The location is nice.

The room is too small and without any window, the bed is not comfortable and you listen all you neighbours. You can't leave or enter inside without personnel. But ofter they are absent. You need to wait. It is not so comfortable.

El hotel estaba completo y nos dieron una habitación cerca de la estación que es como un Airbnb y era realmente precioso cómodo y nuevo esta habitación tenía muy bueno el colchón y almohadas el trato del dueño y empleados inmejorable. Los recomiendo.

No kettle, water, shower was tiny, no kettle or tea/coffe facilities. Not enough pillows. Funny smell. For €120, that’s very poor.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful, and attentive. However, the hotel itself was a bit old and could use some maintenance. The room also needed some upkeep, especially the air conditioning, which is absolutely essential during the summer season

Voglio però spezzare una lancia a favore di due aspetti positivi fondamentali: la posizione centralissima, vicinissima alla ferrovia e comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città, e soprattutto la disponibilità e la gentilezza eccezionale del personale, sempre accogliente e pronto a dare una mano per qualsiasi cosa.

Ho soggiornato due notti all'Hotel De Ross i di Bari e, a differenza di altre esperienze ben più piacevoli, qui purtroppo ci sono diversi aspetti che non vanno. La struttura è molto vecchia e avrebbe urgentemente bisogno di un profondo svecchiamento e rinfrescata generale. Le camere sono datate e presentano diverse criticità: in alcune si nota della muffa negli angoli con il conseguente odore sgradevole, e i climatizzatori sono vecchi, ingialliti e faticano a funzionare correttamente. A peggiorare le cose, la disposizione dei bagni che affacciano su una tromba interna è davvero infelice, con totale assenza di circolo d'aria. L'atmosfera generale, a tratti quasi "macabra", non è aiutata da un rapporto qualità-prezzo che purtroppo non torna: non è economica per quello che offre.

La receptionist molto accogliente, accurata nelle informazioni , gentilissima. Stando a Bari solo un giorno le sue indicazioni sono state preziosissime.

The property has a great location, close to the Old Town, with great places to eat and have coffee nearby. The front desk is open 24/7, which is nice, as you don't have to worry about losing your key. Although sometimes you have to ring the number on the door to enter or leave the hotel, the staff usually comes quickly. The room was clean, and the toiletries (hand soap and two shower gels/shampoos) were restocked daily, but I would still recommend bringing some of your own if you need more. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The air conditioning worked well. Also note that you have to pay the city tax in cash.

My main complaint is that there were ants on the floor in my room. I didn't eat there, but there was a crumb left in the corner behind the desk (although the room was generally clean), so the ants came from inside the wall. When I pointed this out to the hotel staff for the first time and showed them the ants while leaving in the morning, there were even more ants when I came back in the evening. They were cleaned up after I asked the second time, though. The building is old, which is understandable, and you could hear other guests very clearly. I found the price a bit high for the value. I would recommend it for staying a few nights.

Doar locație mi-a plăcut. Nu a trebuit să folosim taxi sau uber deloc.

Mobilier vechi, baie veche, dar curat. Un preț prea mare pentru 3 nopți față de ce se oferă.

La ubicación es muy buena, a pasos de la terminal, cómodo, limpio y muy buena atención.

The staff were nice, the location is excellent. They have elevator. The room physically is nice.

The place is filled with smoking addicts. As soon as I got inside the room, there was already smoke from smokers inside. The room and bathroom windows is towards a central opening of the building and everybody smokes on their porches out there, so the smoke goes up and in all the rooms. I could not sleep for 6 nights (headache) it was not a pleasant stay. Another thing too is the staff sometimes leave the front desk and the front door locked. They go outside somewhere and they leave the front door locked. You have to wait for them to come back so you can go in or leave the hotel. That happened many times. Not nice at all. No shampoo or soap as part of the stay. I actually ask for some and they provided me with left behind stuff from tenants. That was nice. However, you know what I mean. I am trying to not be so negative here LOL There is not breakfast included and not air-conditioning. I live in Phoenix so after shower it was not so hot for me, but for everybody else, too hot especially at summer time. I was there in mid July.

