Anna's Apartment, Tromsdalen

Super cozy and super warm (the place and the water). The kitchen had everything and was super well equipped. Super nice environment and decoration.

Goede locatie, 20 minuten lopen en je was in het centrum en een supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig om er een week of langer te zijn. Ruim appartement voor 2 personen. Over het algemeen een netjes appartement. Makkelijke communicatie met de host.

Hing een vieze(riool) geur in de badkamer. De afwerking was hier en daar niet top, veel kieren en randen te zien en kabels lagen zo over de vloer in de slaapkamer bijvoorbeeld. Het appartement is wel erg gehorig, de trap voor appartementen er boven lag pal aan de slaapkamer dus daar werd je soms wakker van en gesprekken e.d.van de bovenburen waren duidelijk te volgen. Hadden voor 9 nachten geboekt en kregen 1 handdoek per persoon, na vragen wel extra gekregen.

It was COLD! there’s only one radiator in the living space and there was no way to plug it as it was too far from any plugs and there were was only one extension lead. We slept in our thermals under several blankets with a blow heater that we had to use the one extension lead in the property for. The curtains in the bedroom also don’t completely cover the window.

A clean suite with big beautiful living room. The location is also convenient.

L appartamento di Anna è comodissimo Per la sua posizione vicino al centro, sotto la cattedrale artica. È comodo perché spesso dopo le escursioni ci lasciavano proprio lì a due passi così da non dover prendere bus o taxi per il rientro a notte fonda. L appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e vedo rispetto le precedenti recensioni che Anna ha provveduto a risolvere tutti i problemi che c erano. Ci sono tre termosifoni con cui è possibile riscaldare in maniera ottima tutti gli spazi compresa la piccola cameretta. Ho gradito da Italiana la presenza di una cucina fornita e anche qualche vettovaglia . Presente inoltre in bagno lavatrice con detersivo e prodotti per l igiene personale. Coperte in abbondanza, biancheria pulita. Facile il check in automatico. Anna molto reattiva per eventuali necessità. Sembrava di stare a casa propria. Super consigliato!!

Essendo case vecchie potresti sentire i rumori degli ospiti sopra (comunque non oltre l orario del silenzio) utile per cui è sensibile portare i tappi per la notte.

De ligging, vlakbij de Arctic Cathedral en 5 min lopen van de bus, was prima. In tegenstelling tot het centrum best wel rustig. In het appartement was het warm. Verder redelijk compleet.

De badkamer stinkt behoorlijk. Kennelijk een slecht aangesloten wasmachine- of doucheafvoer. Wat we ook probeerde het bleef maar stinken. De eigenaar gaf aan: komt doordat het een oud huis is! Het is bekend! De douchekop was lek, waardoor het water alle kanten op spoot. Ook de doucheafvoer was kapot. De oven in de keuken had een kapotte knop, waardoor het instellen niet lukte. De keukenkraan lekte. De keukenkastdeur onder de gootsteen zat maar met één scharnier vast. De keukenladen vielen zowat uit elkaar. Kortom er was een hoop mis. Wij hebben contact gezocht met de eigenaar, Anna, om te vragen wat te doen. Zij wilde de douchekop laten maken, echter wilde wij niet dat er iemand in het appartement was terwijl wij er niet waren. We hebben het vervolgens maar gelaten! Verder vonden wij de slaapkamer erg klein (2x3 m). Wij miste haken om je kleding op te hangen. Dit kon wel in het entreegangetje.

Chauffage couvrant bien le lieu. Bonne localisation par rapport à l’île de Tromsø.

Second time at Anna’s place. She is very friendly and always available to reach out, there was one issue at the beginning but she fixed it very quickly. The apartment is very lovely!

The accommodation was clean, warm and very comfortable with everything needed, on top of having a great location! Would love to come back some time in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at Anna’s apartment in December 2024! From the very beginning, Anna was an excellent host. Due to unforeseen weather conditions, I requested an early check-in, and Anna made every effort to assist, communicating promptly and kindly throughout. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was convenient and peaceful, with easy access to the city and nearby the cable car station. It was clear that Anna takes great pride in maintaining the apartment, ensuring guests feel at home and comfortable. I would definitely want to stay at her place again if I visit Tromsø again!

It was automated and all the amenities were there.

Door code was hidden in the handle, that created much fuss before entering the apartment. There should be more clarity with pictures. Though host said that she has sent pictures but I didn't receive them.

Bed was very comfortable, apartment was spacious and had all the facilities needed included great heating, the host was very helpful over the phone.

It is super cozy and well located. It’s very quick to go everywhere ! Also, Anna is a such nice person and very helpful.

There are some works that should be made in the bedroom (like the missing of the light in the room because now there is a portable lamp (that has to be charged, it last 2-3 hours), but there will be some guests that will not be satisfied with this). In the shower the drainage of the water is not sufficient (even when the water came out at a normal speed the shower floor got flooded a little bit) . There were times when the wi-fi didn't really work (probably based from the television being on or based on the presence of other guests in the other apartments). These are the 3 points I may point out
