Lo que mas nos gusto fue la decoración del hospedaje, no recomiendo llegar de noche al hospedaje porque al estar situado en el corazón de la medina es muy difícil orientarse.

Lo que mas incomodo resulta que es el baño compartido se encuentra en otra planta diferente a la de la habitación.

La maison reste fraîche même sans utiliser la climatisation. La cuisine est assez bien équipée, notamment pour se préparer des plats simples. La terrasse sur le toit est un plus lorsque l'on veut se relaxer en fin de journée. Le personnel est sympathique. N'en ayant pas eu besoin, je ne peux évaluer sa réactivité. J'avais une chambre à haut plafond, meublée de manière basique, mais suffisante. Le tarif était très intéressant pour un séjour en haute saison.

Le Riad Dar Hanae n'est pas assez fléché dans la Medina de Tétouan, surtout comparé à d'autres établissements. Sinon, je n'ai guère d'avis critique à émettre.

Le Riad est très bien situé, en plein dans la Médina et à 5 min du Palais royal. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Mouad nous a très bien accueilli et il y'a une cuisine et un lave linge au RDC. Le riad a gardé son authenticité.

Le riad n'est pas connu des locaux, il est difficile de le trouver le premier jour. Pour les prochains routard, c'est en face de l'ancienne prison en cours de réhabilitation (non occupée).

The King Room was lovely with beautiful decorations. The bed was enormous. All very comfortable. The shared bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Mohamed and Sabrin were very helpful.

Io avevo dei grossi problemi a camminare e non sono riuscita a raggiungere la struttura ma loro sono stati gentilissimi e uno dello staff mi ha accompagnato a una struttura più facile da raggiungere

I loved my stay at the riad, everything was clean, the home smelled good all the time, the kitchen had everything I needed, it was calm and peaceful. The room was clean and mattress comfortable. Mouad and Mohamed were both so nice and helpful, I had the best night of my life on the terrace ♥️…yes I 100% recommend and will certainly come back

L emplacement en plein dans la médina + l accueil. Mouad est très serviable et fait tous les efforts pour que ton séjour se passe bien. Et l autre personne par WhatsApp est très disponible pour toute question + c est propre la salle de bain du bas waouhh rien à dire !!!

Tout était parfait, la chambre est magnifique et très propre, la climatisation marche à merveille, la salle de bain est aussi très belle et très propre. L’hôte nous a accueilli et a répondu à toutes nos demandes ! De plus, il est parfaitement placé, au calme ! Je conseille fortement !

We were very happy with our stay at Dar Hanae. It’s a small Riad in the heart of the Medina with a very nice terrace and stylish interior. We loved the big comfortable bed and the bathrooms were spacious as well. The place felt clean and safe and staff was responsive when we needed something. We were able to do laundry there and the room had AC. Great value for money

El Riad está bien ubicado dentro de la medina, cerca del palacio Real. Tiene una terraza arriba que es una maravilla.

Las escaleras de acceso a la planta de arriba está muy inclinada y los baños tienen un acceso difícil. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle de la medina y era muy ruidosa.

Riad bien situé dans la médina, la chambre était spacieuse et très jolie et avec la Clim. Il y a une cuisine et un frigo à la disposition des voyageurs.

Le salle de bain du haut n’était pas très propre et aujourd’hui ce Riad n’est pas très vivant et ressemble plutôt à un Airbnb. Il n’y a personne à l’accueil, mais plutôt quelqu’un qui vient juste vous donner les clés et c’est tout. Pas de petit dej du coup non plus comme ça à l’air d’avoir été le cas avant.

Lo que mas me gusto es que se encontraba en el centro de la medina con una terraza donde se estaba fenomenal por la noche y que estaba muy limpio

Que el baño estaba fuera de la habitacion pero como eramos pocos era casi particular

La chambre est petite, elle fait 7 m2 (et non pas 3m2 comme dans l'annonce). Suffisant pour dormir. Salles de bains propres, fonctionnelles. Mohammed est ponctuel et réactif. Globalement, une bonne adresse.

Il faudrait 1 rideau opaque à la fenêtre. Sinon, on est en vue directe depuis la terrasse. Le lieu dans la Médina n'est pas évident à trouver, même avec un GPS. Qui fonctionne mal dans les rues étroites et couvertes.

