs fois si on voulait avoir même de l'eau. Si on allait au shaker bar, on pouvait attendre très longtemps pour passer commande alors qu'il n'y avait presque personne. Il n'y avait que le personnel des chambres qui disaient Bonjour ou vous souriaient On avait l'impression d'être dans un hôtel sans expérience avec du personnel à tous les niveaux non motivé Beaucoup de regrets d'avoir choisi cet établissement

Hôtel cosy, petit mais agréable à vivre, familiale. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à quelque chose de très luxueux comme on peut retrouver bien souvent à Maurice.

Le repas du soir était catastrophique tout le long du séjour. Buffet vraiment pas bon, et très peu de choix. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était légèrement mieux. Pour moi, le gros point faible c’était vraiment le restaurant.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut! Auch der Strand und die angebotenen Wassersportaktivitäten sind toll. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen sind wirklich sehr lecker und es gibt eine tolle Auswahl.

L'hôtel est bien placé en face de la plage. Bon service de plage avec une mention particulière pour Techno qui a été très serviable durant tout notre séjour. Aussi une mention pour Bharati très efficace dans l'entretien de notre chambre.

Il manque un service touristique compétent pour orienter les demandes des clients.

The hotel was always very clean and with very approachable staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The little shop to stock your minibar was a very nice touch when all inclusive you get a water and 2 other drinks each per day. All the for was fresh and delicious with a massive variety each mealtime. Set menu at lunch time was a nice break to the buffet at breakfast and dinner. Will definitely be back here one day, brilliant location and the beach just a 1 minute walk from reception t most. The glass bottom boat was a nice thing to be included in the price of the hotel, not sure if its extra if you are not all inclusive as we were. The beach was very wet kept and quiet pretty much all the time with a Ponton you can swim out to easily.

The only thing we can think of is the pool needed to be cleaned a little more often but we did have a lot of rain towards the end of our stay.

Nähe zur Straße; Straßenlärm am Pool sowie auf dem Zimmer zu hören; Straße musste überquert werden um an Strand zu kommen.
