L’hôtel est intimiste, le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont bien décorées et spacieuses et on est à 15-20 min à pieds du centre d’Oia avec des restos, bars le coucher de soleil etc. Mention spéciale à Dimitris qui a été d’une grande aide.

La piscine est presque toujours à l’ombre et non chauffée c’est dommage et le petit dej gagnerait à avoir plus de diversité en termes de plats salés

Breakfast was lovely and great variety. The hotel is so so clean. The staff are so lovely and so hospitable and friendly. We arrived very late (delayed flight) and they waited up for us. Also let us kindly stay by the pool on the last day. Really friendly, really kind. Couldnt recommend enough! Wish we were staying longer.

Great stay comfortable

I loved the peaceful, traditional village setting, away from the hustle and bustle of Santorini. It was a truly zen and enjoyable experience. The amazing staff, spotless cleanliness, wonderful and unique breakfast, lovely facilities, and spacious spa-like room all made the stay special. I also really appreciated the gentleman who helped us with our luggage to and from the parking area.

There was nothing I disliked about the property. The only thing worth noting is that, as the hotel is located in a pedestrian-only area, the parking is a few minutes’ walk away.

Disfrutamos de una estancia excelente. La atención y la amabilidad de los trabajadores, de 10. El hotel se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando hasta el centro de Oia. Ideal si se busca calma, buenas vistas pero también un acceso rápido y fácil a los lugares de ambiente. La habitación muy completa y con todas las comodidades.

L’accueil, la propreté et la disponibilité du personnel étaient irréprochables. L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, avec une très belle vue dégagée sur la mer. L’accès direct à la piscine depuis notre terrasse était vraiment idéal. Situé à l’écart des zones les plus touristiques comme Oia, l’endroit est extrêmement calme et parfait pour se reposer, tout en restant très bien situé puisque Oia se trouve à seulement 1 km à pied. Nous avions loué un scooter pour nos déplacements et c’était clairement le meilleur choix : beaucoup plus pratique qu’une voiture, notamment pour se garer. Le parking situé à l’entrée du village, à environ 500 mètres de l’hôtel, est assez petit. Dans ce contexte, avoir un deux-roues prend vraiment tout son sens. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour incroyable. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super petit hôtel, très joliment décoré au cœur du village de Finikia où aucune voiture ne circule. Alors oui il faudra faire une petite marche à pied (5-8 min) pour y accéder mais en contrepartie il y règne un calme apaisant. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Le petit jacuzzi personnel dans la chambre est un gros plus. Hôtel à proximité d'une supérette à la sortie de la zone piétonne et seulement à 15-20 min à pied de Oia.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was beautiful, with lovely views of the sea. The hotel is also very well located, just a 15–20-minute walk from the centre of Oia. There is free parking, and the breakfasts are varied and very complete. But the best thing about our stay was definitely the staff. The service was 10/10! Dimitris, Stella and Johnmal were incredibly kind, attentive and always had a smile on their faces. They made our stay truly enjoyable and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much for everything!

We LOVED everything…. The staff we so friendly and engaging. They arranged everything and made sure we were taken care of beyond what was expected. The owner himself helped us with a Ferry mixup and stayed and talked with us and other guests for one afternoon… we felt luke guests in his home not like clients at a hotel… I would recommend 1000% this place to anyone visiting Santorini. It’s a short walk away from Oia and so quiet and quaint and beautiful. Thank you to all the Klostr staff for making out 25th the BEST it could every be… cheers Shelley & Jonathan

We LOVED everything.

La struttura era molto pulita e il personale è stato gentilissimo nel portarci le valigie(è immersa nel paese e per questo ci si arriva solo a piedi). Il responsabile ci ha consigliato alcune attività da svolgere nei dintorni e prenotato quelle che volevamo fare. Le stanze erano ben arredate e ogni giorno venivano pulite accuratamente. La nostra stanza aveva una jacuzzi riscaldata privata che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più rilassante. Plus la colazione continentale con prodotti locali (al costo di 18€ pp).

Obiekt był czysty, nowy i dobrze wyposażony. Prysznic miał świetną skalną ścianę. Duży plus za szlafroki i kapcie dostępne w pokojach. Widok z jacuzzi był imponujacy. Łóżko było wygodne, szerokie, z miękkimi poduszkami. Pokój był dobrze wygłuszony, bo nie słyszeliśmy żadnych sąsiadów. Basen był bardzo ładny, choć dla nas za zimny (na wzgórzu był bardzo silny, zimny wiatr, co znacząco wpływało na odczuwanie temperatury).