La beauté de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel et la vue de la terrasse.

Honnêtement j’ai adoré mon séjour dans l’établissement je reviendrais sûrement !

The host is very responsive and attentive. He sent Said to help me find the Riad which was highly appreciated as the maze of the Medina can be a bit intimidating. Both were extremely professional and the process was seamless The king size room is huge, the biggest i had throughout my stay in Morocco. High ceilings and comfy bedding.

The downstairs area of the Riad is very dark . Better lighting/decor would help a lot in making a good first impression

La proximité du souk, la ville, l'accueil, la mise en sécurité de nos vélos (nous voyageons en velo), le grand lit, la salle de bains (commune mais très bien équipée).

Le grand lit était confortable mais laissait peu de place pour ranger nos affaires....

We had a nice stay in this beautiful road in the heart of the Medina.

It should be clearly mentioned in the description that the bathrooms are shared with three other apartments. It came as a surprise to us ( a family with two kids). We wouldn’t have chosen this place if we knew that it is shared. Nonetheless it was clean and it went just fine.

Very well modernised riad. There are two bathrooms shared between the 5 or so rooms, and they are big, modern bathrooms with great shower etc. The kitchen is very well equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, lots of utensils. A common/dining area with enough room to store a bicycle or two. Quite a few stairs. The queen rooms look lovely and spacious. My room had a window, huge, comfortable bed, table, a coat stand, sidelight, electric points. The location is great: be ready for one of the busiest parts of the medina, and...it actually has a sign outside! I don't understand some reviews going on about the hospitality - there's no-one there most of the time. It's basically like an airbnb, which suited me. Helpful Saad is on hand via WhatsApp if you need anything, but it isn't a homestay, hotel or hostel setup. Quiet at night. Really nice rooftop. Free laundry. So, in many ways, truly excellent...

... but, on the downside, my 'superior double' room had very little free space not taken up by the bed. Just enough room to open the door and put down a bag or two. The place is not cleaned regularly e.g. kitche/roof bins not emptied for a few days. The thick riad walls mean that wifi is very weak in the rooms at the top of the house. The bathrooms are on different floors than the bedrooms. So, pretty good value overall.

Excellent location in the old city. Staff are helpful and friendly.

One bathroom and in the 0 floor. Parking is far from the Dar, if you carry luggage, you have to rent somebody to carry.

Ficámos encantados com a estadia no Riad Dar Hanae! A casa é uma autêntica joia da Medina de Tetouan, cheia de charme e história, mas com o conforto de uma remodelação recente e muito bem cuidada. O estilo tradicional foi preservado com elegância, criando um ambiente acolhedor e único. O Saad, nosso anfitrião, foi incrivelmente atencioso. Além de nos receber com muita simpatia, deu-nos dicas valiosas sobre a cidade, desde os melhores locais para comer até aos cantinhos escondidos da Medina. Foi um verdadeiro diferencial na nossa experiência!

Todo nos encantó de este alojamiento la Decoración era muy bonita y la ubicación es perfecta , saad nos ayudó en todo y nos dio una cálida bienvenida, sin duda volveremos!

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Los baños pese a ser compartidos, estaban muy bien.

Al dar la habitación a la calle, a veces hay ruido para dormir.

Nous n'avions pas vu que les sanitaires etaient communs et pas sur le même pallier que la chambre. C est precisé sur booking mais pas tres clairement. Quand on regarde les photos de la chambre on a l impression que la douche est dans la chambre. Endroit assez bruyant jusqu'a 22h30. Riad sans vie car le personnel local n y vit pas. Tres peu de place autour du lit car entre 2 murs. Juste une chaise pour poser ses vetements. Obligé de faire secher la serviette sur l armoire. Porte d entrée super galère a ouvrir avec la clé Pas de petit dejeuner inclus. Pas de coup de coeur pour ce riad.

Youness muy atento con nosotros. Se encargaron de organizar nuestra recogida en el aeropuerto y de reservar una furgoneta para el traslado a nuestro siguiente destino. El Riad está genial, en varias alturas y los niños lo han disfrutado mucho. Localizado dentro de la Medina, ideal para callejerar. Sin duda, repetiríamos si nos volvemos a hospedar en Tetuán.

