Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The room is clean and spacious. Good for families to stay in the same place. Convenient to have a washer cut dryer in the room.
The location is a bit far away even though there's a JR exit nearby. Still need to walk at least 10 to 15 mins to nearby food or ameyoko market.

우에노역 옆이긴 했지만 아이들과 다니기엔 다소 역에서 거리감이 있어서 좀 아쉬웠어요 그리고 체크아웃시간도 너무 빠른듯해요ㅠ

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Très bel appart bien agencé et bien équipé pour une famille de 5 personnes. L’emplacement est idéal à côté de la gare de Ueno on est à proximité de toutes les lignes de métro + train et la plupart des activités sont entre 10 et 20 min en transport. De plus le quartier est très paisible aux alentours et « safe » (les enfants allaient seuls au Konbini)
Si je devais faire une seule remarque c’est la proximité des trains que l’on entend à proximité mais ça dépend de votre tolérance au bruit. Pour ma part je ne voyage jamais sans mon casque anti bruit. (Ça n’a pas du tout dérangé ma compagne)

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Gostei muito da localização. Meus pais são idosos e o acesso é muito favorável ao metrô, comércio de rua, lojas de conveniência. As instalação são muito boas, cozinha completa com panela de arroz, máquina de lavar. Tudo muito prático. Funcionários muito atenciosos e sempre atendiam nossas dúvidas. Recomendo para famílias!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The apart-hotel is located near Ueno Station. This allowed a ten minute walk to Kappabashi Kitchen Supply Town. From there Asakusa was another 5 minutes to Sensō-ji. We chose this location due to its proximity to Ueno Keisei the express train to Narita airport. Having the Yamamote line and the subway lines at Ueno Station allowed us to explore Tokyo. We were able to use the washer/dryer. The TV was large and we were able to watch many local Japanese content.
Located somewhat further away from Ueno Station, you will have to walk ten minutes to get to the shopping mall at Ueno Station. The rooms on Tokyo will be small compared to other rooms.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026以上野飯店來說，房間非常之大！ 兩張床+再一個上床下沙發的睡眠空間，其餘的位子全攤開三個行李箱綽綽有餘，甚至還有浴缸！ 廚房鍋具餐具刀具齊全， 房門是電子密碼鎖很方便， 樓下有傘可以借用，房間有洗衣機也很方便
浴室乾的速度很慢，這和一般在日本的住宿經驗不太一樣； 洗衣機就算洗脫烘完畢以後，再單獨加一個烘的行程也還是不太乾， 因為浴室乾的速度很慢，想放浴室也不行， 必須把衣服拿出來放在床上或掛起來再讓冷氣吹乾； 沒有吸菸區有點困擾； 離地鐵站不遠但要走到吃晚餐的地方大概要200多公尺左右

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026This accommodation was perfect for the location. It was a few minutes walk to local train stations. Plenty of shopping, coffee shops and dining options around the area. There is a Lawson and Family Mart close walking distance on each side of the hotel. Close proximity to Ueno park and zoo. Calm and quiet neighborhood, yet 8 minute walk to lively outdoor markets across from the station.
The train noise once it starts running in the am. It does stop somewhere between 12-5am.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026I liked that it was a complete 4 bedroom mini capsule "apartment" everything from washer dryer. The room was perfect for a family of four with young kids. Kids older than 12-13 would have been a squeeze. Great location.
I would have liked a proper drying rack for dishes and cups. I would have liked more hooks/ hanging space. Under each bed two full open suitcases should have / could been accommodated. (only 2/3rds go under.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026住了四個晚上，真的很推薦👍 我們三個人，三大一小行李箱，房間空間很足夠，有些飯店酒店房間電燈都很暗，但Stayme電燈非常明亮， 離上野站走路約3～5分鐘，附近也有全家，房間什麼都有，洗（烘）衣、煮飯好方便，還有全新的菜瓜布洗碗精、免洗紙拖鞋，超貼心，洗衣精本來就有附兩包，但不夠都可以跟櫃檯工作人員取用，毛巾使用完可直接跟櫃檯替換，垃圾分類好清楚，倒垃圾也很方便，離御徒町阿美橫町也很近，吃喝玩樂，食衣住行都很方便。 出遊下雨還有免費傘可以使用，但要記得還喔。 最後一天要回成田機場，走路約10分鐘就可以到達京成電鐵搭skyliner。 我們全家對於此次住宿都很滿意，櫃檯人員也很親切，整體讓我們有回家的感覺，真的超級推薦，下次來東京Stayme 還是我們的首選👍
我想了老半天，好像沒有不滿意的地方，如果真的硬要說一件不滿意的事，可能就是枕頭太軟了，但家人說我還是每天睡到打呼😅

