The property may look good, but what happened upon arrival was shocking and completely unacceptable. I was suddenly asked to pay a security deposit that was never clearly disclosed to me during the booking process or in the confirmation. I was refused entry unless I paid immediately. The way the situation was handled felt deeply humiliating and inhumane. My luggage was placed outside during the dispute, and some personal belongings went missing. I felt unsafe, disrespected, and completely unsupported. Guests expect transparency, professionalism, and basic human respect. This experience was the exact opposite and ruined the entire stay. المكان من ناحية الشكل جيد، لكن ما حدث عند الوصول كان صادمًا وغير مقبول إطلاقًا. طُلب مني دفع مبلغ تأمين بشكل مفاجئ لم يكن واضحًا لي أثناء الحجز أو في رسالة التأكيد، وتم منعي من الدخول إلا بعد الدفع الفوري. أسلوب التعامل كان مهينًا للغاية وأشعرني بعدم الإنسانية، وتم وضع أمتعتي خارج الوحدة أثناء الخلاف، ما أدى إلى فقدان بعض المتعلقات الشخصية. شعرت بعدم الأمان تمامًا، وانعدمت أبسط معايير الاحترام والاحترافية. أي ضيف يتوقع شفافية ومعاملة كريمة، لكن التجربة هنا كانت عكس ذلك تمامًا وأفسدت الإقامة بالكامل.

حيث قاموا بتهديدي بأخذ كامل المبلغ المحجوز وانا بعيده كل البعد عن حجز زوجي الذي حجزه بعد انقضاء مدة حجزي حيث كنت حاجزه من قبله لإيام سابقه قضينها في نفس الشقه ولدي ما يثبت التهديد والإبتزاز ، مما دعاني للعوده للوطن في نفس اليوم حيث انهم رفضوا ادخلنا عن طريق حجز زوجي الا بدفع مبلغ تأمين وهذا وقت الحجز لم يكن موضحاً ان تمت اضافته الآن لا أعلم انما وقت الحجز لم يكن واضحاً مما دعاهم السطو عليه دون علمي بذلك حيث انهم استغلوا بيانات الفيزا وسحبوا المبلغ .

Beautiful place. Everything is new.

The owner is greedy and no idea about hospitality, just concerning the review score. On the same day we were supposed to stay in the apartment, the owner mov d us to the different place due to the electricity failure. Because of this, I had to cancel three taxies which I books through Booking.com less than 24 hours, and we didn’t get any refund (paid $30 with my credit card) . I explained our circumstance and asked the owner of the apartment to compensate $30, but she didn’t understand why I couldn’t get refund ( maybe a language issue), and refuse to pay the compensation. Then she started harassing me telling me she could refund if I write the full score review. I found this disgusting. I will upload the screenshots of her messages below. Besides that, the apartment had only two sets of towels (a big one and a small one) for three people. I informed it to the owner, but no reply, no apologies (We shared the towels among us), and next morning (check-out) she sent me another message to make sure I would make the full score review so that I would receive the refund of $20 (not $30; it was reduced somehow….). It is very clear only the owner concerns is the score of the review and make money. She is not professional; as long as things go well, you would be all right. However, when something happens (like this time), she cannot handle properly in a pleasant manner. I booked many hotels through Booking.com and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. As I wanted to be fair, I gave her very good scores on the location, but not to her. I decided not to make a deal with her because I wanted to write about this honestly.

The property is very clean, centrally located and beautifully decorated, with a blend of modern and classic styling. We loved the hotel-quality bedding and toiletries and the comfortable furnishings. Beds were so nice and comfy. The kitchen is a bit dated and sparsely outfitted—we wished it had more plateware and serving ware to serve a family meal but otherwise, it worked out fine. Communication with the host company was a bit confusing at first but everything turned out well and they were accommodating.
