Minimalist but complete. Three adults can stay comfortably.

The staff were exceptional. Location was excellent, and convenient access to local shops and restaurants. Close, 10 minutes walk to the Mall of Asia (MOA), where there are lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Watch the sunset and fireworks at MOA on Saturdays at 7 pm.

I like that the unit is simple but functional with sufficient facilities of what you need during your stay. We booked the room for two nights at last minute. The owner was responsive and ready to answer all your questions. Because the layout was clutter-free, even with full-sized furnitures, three adults can easily move around (sofa bed in the living area can fit 2 people) including a balcony with pool-view.

The stay is perfectly located in a safe locality and building. The region is close to Makati and BCG and most importantly, the airport. I think it is better to live here than Makati as I felt this region was much more organised and better. The studio is good for a couple and is supplied with basic amenities.

One major con for us were the mini cockroaches, which were plenty in numbers. We could spot 4-5 on a daily basis. I know that the Philippines is a tropical country, and we kind of expect some insects on our way. The bathroom lights can definitely be improved. It is a necessity these days to have a good bathroom lights.

The whole package. The independence of Condo living for 5 days. View over the pool from 10 stories up was non intrusive, and the height in the building was good. Overhead, I enjoyed the many planes passing low overhead while sitting on the balcony enjoying a quiet social drink or coffee. Might not suit everyone but from inside could hardly hear them. It's really quiet from others nearby. The room was well enough equipped, and we enjoyed meals there as well as the myriad of nearby restaurants and cafes of many cuisines within walking distance. Convenience of Starbucks under one corner of the block of condos. Area very secure and well kept. Keyless entry was a big help. One very important thing was the booking in. It was a little in-depth, but the owner was exceptionally helpful, very pleasant to deal with via phone messaging and went well above and beyond to assist me to have visitors etc., as these sorts of things were controlled by the complex management. No issues, and would I stay there again. Absolutely, and I'm looking forward to the possibility. Thanks to all. Nothing too add here. Hot water is always important to me, and even that was excellent.

We liked the close proximity of it to the airport, MoA and other stores like pharmacy, convenience stores and restaurants. It was easy to get around

I think the walls are not well soundproof. We could hear people from next door yelling, fighting and banging on the walls

Wunderschönes Appartement in toller zentraler Lage. Sauber, tolle Ausstattung, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin und dem Housekeeping. Haben spontan noch 1 Nacht verlängert weil wir so begeistert sind. Alles was man braucht ist in der unmittelbaren Nähe ( Diverse Restaurants,Frisör, Supermarkt, Nagelstudio, Mall und diverse Taxis- und Trycycles vor dem Haus.

The host MJ was prompt and helpful. Place was clean everything with our stay was comfortable.

Could not work out how to watch any tv or cable but not a deal breaker we weren't there to watch tv.

Highly recommend this condo! It was impeccably clean, and the view overlooking the pool was a major highlight. What really stood out was the owner's quick and helpful responses to any questions we had. Great experience overall!

There were convenience stores, atm and restaurants just below the unit. The unit had also complete utensils, and toiletries.

I like the location

There is no free parking space designated for the guest, if you have a car you to pay for parking space. You have to pay for amenities like pool to use it. The rooms are not clean. One room Smells, Cock roaches are crawling on the walls. And when I sent a message to the staff regarding this issue, I was told that theres nothing they can do about it and also because they don’t reside in the building. I do not recommend this place at all

Small place, but its what to expect

Location was great, it’s close to MOA and to the airport. We really enjoyed the pool even though we had to pay extra. The owner was very accommodating. Value for money.

A few elevators wasn’t working, had to wait before we had our go. The internet is not up to speed.

2nd time staying here. Room was clean. Owner allowed us to do a late check out which was awesome.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was overall a relaxing experience and we had no problems checking in and out. We had a pool view. Our bathroom also had a heater. Would like to stay again next time 😊

I was originally sceptical of the apartment due to the low reviews, but im glad i chose this location, The apartment was extremely nice. It was spotless, The house cleaning was very nice with fresh bedding and towels provided,there is air-conditioning and free wifi at the location along with streaming services, There are also multiple shops with all the needed necessities in close proximity to the building, Our host was excellent answering all out queries extremely quickly and with grate care, my girlfriend and I throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be re booking this apartment again when we are in Manila I highly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the MOA( Mall of Asia) location of Manila

Stayed here for 12 days. Its not a hotel but they serve you like its a hotel, they offer to clean our room and change bed sheets. Worth the price.

The property is clean and has everything that we needed. There’s a 24/7 store below for water and snacks and a Watsons store for medicines that we needed.

There’s nothing that we didn’t like, but it would be great if there’s a bidet. 😂

Well presented, clean and had everything necessary. The check in process worked efficiently and communication was good.

The overbearing doormen I had to deal with every time I entered and left. The book of rules handed to me on arrival in the building. No un-pregistered guests or process to accommodate them, not even allowed in the lobby. The location is presented to be somewhat luxurious, but luxury should be easy and smooth, this isn’t. Even though the unit itself was good, I won’t be staying in that building again.

The property is near to the mall and easy access to transport. There’s shops nearby which is really convenient.

The hallway going to the room stinks. You need to hold your breath as there’s rubbish near the left and you can smell it in the hallway. The deodoriser they used for the bathroom is called albatross and it has a weird smell. Would be better if they used other air freshener like glen 20.

there was no staff to assist on the check in day, considering the units given were far from each other. also the AC of one of the units was leaking so hard
