Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Location was amazing. Just outside Ueno station and a metro station just in front of the hotel entrance. Small rooms but had all amenities, comfortable beds and a TV. Staff were super helpful and friendly. There was enough space in the room to open a suitcase, and a few hooks to hang clothes. My room also had a view of Tokyo Skytree!
As it’s so centrally located, the rooms are small. I’d say great for short stays (we stayed for 3-4 nights), but perhaps too small for a longer stay.

予約してから期間があったので朝食を予約したか忘れました。 予約サイトを確認してもわからず。 受付時にでる予約確認表？にも明記されず。 ホテルスタッフに聞けば良いのですが、予約確認表？にも明記されていると良いかと思いました。

お部屋がちょっとコンパクトでした。お風呂も狭かったけど、大浴場へ行けば問題ありません。 浴室に髪の毛が一本落ちていました。

There is no real character in the hotel, a chain hotel. The breakfast was not to our taste.

1. 房間的冷氣很難調控：調25度溫度比較剛好，但是會明顯聞到濕氣，身體也黏黏的不舒服。要解決這個問題，就只好把溫度調22度，然後躲在床的內側蓋棉被解決（睡床的外側會冷醒） 2. 有浴場可以泡湯很不錯，但上面寫說泡完湯要把身體擦乾、再走出去吹頭髮，但泡湯的地方沒什麼置物櫃可以放毛巾 3. 打開行李箱基本上就很難走路，住兩個人更加擁擠

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026it was the last part of our trip and I asked at the very end if they could accomodate the request o have an higher floor becase we where celebrating our honeymoon. They staff was very friendly, they did what the could to help us and they they rembered to give they wishes. The public baths were very nice, and the location was very good for us.
The rooms in general are a bit small, and the location of the hotel is beetween two tall buildings. No much that can b done.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Perfect location, near the station and the park. Easy transport to all areas of Tokyo. Vibrant city life, day and night on your doorstep. Staff were very helpful with luggage transfers. Room had all amenities including a fridge and an ice machine in the corridors.
