много добър хотел с отлично местоположение. В близост до автолуса от ретище Сабиха Гьокчен, до фериботния терминал и метрото. Много чисти и добре обзаведени стаи с нови мебели. Добра климатична система. Асансьор, което за тази част на града си е истинска рядкост. Препоръчвам хотела за спокоен и комфортен престой.

Das Zimmer an sich war ganz ok

Unser Check in war um 14 Uhr. Wir kamen um 15.30 Uhr an und unser Zimmer war nicht bereit. Es hieß es wäre in 15 Minuten fertig ( wurde uns richtig unfreundlich gesagt ) als wir später wieder kamen und im Zimmer waren bemerkte ich das nicht richtig sauber gemacht wurde ! Haare im Bett ! KOD Reste im Klo! Bröttchenreste auf dem Tisch! Die Toilette stinkt sowas von !

A nice and clean hotel with pleasant rooms. Excellent location, one of the best in Istanbul. Close to the ferry terminal, metro station, bus stop (from both airports), andarmaray. Good value for money. Fast and stable Wi-Fi.

There was no water dispenser. The bedside light didn't work. The AC blew too hard. The room was not cleaned during the entire 4 days of stay.

Good value for money in a great location - close to the ferry terminals, metro, restaurants and just over 1 km from the high speed train station. It was a very quiet street and the 'call to prayer' was not too loud. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There was a refrigerator in our room but it did not work.

Небольшой отель недалеко от метро Кадыкёй. Ночевали одну ночь на период пересадки с рейса на рейс. С учетом того, что улетали с Сабихи Гакчен было очень удобно добираться на метро. Персонал вежливый, внимательный. Номер чистый, все необходимое есть. Для недлительных остановок самый подходящий вариант. До исторического центра Стамбула либо две остановки на метро либо живописная прогулка на пароме (20 минут) В общем всем рекомендуем.

Не хватает посуды. Были только бумажные стаканы. Надеюсь ребята это исправят)

Lage ist Top, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Eine Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes konnte einfach vorgenommen werden. Das Personal kommt einem echt toll entgegen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. War alleine unterwegs und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Konnte den Fernseher nicht richtig einstellen und der Kühlschrank hat nicht so richtig funktioniert.

Выбирали вариант чисто на переночевать недалеко от метро - остались недовольны. В ванной повсюду была плесень, мыться было неприятно В комнате тоже запах плесени Комната очень маленькая, сейфа не было. У жены началась аллергия на плесень после ночи (так как вдоль кровати есть какая-то мягкая стенка, видимо, она тоже в плесени) На улицу окно не откроешь - шум от машин Очень маленький и неудобный лифт, влезает один некрупный человек с чемоданом.

The hotel itself was fine, but very basic. During my three-night stay, the room was not cleaned even once. No fresh towels were provided, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper available in the room. For a short stay it may be acceptable, but anyone expecting comfort and regular service will likely be disappointed.

Μοναδικό μειονέκτημα το "διπλό" κρεβάτι, το οποίο στην πραγματικότητα ήταν δύο μονά, το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο, χωρίς κάποια σύνδεση, με αποτέλεσμα να απομακρύνεται το ένα από το άλλο, όταν κάποιος επιχειρούσε να κοιμηθεί στη μέση

Siamo rimasti una settimana a Istanbul e ci siamo spostati agevolmente per tutti i quartieri. Metro, traghetto, bus, tram, tutto vicino. Parcheggio a pagamento a pochi metri e tutto benissimo. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il quartiere è autentico e con pochissimi turisti. Se dovessimo tornare a Istanbul sicuramente alloggeremo nello stesso hotel!!!

The staff were relaxed and friendly, and the location is great.

There was no wifi in my room at all, which was really frustrating. Also, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, i saw some ants on the floor.

It was cheap, you get what you pay for. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good, near the port.

Our bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke, unfortunately, and we had a very dangerous exposed wired plug in our bathroom. Some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

Everything is easy access and walking distance but not a lot of people speak English .

It is a small bedroom with almost no clothing storage. So important to go in with eyes open.

Even before check in time, room was prepared little bit earlier. Room is good, clean enough. Shower is great, wifi is fast enough. Location is prefect. I would recommend this for short stay at Istanbul.

Can’t beat the location of the Best City. Very close to the ferry and main bus station in Kadikoy. The bed was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I wish the AC had worked in the room, the fan was adequate, but the room was very warm if I closed the window. That was the only thing I would have changed.

I arrived on the 13th of March, the night receptionist is the best guy- sorry I forgot his name !! I paid for a late check out and all was good. Great Hotel for its Category as 2 star Hotel Perfect for 1 or 2 nights !

I was going to give it 10 but sadly, the owner, his son and Ahmet the receptionist took advantage of me in the month of Ramazan :( I was late for my flight as I lost my Istanbul Metro Card and I was late for my flight to Bahrain to see my Mother who is really ill and is in Hospital ! I asked for help from Ahmet in the reception to book me a taxi- he booked me the owners Taxi which was driven by his Son”Furkan” They Told me that it is 2000 Turkish Lira from Kadikoy to Sabiha Airport !! Am not angry as I had to agree to 2000 because I was desperate - am more angry that Furkan charged me extra taxes above what we agreed on even though he took the same time as other uber taxis to the airport! Other taxis charge between 1300 to 1500 Lira. Shame on you guys !! I will never forgive you for taking advantage of me in my difficult circumstances in the month of Ramazan. Money is not everything !! You should support and genuinely help those who choose your Hotel out of many other Hotels Not cheat them !!!

Location is amazing. Close to everywhere, was clean, stuff was friendly and helpful.

I would change the bed covers from polyester to cotton one, if someone has sensitive skin or any allergies this can be problematic.

