Golden Carven Hotel

The staff are respectful and treat people well!

Good location A quiet area.

I done my reservation for queen bed room and I went to the hotel at the time of check-in, they told the room isn't ready cause someone need to checkout so they offer me different room with 2 small beds I refused Then they told me to stay in a room for couple of hours till the queen bed room 8s ready, I accept that but they put me in a small room so dirty not cleaned at all even the tray they put the kettle on it is so dirty beds not comfortable and towels not in a good condition I contact booking customer service to refund the amount and to leave the hotel but the hotel said they will ask the managers for refund In that time they told me they can transfer me to different room it's bigger room sweet. Walls was cracked towels was in a bad condition even the whole bed smell smoke from cigarettes and the blanket was burnt from a cigarette and made hole on it, air condition were so old. They told me i I can stay in that room but at least it was better than the other after 13 hours flight They charge me 140 usd dollar for that room extra price than I alreay reserved At the end I left the hotel even before my checkout with 17 hours cause it was a nightmare to stay in that trash.

“Great hotel, excellent service, friendly staff, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!”

I was surprised to find out that the hotel has suites, as they don’t appear on Google when searching for rooms. It would be great if the suites were listed online so guests could easily find and book them.

Very nice staff , clean establishment and very good price for location and facilities.

For me the location , The staff were very nice ..

حسن الاستقبال وموقع الفندق والنظافه

The location is very nice, close to Heliopolis and Airport, good value of the money. Clean and good.

They could put water bottles and tea and coffee in the room in this price, it would be appreciated.

Value for money, friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility.

The only thing that I didn't like is the load music after hours that continue throughout the night to morning hours. Had to sleep a hotel that has this.

Loudy every night and morning

Friendly staff, good value for the money, great location

Nothing in specific

موظفين غير مؤهلين للتعامل مع البشر

Staff were friendly and were always happy to help. The location is great. Room service were quick to respond and fulfill requests upon asking.

AC was a bit dated and not very good. Temperature fluctuated and was too cold at times despite being normal on paper. The rooms were clean, but felt a bit too small. I had stayed here before, and the regular double room felt like it was bigger than the superior one I booked this time around. Shower has a flexible shower head, but no stationary one. Overall it's good for the price, but there's room for improvement.

Pleasant staff . Relatively clean

All good

Die Information war sehr schlecht und der Hotel war so laut und die Treppe war bisschen schmutzig

احببت تعامل الموظفين بكل رقي و ابتسامة و احببت نظافة المكان والموقع واستجابة الموظفين سريعة

Room is very narrow and different from the pictures, also there is no black out and the sun is filling the room The bathroom is not working good and needs maintenance The fridge is not working The breakfast is very limited and poor

Fast service and kind personnel. Staff very kind, polite, and helpful. The room and towels were clean. Air-conditioning worked well. When I go to Cairo again, I may repeat this booking.

There are gaps in the balcony door and bathroom door when closed. Toothpaste, toothbrush, q-tips, and hair comb were not supplied by hotel and had to buy them from outside.

المكان نظيف العاملين لطفاء

Its location.

As usual the shower head and its faucet was faulty. Please remove all shower fixtures and replace with decent quality ones.

Great stay, front ppl realy amazing, Also the location so close for everything.Good price.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere makes every stay enjoyable and relaxing. Consistent service and excellent hospitality are the reasons I keep coming back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable stay.

Very nice and basic hotel. All the amenities are in the room. Modern furniture. The hotel seems to be new. Right behind smoha grand plaza. 20 minutes ride to Alexandria corniche. Reasonably priced and good for budgeted travelers. 24 room service. It has all you need without premium.

The hotel was very neat, the sheets and AC were cooling well, the front desk staff, Madonna, was very helpful. Overall, the stay was exceptional.

Not at all.

The room was clean enough and was a pretty good value for a booked-last-minute one night stay. Plenty to get to within walking distance.

جميل هادي بس البار شوي زعاج

شكرا جزيلا

Rude waiter (Zeinhom). Incompetent management. Hotel guests not allowed in hotel bar.

I love the location, silent and proximity to all required site scenes. It was extremely clean, recently renovated and some minor repairs were ongoing.

Very clean as I am living in my house Organized and deserving every penny
