Very nice hotel, everything was good, it is a little bit far from the haram. But overall experience was nice

Amazing

Hotel was appalling, the rooms were unclean and dirty. Staff was nice and relatively helpful. Masjid al Nabawi is over two miles away from this place - inconvenient. The ‘24/7’ shuttle bus is disgusting, unclean no ac. Imagine 40°c+ with no ac, literal torture. Dont go and spend a little more money. Jzk

Great property! Check in attendant was a bit rude but one of the workers was there to make the experience very smooth

Everything was amazing. Only draw back that it is very far from Haram. No way if you can walk that far.

I was staying 2 night and want to book 3 more night. Great hotel such transportation to Haram, cleaned and they are friend peaple.

I would definitely recommend this place. In our own experience, we had a very good stay for many reasons like: 1- Hospitality at its best. 2- The staff are super friendly, welcoming, warm, helpful and professional. 3- The hotel is very quiet. 4- Clean rooms, bathroom, furnishings…..etc. 5- Restaurant is available on site and can be delivered to your room. 6- Budget Friendly. 7- Shuttle bus is available to take you to the Haram. We will be definitely going back there if we are visiting Madina-Saudia Arabia.

Too many issues with clogged toilets. They moved us to too rooms same problems. Shuttle treating times not reliable

From the entrance to the hotel room Faraj Al Madinah doesnt disappoint. The checkin experience was very warm and welcoming and an easy process to say the least. Along with the cozy bed and soothing shower with exceptional doorbell service you couldnt ask for a better place to rest while visiting this cherished city. Not to mention a 5 star buffet if your hungry during Ramadan. Great Stay!

An overall exceptional hotel.

Great place to stay in you’re in a budget, great stuff and helpful, clean rooms and comfortable beds, only reason I gave it 4 ⭐️ only it’s because the bus shuttle is not 24/7 otherwise loved my stay here.

Hôtel loin à pieds mais avec une navette gratuite disponible pour toutes les prières vous êtes dans le HARAM ALNABAOUI en 10 à 15 minutes dans le parking B10 sous la mosquée. Vraiment pour ceux qui hésitent, foncez c'est pratique et en plus leur petit déjeuner était varié, copieux et vous avez de l'énergie pour toute la journée.

It was a great experience staying at Faraj Al Madina.

Not fare from Medina haram sharif,suttle service available but limited more gap time , but drop you at very close on the doorstep to Medina haram ,very convenient but after Maghreb don’t wait for long time so you miss the shuttle and wait till ISHA last shuttle 9.10 PM ,hotel should have every half hour but long gape time table shuttle.

Very nice just shuttle doesn’t go all the time so I took taxi for 10 riyals which is still cheap.

Nice and quiet suburban location. Good transport to Haram. Great food and some good amenities at walking distance.

Hôtel très convenable dans l'ensemble. on a malheureusement rencontré un assez grave problème avec nos toilettes bouchées. Sinon l'hôtel est assez loin du haram. néanmoins navette à disposition qui fournit un service minimum.

People was so nice and great to help with other thing like booking taxi and buying think i like to say thank you all from my heart staff and worker the worker was mr naseer it went out to help me and my family

Overall it was a complete package of top service, room size including and breakfast. Hotel is around 10min drive from Masjid e Nabawi by taxi costing 10-15 riyal. Hotel has its own very good shuttle service and drop you right inside the haram.... They were all amazing 👏

Oldukça ilgisizdiler , iki gece kaldım oda hiç temizlenmedi.

Stayed there for 4 nights, hotel is far from the Prophet’s Mosque and their shuttle service was average. Room was average, no microwave, no iron with iron board and the refrigerator was really tiny. Bathroom was a real mess, its door wasn’t closing and the shower area didn’t have any curtain or cover to stop the shower water from coming out to the sink area. Breakfast was average as well, tasteless & cold and the staff in the breakfast area was weird & rude. Checking out was really disappointing, if your flight is late or for some reason you wanna checkout few hour late, they’ll charge you for the whole day and the amount would be doubled. They don’t care about your circumstances, all they care about is money. We’re definitely not going back to this hotel. At this price you can get better options near the mosque. The money you pay here isn’t worth it at all.

Great hotel for solo travellers or even families. Have regular shuttle to Masjid e Nabwi.

Not really close to the masjid al nabvi , gym needs more equipment , a lot of noise coming from the staff and the walls are hallow

Old but Gold. Hotel has a shuttle to Madinah munawara masjid.. Free breakfast. What is there to complain?

بصراحة الفندقجيد جدا و مريح جدا و نظيف و التعامل جيد حدا والباصات للحرم منتظمة جدا في المواعيد اكيد رحاحجز فيه الرةرالقادمة عند قدومي لاداء الععمرة باذن الله

Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but some extra TLC can make it even better. Would still recommend.

Es gibt 1 Stern Abzug, die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte leider unvollständig, es werden Handtücher etc vergessen, deshalb nur 4 von 5. Rezeption ist super (5 Sterne ) geben ihr bestens, wenn das übrige Team (Küche und Reinigungspersonal) ebenfalls mehr Motivation zeigen würden, dann wären definitiv 5 Sterne möglich. Zum Frühstück, ihr müsst mehr auf Qualität achten, es muss nicht immer viel sein, manchmal ist weniger manchmal besser... ich weiß es ist schwer, verschiedene Nationalitäten unter ein Dach zu bekommen... aber für alles gibt es eine Lösung. Diesbezüglich hätte ich da eventuell einige Verbesserungsvorschläge Liebe Grüße und Viel Erfolg

Its a good hotel but remote location for visiting masjid al nabi.

It’s a good experience warming reception clean rooms excellent staff, I enjoyed my stay and whenever I plan to come will surely book this hotel.

Stayed with family for a day. Very good services and shuttle to Madinah masjid for prayers. Food was averaging in breakfast buffet and need to improve in variety.

No hot water available for shower, just lightly warm water?? Otherwise not bad but maybe a bit higher price for the location and the

Hotel is nice and room is spacious and clean. Area is not close to harm but they have shuttle which is very convenient, staff was so nice and gave us welcome fruits. If you are visiting haram it is better to go to closer hotel, but if you need a nice stay in Medina for reason other than visiting haram it is nice place to stay. Breakfast was very good.