I stayed twice at this place and both times had a good experience. The staff is really nice and kind. They go above and beyond to help in anything they can. I will for sure come back again.

Great place to stay in the centre of Kadıköy! The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I fully recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Nothing much at all. Just about a deceitful misrepresentation from start to finish.

Tried to stick me in a room 1/6the the size of the advertised. There was literally not even enough space on the floor next to the bed to put my suitcase down. The room was ~2 metres (6.5 feet) by 2.25 metres (7.5 feet) and 85% of the floor space was occupied by the bed. smaller than I imagine a prion cell. There was no table, no chair, or any other furniture. There was a bed and a a tiny cupboard space in the wall that was just big enough to accommodate the microwave and a coffee maker. The hairdryer was wired directly into the back of the wall socket, and the wall ocket was literally hanging out of the wall. I asked for an immediate checkout at which point they hurriedly offered me a room that was about 20% bigger than the first one, just big enough to actually be able to put my case down on the floor and have a chair jammed between the bed and the wall, and a makeshift pedestal to use as a desk which I needed for work purposes. Of the 19 days that I was stuck in this horrific situation the internet worked for about a total of 3 hours (not contiguous), or about 1% of the time and even then kept dropping connection. This meant that I had to pay about $120 extra for bandwidth top-ups on the esim to be able to function even minimally. The fridge which I had specifically asked about did not work and they were unable to fix it. When I asked for a replacement fridge their only suggested action was to offer to rent me a new one for an extra 5 Euros a day. Near the end of the stay, there was almost a full day without running water. The people who run the place are not professional hospitality staff. This all struck me as being run, possibly by a family, who needed to change income streams and bought a building to convert into a hotel and cluelessly tried to run it themselves. (This place was much more chaotic and laughable than Fawlty Towers). Avoid unless you are desperate and don't need to stay longer than overnight on a layover.

THE BEST! Staff were amazing, specially Şahin, made me feel very welcomed, supported me with alot of questions and requests, he even upgraded my room. He was such a decent person. The hotel is so close to public transportion, so close to restaurants, seaside and shopping areas. Location was the best The facility is so clean, rooms are so good and comfortable. It was so safe. Under the hotel was my favorite lahmajun place, must try! Thank you Best City Kadikoy staff and I’ll be back soon.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Despite a couple of the night staff members being very friendly, the hotel manager was extremely rude. He laughed at us when we were having trouble finding our booking information and trying to access through their terrible wifi. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes! If you turn on the AC is draws even more smoke into the room! You can not escape the toxic smell. It was like pulling teeth trying to get the hotel staff to replace essentials like toilet paper and towels not to mention there is no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or lotion provided! The only soap in the room Is from a hand dispenser. Wifi hardly worked.

Strategic location. Some staff members not speaking English very well, but friendly and helpful nonetheless. Free fruit snacks in the room.

This is a good place to stay in Kadikoy, a bit on a quieter side but not so far form the main streets and bars. The old man in the reception was very kind and nice to us. The room is small but comfortable enough. I would just recommend improving the Wi-Fi in the property. It was really bad in the room we were staying and we were lucky we got our own mobile for the time we stayed.

Perhaps one of the best budget hotels in Istanbul with a perfect rate value/money. Situated within a walking distance from Metro Station and Port, it is perhaps the best solution for those travelers who fly to/from the Sabiha Gokcen airport. There is a direct line and it's the safest / quickest / cheapest way to get to the airport. The staff is super kind, smiley, welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are clean, warm and super comfy. There's a tiny elevator which is definitely a huge advantage. All the facilities look like very new, even feet towels were fluffy as if they were brand new. There's central heating in the hotel so it's pretty warm in November. A bed is very comfortable and guarantees a good sleep. We so much enjoyed this hotel so that we booked it for the second time on our way back! We would definitely recommend it. P.S. exchange offices, markets, restaurants, bistros and a touristic zone are very close, but the hotel itself is situated outside this zone, so no rumours at night. And don't forget to enjoy a walk to Moda district and a sunset on the embankment.

Wlan ist oft ausgefallen. Keine Internationalen TV Sender. Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Aufbauphase. Es ähnelt sehr einer Baustelle. Zum Übermachten Okay, wir werden aber nicht wieder kommem. Es war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Super Zentral gelegen

Hotellet er kun 2 mdr gammel, personalet er søde og hjælpsomme , hotellet ligger centralt tæt på alt , nye komfortabel senge og indretning, men lyd isolering er alt for ringe, du kan hører alt hvad der forgår ud fra opgangen eller naboen, selv når elevatoren går igang så kan du høre det, de siger hver anden sag der rengøring, me vi var der i 3 dage , ingen kom og gjorde rent, de reklamere med de har 100g internet , men denner virkelig langsom, så ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale til andre

Das Hotel befindet sich aktuell im Umbau und sollte unserer Meinung nach noch keine Gäste empfangen. Leider ließ auch der Service zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl wir zu zweit angereist waren, war es nicht möglich, einen zweiten Zimmerschlüssel zu erhalten. Zudem werden die Zimmer laut Hotelangaben nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt, doch in unserem Fall wurde dies erst am dritten Tag nach Nachfrage erledigt. Auch die WLAN-Verbindung war sehr unzuverlässig und funktionierte nur sporadisch. Wenn dan WLAN funktioniere, dann langsam. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels. Es gibt gute Verkehrsanbindungen, sodass man problemlos alle wichtigen Orte in Istanbul schnell erreichen kann.

We had the large room with a city view window and it was very comfortable after staying in very small rooms in other towns. Easy to get around and close to ferries. Staff were very helpful. View was of the neighbours courtyard and not particularly attractive but we appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. Great value for location and price.
