Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Beautiful and comfortable hotel with excellent VIP rooms and outstanding service. The staff were super friendly, cooperative, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent and very near to Khana Kaaba, which made our visit very convenient. Staff Members Mr Saud, Mr Naeem and Mr Khurshid they are very Professional and efficient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026I stayed at Mirage Al Salam Hotel in Madinah from 31 August to 3 September, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (Haram), which made it very convenient for visiting the mosque. The breakfast was also good, with a reasonable variety of options. Considering that this is a two-star hotel, I found it to be very good value for money. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you to the hotel staff for making my stay comfortable.
I honestly have nothing negative to mention, especially considering the hotel’s category and price. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, affordable hotel close to the Haram in Madinah.

Location is near and convenient to enter for 1st floor bridge. One of best property in terms of staff services.
It’s slightly elevated location so may be difficult for old peoples to go up and people on wheel chair.

Son muy amables y muy pendientes. Además muy cerca del haram la mezquita y todo. La ubicación es excelente. Muchas gracias por todo.
Necesita un poco de mantenimiento y obra. El bufé un poco escaso.

Staff were not friendly, especially the reception staff. It took them five reminders on the same day to clean our room. Taps in the washroom were leaking, hair dryer wasn’t working (which they changed upon request), shower head was broken, breakfast options were not good, the public toilets for ladies on mezzanine floor what under maintenance and the reception desk didn’t know about it, what kind of hotel are they running?