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Location is great and within 10-15mins walk from Ueno various stations (skyliner, metro, train etc.). Lawson and Family mart also within 5mins walking distance from hotel. Neighborhood also felt save to walk at night even during midnight. Ueno station (Yamanote line) is also at the center and within 30mins of most of the central tokyo attractions we wanted to visit e.g., Akihabara, Asakusa, ginza, tokyo station etc.
Cleanliness and facilities of the room are just slightly above average due to some issues we encountered. Bed sheets, pillows, toilet were generally clean, however, below are a few areas that may require improvement. 1) There were quite a few small drainage flies in the bathroom that we found during our 5 nights' stay, kept coming back even after killing them off. 2) We booked this hotel due to having a washer/dryer that could allow us to pack light and wash our clothes daily, however, clothes that came out of the Washer/dryer had a foul moldy smell, even new ones that we bought from Uniqlo during the trip were 'contaminated' unfortunately. Previous trips in other hotel with a in-room washer/dryer of same model did not have this issue. (heavy usage and no regular maintenance/cleaning?) 3) Kitchen did not have a proper kitchen table cloth to clean up sink washing water spills or dry up the counter top. The absence of a proper kitchen cloth discouraged us from using the kitchen at all. We had to 'sacrifice' a face cloth to dry cups/plates and counter top water spills. 4) On our last night of stay, during midnight, water started leaking from the air conditioning unit! Wetting the whole carpet floor! We had to turn off the air con for a while and restart it later after the water from the unit drained. (lack of maintenance again?) We did not make a fuss about it as we had to checkout early in the morning at ~4am to catch a train.

地點距離skyliner的站拉行李走路約10分鐘 房間有點小 上舖不太好爬上去

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Large room for Tokyo standard. Near to UENO Station and Park, but further away from the bustling Ueno street. A few kombinis. A lot of restaurants including a few Halal. Separate shower + washer room and toilet. A lot of plugs all over the units.
If you uses Tokyo Metro a lot, the entrance/exit is actually further down. No way for air drying your washed cloth (they provided drying hangers, but no point/line to to hook the in the bathroom).

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Easy to check in and check out. Clean and soundproof spacious rooms, good and somewhat quiet neighbourhood, conveniently located near ueno jr station and two combini. Washing machine inside the room for washing. Although the counter was said to be unmanned, we do see staff ard. Staff was helpful. The entry to hotel is really pretty. Good for both short and long stays (we stayed for close to 2 weeks).
Minor issues to note but not a deal breaker: - reception for data roaming is not that good (probably have to use hotel wifi) - we had to buy additional laundry detergent and toilet paper. Since we need to wash our towels, will be nice to have more detergent - have to clean the dryer filter every two washes.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026上野公園で２日間過ごす予定だったので、坂道はあるものの距離的には徒歩7〜8分程度で行けて便利でした。コンビニも近くにあるし、洗濯機やキッチン、電子レンジなどの設備も備え付けられていて清潔でよかったです。
廊下の電気が自動センサーだったので夜中トイレに行く際同行者を起こしてしまうのが少し不便でした。ベッドと廊下をある程度遮光できるもので仕切るか、自動センサーが自由にオフできると嬉しいです。