Lokalizacja jest świetna bardzo bilisko dworca ale też nie za daleko od centrum zależało nam głównie na dworcu bo była to baza wypadowa.

Łazienka jest w nie najlepszym stanie prysznic cały się rozpada przy okazji nie należy do najczystrzych. Najładniejsza cześć pokoju czyli balkon miała rozwalone drzwi wiec nie dało się z niego skorzystać po zgłoszeniu do recepcji dostaliśmy info że zajmą się tym dopiero jak wyjedziemy.

Primero el personal de recepción, especialmente la chica que no me quiso indicar el nombre es muy desagradable y estuvo peleando conmigo porque le solicite una factura. Hasta me arrebato papeles de mi mano. Las instalaciones muy viejas y todo muy descuidado.

Einzelzimmer war wirklich nur für einen Menschen, ein Fenster wäre schön gewesen. Aircon vorhanden. Receptionistin war trotz Stress erfrischend freundlich und hilfsbereit !!!!

L'emplacement parfait a 8 minutes a pied de la gare de bari centrale vraiment très pratique pour aller visiter d'autres villes et plages vraiment bien situés a 10 minutes a pied du centre ville Accès tout les commerces et je tiens particulièrement à remercie le personnelles très très gentille bienveillants et sympathique l'accueil au top et vraiment agréable et très gentil céleste . L'homme de chambre également qui a pris son nettoyé notre chambre durant tout votre séjour. Je recommande sans problème car proches de toutes commodités.

J'ai tout apprécié

Il fatto che la reception è aperta 24 ore. Ho avuto un ritardo col viaggio e ho avuto problemi in un altro posto. La stanza era ampia. Si può lasciare lo zaino vicino alla reception dopo il check out.

Il bagno era da migliorare. Sopratutto la doccia; mancava una porta e il giorno dopo mi hanno detto che era stata rotta da un cliente.

La situation géographique

Le tarif demandé à l'arrivée était majoré, c'est la première fois avec booking que cela nous arrive. L établissement est très vieillissant et la propreté est de surface. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement car le tarif ne correspond pas à la prestation attendue.

Perfekte Lage, nahe zum Bahnhof, aber auch nicht zu weit nach Bari vecchia, zum Strand und zur Einkaufsmeile. Sehr hilfsbereite Rezeption - ich durfte sogar nachts mein Mietfahrrad im Foyer abstellen.

La struttura non offre colazione, per cui si deve risolvere per strada. Il personale comunque si prodiga per mettere l'ospite a proprio agio.

Davvero imbarazzante la richiesta del pagamento all'arrivo. Il costo della camera per notte è francamente eccessivo per ciò che la struttura offre .

Powiedzmy sobie szczerze: to nie jest pokój, w którym chcesz spędzać wolny czas. Zadnych luksusów, tyle, by wziąć prysznic, przespać się i ruszyć dalej w miasto. Przynajmniej opis obiektu nie koloryzuje rzeczywistości i nie pozuje na lepszy, niż jest w rzeczywistości. Mimo skromnych warunków na miejscu jest czysto, posciel i ręczniki świeże, klima działała i bardzo miła obsługa. Oferta bez rozczarowań dla osób nie oczekujących komfortu a nastawionych na intensywne zwiedzanie miasta lub potrzebujących gdzieś przenocować.

I do not recommend this hotel.

The reception is advertised as being available 24 hours, but when I returned to the hotel, the main entrance was locked and the receptionist was not there. She had only left a phone number taped to the door, so I was left waiting outside on the street and almost missed my train. When she finally returned, she was very rude and offered no apology or explanation. The room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

Egy éjszakára szálltunk meg, arra jó volt. Közel a vonatállomás, 0-24 recepció. Csak itt fogadtak, mert későn érkezett a gépünk.

Felújitásra szorul, a fal a fürdőben penészes, sajnos a klímát nem tudtuk használni, mert koszos és gombás volt. A falak nagyon vékonyak

Customers need to be aware that there is no parking at this hotel. They make you park at a different hotel then walk back. You have to pay 20 euros in cash for this option. My room smelled of smoke.
