- Near to Masjid Al Nabawi - Walkable Distance - Value for Money
- New Furniture. But, Very low quality - Staff behaviour is VERY RUDE
Cleaning not good Parking with high fees Smell not good
The location was good with the View of Green Dome.
Parking at 50SAR per day , the beds were not comfortable as compared to other hotel's, i was expecting 90x180 , but they were less than that, bed seems very old. i Didnt knew they were charging for parking before the booking.
It was in general ok for a very short stay.
Lights could be repaired in the room I stayed. No hair dryer. No landline to call the reception. No towels. Seperate charge for parking.

Nothing to like.
Absolutely Disgusting - Stay Far, Far Away! My recent stay at the Roya Alandalus was nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to the appalling lack of hygiene. From the moment I entered my room, it was clear cleanliness was not a priority. The surfaces were dusty, and there was a general air of neglect that made me uneasy. However, the real horror began when I discovered bed bugs. Yes, you read that right. Bed. Bugs. Crawling on the mattress. It was utterly revolting and made for a truly sleepless night filled with itching and disgust. To the hotel's credit, when I reported the issue, they did change the bed sheet. However, simply changing a sheet does not eradicate a bed bug infestation, and the fact that this was even an issue in the first place is completely unacceptable. The entire room, and likely the entire hotel, needs a deep and thorough cleaning and pest control. The experience left me feeling unclean and frankly, quite disturbed. The thought of those pests is still making my skin crawl. Despite the sheet change, I absolutely cannot recommend anyone stay at the Roya Alandalus. The severe hygiene issues and the presence of bed bugs make this hotel a health hazard and a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the discomfort and find accommodation elsewhere. You'll thank me later.
Very affordable
Parking was not included Also it took a long time to reach there by car as due to construction the google map was not easy to follow
Its a nice Hotel , good staff , Good reception and Cafeteria . My Check out time was 2:00 pm but they coperate with me by giving extra time free of cost as my Train was on 5:50
All is good
Just the location even though I still went and booked another hotel close because of how rude the staff were
Everything else the lift the room the staff specially. They are very rude and backchat everything you say I asked a question the guy replied like in the most rudest way back I asked him why he’s replying like that and he rolled his eyes and started giggling. I hated the place and the staff they don’t give a *beep* about you so anyone reading this please go somewhere else and I’ve mentioned it to my millions on insta and YouTube so hopefully the guy that was rude to me your welcome *he was the Egyptian guy in the front desk*
Location was ok, not far from prophet’s masjid/ about 10 minutes walk. The view was very beautiful from the window.
The level of cleanliness was very poor. Obvious food waste inside the bathroom sink drain. Bed sheets and duvet covers were dirty. Walls are stained. TV didn’t work. Light switches not working properly. Chairs were dirty. Control unit for AC was so high to reach. The air conditioning panel next to the tv was fake. Room has not been made ready before arrival. We had to ask for towels/ tea and sugar on arrival. No coffee was provided. Mattresses and beds were different levels with some lower than usual that we had to ask for replacement. Staff not really keen on providing good customer service/ only giving you things you are entitled to when you ask for it.The drawer next to the fridge didn’t close properly. The doorbell outside didn’t work. We had to ask to change rooms three different times only to find the least dirty room. The pillows were placed on top of the charger sockets which is a fire hazard. There was a hole in the wall from a missing light. The elevator had a bad stench of rotten chlorine.🤢🤢🤮🤮
Location.
Room was not clean, bed, pillows and quilt wasn't clean towels were provided on request
?????
???????
Staff are very professional and helpful. Hotel Manager Mr. Adel was very professional, polite , and extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant service ( external company)is extremely bad , unprofessional and not polite, also breakfast charges are overpriced..
Restaurant service
No Tv dislike and Wifi and good location to Haram I like it
Nothing at all I had reach yesterday at hotel at w pm. . I have suffered a lot 3 hour's with my parents and family. Despite the confirmation of booking they have refused to give us room and send us to other Andalus hotel. The staff over the other hotel refused to accommodate us. They send us to another one. What pathetic service and behaviour is this. Thorough miss management.
Later after the 4 hours struggle we have managed to get one. But the poor parents has suffered unimaginably worse. My father is a heart patient, his condition get effected due to moving here n there and heat conditions. Who is responsible for this pathetic mis management. You all did this to hajji and people who came to visit our beloved Prophet. Please for God Sake don't tease people like this. Try to facilitate if they have make a confirmed booking. Compensate us for inconvenience, mis management and travel expenses to move from more than 2 hotels. Try to not do this with anyone please.
Have not towels in room. No coffee maker, drinking water, and lift not good. Bedsheets cover have stains.
Nothing
Bad matress no towel have to asked for towels. Wash basin tap broken
Lift was not working Had room on 8th floor And the toilet on lobby floor was not working
I made my reservation and I had informed about my late check-in, when I arrived at 1 am, hotel staff mentioned that all rooms are full and I have to wait until 4 pm… i was left with no option except finding another place to stay
I’ll make this small, the only thing good about the place is that it’s near the mosque, period.
Nice location, near to Alharam
Poor service, lift not working, we had to go to 10th floor by stairs
The overall stay was okay, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The room didn’t feel fresh, and the bed sheets looked used — which is unacceptable when checking in with a new booking. Housekeeping needs to ensure that the rooms are properly cleaned and that fresh, clean mattress sheets are provided for every guest.
I booked the hotel but when I reached room was not available
The room I booked was supposed to have 5 beds, I was given a room with 4 beds. It was dirty and no one showed up to clean the room during my entire stay. The entire building and lobbies were dirty, I was charged for parking on a per day basis while the hotel had its own parking. Lifts were only 2 and the building is 10 floor so it creates chaos at lift entry. On my second date there was some issue with a large group and they were sitting in front of my room and making a lot of noise and fighting. The only good thing was the location, the building is poorly managed and once you get into the room the service is zero.
One of the worst hotel experiences ever. The lift was down for 4–5 hours until late at night, and access to washrooms was restricted, creating complete chaos. People were waiting outside and sleeping on floors. They failed to communicate properly and didn’t make any effort to help or inform guests. Families with kids and elderly people were expected to climb up the floors using staircase without support. On top of that, they were hesitant to provide even basic towels and hygiene items. Cleanliness was poor, lighting was bad, and the overall management was absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.

The hotel we booked was full and they are asked to move to there other hotel which was in 1 KM distance, but then in the new hotel they didn’t have same 5 beds configuration they had only 3 beds and hotel staff was so rude that straight away he was asking us to cancel out booking from booking.com