Niestety, choć bardzo byłam podekscytowana na pobyt w tym obiekcie, nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Dopłaciliśmy nie małe pieniądze do pokoju z jacuzzi - niestety wg aplikacji, którą pokazywał nam właściciel woda wynosiła tylko 33 stopni pierwszego dnia (przez wiatr było nam w nim po prostu zimno). Drugiego dnia chcieliśmy znów skorzystać z jacuzzi, ale było kompletnie zimne. Okazało się, że woda w nim miała tylko 25 stopni. Nadal wiało, więc tego dnia w ogóle z niego nie skorzystaliśmy (problem został zgłoszony do właściciela, ale woda nagrzewała się baaardzo długo). Zapłaciliśmy za udogodnienie, z którego nie mogliśmy skorzystać. Nie dostałam niestety odpowiedzi z czego wynikało obniżenie temperatury. Dodatkowo bardzo ciężko było wejść/wyjsc do jacuzzi, gdyż nie miało żadnego schodka w środku, przez co było wysoko i ślisko. Śniadania były smaczne, ale większość była na słodko - croissanty, dżemy, miód, owoce, ciasto, i tylko dwa cienkie plasterki sera żółtego i jajko na toście. Zabrakło nam świeżych warzyw, greckich przysmaków jak np ser feta i czegoś wytrawnego. Bardzo nad tym ubolewaliśmy, bo śniadania były pięknie serwowane, Pani była przemiła, ale co z tego :( Mój mąż, który nie lubi słodkich śniadań, niestety nie był zadowolony. Kontakt przez booking niemożliwy, nikt nie odpisuje. Pozostaje jedynie whatsup. Nie chce wyjść na osobę, która narzeka, ale z racji, że obiekt ma bardzo wysoką ocenę, my rezerwowaliśmy go na naszą szczególną okazję, to wymagania też mieliśmy duże.

Struttura stupenda e arredata con gusto. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto molto apprezzato. La nostra camera era al primo piano con balcone, e aveva una vista stupenda sul mare. La sera si vede un cielo stellato incredibile. La colazione abbondante e ottima. La piscina a sfioro, una chicca per rigenerarsi dopo le visite sull’isola. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione per noi è stata perfetta: in circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Oia, e il paese di Finikia è tranquillo, caratteristico e ha buoni ristoranti. Molto apprezzato anche il parcheggio messo a disposizione dell’hotel, a circa 500 metri dalla struttura. Davvero tutto perfetto!

A fost o cazare cu o priveliște minunata, personalul a fost foarte amabil. Zona a fost extraordinara, străduțe mici, superbe, taverne foarte bune in apropiere.

Parcarea era cam departe, dar nu e ceva ce se poate schimba. Așa sunt străduțele de acolo…

Struttura nuova, moderna e curata. Camera spaziosa, molto pulita e con una bella vista sul mare. Doccia molto grande. Lo staff è gentilissimo e super disponibile: siamo arrivati alle 23.40 e ci hanno aspettato per aiutarci a portare i bagagli (la struttura si trova a circa 5/6 min a piedi dal parcheggio e le auto non possono arrivare davanti). Abbiamo avuto un problema con la carta per entrare nella stanza che non funzionava e il proprietario è venuto ad aiutarci all’una di notte. Colazione servita al tavolo su terrazzino vista mare, buona. Vicino a Oia, circa 10/15 minuti a piedi, fuori dal caos turistico. Lo consiglio!

Nous avons adoré tout de cet hôtel, de l’accueil à la chambre à l’emplacement, au petit déjeuner, tout était parfait ! Si je pouvais donner 15 sur 10 je le donnerais. C’est propre, bien aménagé, confortable. Nous avons été bien accueilli et reçu des bonnes recommandations pour aller manger et visiter. Il y avait un stationnement réservé et quelqu’un pour nous accueillir et nous aider avec les bagages et nous diriger dans les ruelles jusqu’à l’hôtel (prévoir environ 5 minutes de marches dans les rues piétonnes jusqu’à l’hôtel). Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et délicieux, fruits, œufs, viennoiseries , café, parfait ! Merci !

Dimitris is a fantastic host and his team are wonderful and accommodating. It is in a lovely village, very peaceful with a few very nice restaurants. It’s an easy 20 minute walk into Oia where there is much more going on so it’s the perfect balance. I would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday as the pool is wonderful (we had swim up room). The breakfast is also fantastic with a great spread everyday of fresh green yoghurt, eggs, fruit, pastries, juice etc! It is just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in the charming village of Finikia, Santorini. The breathtaking views of the Cyclades made every moment unforgettable. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring a generous and varied selection of fresh seasonal fruits, as well as a wide range of savory options. The swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained and perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. מקום אירוח מדהים שהפך את החופשה שלנו למיוחדת. חוויית השירות הייתה יוצאת מן הכלל – הצוות היה מקסים, אדיב וזמין לכל בקשה, ועזר לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים לאורך כל השהות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, והמתקנים ברמה גבוהה מאוד. המלון ממוקם בתוך כפר קסום, מה שמעניק תחושה אותנטית וייחודית של סנטוריני, הרחק מההמולה של האזורים המרכזיים, אך עדיין במרחק הליכה מ-Oia. זהו מלון קטן בסגנון בוטיק, עם מספר מצומצם של אורחים, מה שיוצר אווירה שקטה, נעימה ויחס אישי לכל אורח. ממליצה בחום לכל מי שמחפש חוויית אירוח איכותית, רגועה ובלתי נשכחת. ❤️

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, modern und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist wunderschön und das Frühstück war mit Abstand das beste, das wir bisher in Griechenland hatten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, Dimitris und Stella, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Außerdem ist die Lage ideal: Oia ist in nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons tout aimé ! La chambre était vraiment très propre ! L’hôtel dans son ensemble est magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et change tous les jours ! Vraiment si vous aimez le calme et la tranquillité cette hôtel est parfait ! Aux alentours il y a de très bons restaurants également !