We loved the beautiful interior that gave us a taste of typical Moroccan architecture. And being in the heart of the medina was a very special experience.

En plena medina. Reformado, bonito, acojedor. Tiene cocina por si te quieres hacer algo. Dos baños compartidos. Tiene terraza. El dueño nos atendio por telefono y fue muy amable y disponible. Nos ayudo con el taxi para el aeropuerto y el chico del hotel nos acompaño para salir a tiempo de la medina.

Las almohadas duras. Huele un poquito como a humedad pero es el olor de toda la medina. Se oye todo. Para una o dos noches bien

Todo mal. Hicimos una reserva para 2 personas por una habitacion doble. Avisamos el horario en que llegaríamos y no había nadie. tuvimos que esperar un tiempo. Nos abrieron otros huespedes y en ese tiempo subí a conocer la habitación. Es tan solo lo que se ve en la foto. una cama encajonada y nada más. No hay espacio para maletas ni nada más, es una cama entre 3 paredes y un espacio muy chico al pie de la cama. Cuando finalmente llegó un trabajador, nos dijo que la reserva era para una sola persona y que debíamos pagar el doble (una habitacion mucho mejor para esa misma noche y para 2 personas salía lo mismo que habíamos pagado y él mismo tomó una foto de booking para mostrarle al dueño) Dijeron que era un error común de booking que salga para una sola persona. jamás me pasó eso en 40 países recorridos. En lugar de ofrecernos que cancelemos la habitacion sin cargo y volvamos a reservar para que salga correctamente para 2 personas nos retuvieron mucho tiempo con mucha mala onda mientras decidian si perdíamos o no el dinero. Un desastre todo. Finalmente aceptaron la cancelación gratuita, nos fuimos a otro Riad por el mismo precio a menos de 200 metros, con desayuno incluído, un palacio hermoso, una belleza por donde se lo mire, la habitación más grande en la que estuve, me sentía una reina y excelente atención. Lo mejor de Marruecos. Busquen mejor.

Limpio,una estancia tranquila y bonita, el baño de abajo relajante como hammam ,el de arriba muy limpio, terraza bonita. Muy cerquita de la entrada a la medina. Importante!!! comunicación antes de adentrarse !! porque no suele haber mucha cobertura y pedir que os recojan en el punto acordado , importante!!.

Volia passar la nit al cor de la part antiga de Tetuan i aquest riad m'ha encantat. Un noi molt atent m'ha vingut a buscar fora de la Medina per acompanyar-m'hi. He tingut un contratemps a l'hora de fer la reserva i el gerent m'ha ajudat a resoldre-ho molt amablement. La relació qualitat preu és excel·lent. Les instal·lacions i l'atenció són molt bones. L'habitació m'ha encantat, és molt confortable i està decorada amb molt de gust. No deixis de pujar a la terrassa, hi ha unes vistes de la ciutat genials.

I’ve read the review about that the location is difficult to find, but the staff Saad has texted us on WhatsApp beforehand and came to pick us up from the gate located near by, We didn’t even get lost.

Шум с медины (проходящие мимо люди поют, громко разговаривают), все очень хорошо слышно; Не сразу смогли найти вход. Просим при бронировании отправлять видео, как вас найти.

أعجبني الموقع آمن و قريب لوسط المدينة و ايضا المعاملة الجميلة من طرف سعد شخص لطيف جدا وبشوش و يمكنه مساعدتك في أي شيء ، و ايضا نظافة المنزل و هدوئه

Location, value for money, beds

Très bonne expérience au Riad Dar Hanae. Au coeur de la médina authentique de Tetouan, il permet vraiment d'être au coeur de la vie locale. Le riad est très très propre. La communication avec Mohamed était super. Le riad est sobre et joli, avec une magnifique vue en toiture. à savoir les salles de bains sont partagées, mais comme il y a peu de chambres ça ne pose aucun problème. Super rapport qualité/prix.

La ubicación. Estar dentro de la Medina dificulta acceder al Riad. Pero así son las Medinas, complicadas cuando no las conoces.

Beautiful, recently renovated old riad with gorgeous bathrooms, comfortable rooms, and a great terrace and rooftop view. Well equipped kitchen and everything was spotless.

Room was very small, with no storage space, making it awkward to manoeuvre even with our two small backpacks. Great location, but very difficult to find.