Le jacuzzi n’est pas chauffé ce qui en soit n’est pas grave mais le soir il serait vraiment très appréciable qu’il soit un peu plus chaud pour en profiter d’avantage.

Amazing hospitality with the best accommodations we’ve had in Europe!! Great pool, very friendly staff that were approachable at all times. Very comfortable room that removed every bit of jet lag we had. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and they helped to arrange for flowers and cake to make the experience even more special. Das Klostra ist ein wunderschönes Hotel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt geliebt und können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Wenn ich mehr als 10 Punkte vergeben könnte, würde ich das tun. Die Zimmer und Balkone bzw. Terrassen sind alle so angelegt, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Die Räume sind sehr gut isoliert und nicht hellhörig. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag super sauber geputzt. Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Seife und Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und ist äußerst lecker. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze auf einem Parkplatz mit Schranken, welche man kostenlos reservieren kann. Unsere Koffer wurden vom Parkplatz mit einer Sackkarre abgeholt und bis zum Hotel transportiert. Perfekter Service!!! In Finikia gibt es drei sehr gute Restaurants zu normalen Preisen. Wir haben die Ruhe hier sehr genossen. Und nach Oia kann man sehr gut in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß laufen.

You can truly see the passion and the care in every detail. The location was great, the room was comfortable with a great view, the pool a little chill for the period of the year but still enjoyable and the breakfast was wonderful. They were very careful about my allergies and food intolerances and did a special order to ensure everything they served for breakfast was lactose free. I truly appreciated that! The location is very convenient, yet far from the crowd noise, with parking and a minimarket right next to it.

Ich habe gefühl, dass viele Bewertungen auf dem Booking für Santorini Fakes sind. Hier ist ein Eche. Erstmal, sei ihr mit 3-Sternen nicht vertauscht. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer enspricht dieses Standard, aber es gibt viel mehr zu schätzen. Die persönliche Kontanktaufnahne vor dem Besuch, komplette Begleitung, sehr freundliche und individuelle Aufnahme vor Ort. Das Team vom Hotel macht es super. Die Lage ist echt praktisch für Oia. Es ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir hatten die Zimmer mit Jacuzzi. Es ist im Vergleich zum Pool macht auch im April-Mai Sinn.

Le personnel était très à l’écoute, ultra sympa et attentionné. Avant notre départ, le manager nous a fourni des box pour le ptit dej car on repartait tôt le lendemain matin ! L’hôtel était super beau, bien placé (15min à pied d’Oia). La piscine collective et les jacuzzi privés sont magnifiques !

From the moment we arrived, we knew our stay at KLOSTRA was going to be something special. Dimitri, the owner, welcomed us with the warmest smile, refreshing cocktails, and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. He spent time sitting with us, sharing stories and recommendations about the island, which set the tone for the entire experience. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed — from the beautiful natural materials and decor that blend perfectly with the Santorini landscape, to the peaceful atmosphere that feels like a private escape from the crowds. While only about 15 minutes from the busy energy of Oia, the hotel feels like a world entirely of its own. Our room overlooked breathtaking views, and the tranquility was simply perfect. Breakfast each morning was freshly made to order and delicious. The charming village of Finikia added even more magic to our stay, especially with its adorable cats wandering through the quiet streets. What truly makes this property exceptional, however, is the level of personal care and service. Stella at the front desk was always available with a smile, helping us with everything from dinner reservations and airport transfers to our daily coffees. Johnmel was equally kind and helpful, always greeting us warmly and assisting with our luggage. One of the most touching moments came on our final evening when Dimitri personally delivered two glasses of delicious rosé for us to enjoy while watching the sunset. Since we had an early departure and would miss breakfast, the staff also surprised us with beautifully prepared breakfast boxes to take with us — such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the care they put into every guest experience. By the end of our stay, we didn’t feel like we were leaving a hotel — we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends. Efharisto for an unforgettable stay. We will absolutely be back.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel was really clean and decorated perfectly. In the mornings we got taken to a table outside with an amazing view and got served the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Everything was amazing, I could not recommend enough!!

Every aspect of our stay here was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was amazing- delicious and plentiful! The rooms and all public areas are sparkling clean. Dimitris was so helpful and had great suggestions for us. We found this location perfect for our family group ranging from 13 to 70. The village itself is lovely and quiet with amazing views and restaurants all within easy walking access. It is a short and easy walk to Oia to shop and see all the sights there. We did other activities around the Island and Dimitris helped us to make arrangements. We spent time around the pool which was perfect and so refreshing after a busy day out and about. We had a few light lunches there as well - the Greek salad is probably the best we had and pizza is delicious. Was a beautiful spot to sit and have a relaxing drink or read. We met several different guests there and seems this is a great place for a variety of ages and interests. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to a variety of sights and activities we recommend staying at Klostra in Foinikia (Finikia)
