After two days of hiking in the national park, the free laundry and dryer was a lifesaver. We dropped the bag in the morning and came back to clean, folded clothes. It's the small things like this that make a mid-range place feel premium

Location is excellent. Walkable to Dayong Ancient Town and the 72 Wonders tower at night. Tianmen Mountain cable car is a short taxi ride. Loads of local restaurants downstairs. Quiet at night despite being central — good soundproofing in the rooms too

The owner's wife explained where to eat, how to plan the mountains, and warned us about taxi drivers overcharging. Felt like staying at a friend's place rather than a hotel. We'll be back

It poured on our second day so we had to skip the national park. The hotel offered free afternoon tea in the lounge, and we used the small gym to kill time. Thoughtful touches that turned a wet day into a relaxed one. breakfast ends at 9:30, don't sleep in too late

Amazing location, right by the river and perfect for evening walks. The street directly below the hotel has many shops and restaurants, some open 24 hours. The room was extremely clean, beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast on the 13th floor also has a great view. The service was exceptional. The staff even helped us book a ticket and handled everything for us. Laundry was free, they collected our clothes directly from the room, washed them and brought them back. Amazing service!

Breakfast is good. You get a proper Hunan rice noodle bowl made fresh in front of you, plus steamed buns and fruit. Simple, hot, and way better than the generic buffet at big chain hotels. Don't skip it.

As someone who usually struggles to sleep in hotels, the mattress here shocked me — it's a Serta. Firm but plush, pillows just right, blackout curtains kept the room dark. Woke up feeling actually rested after hiking the national park. Rare thing.

We booked the river-view room and it really did exceed expectations. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Lishui River and the misty Tianmen Mountain perfectly — we just sat by the window with tea and watched the light change. Room was spotless, bed super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Absolutely worth the small upgrade.

For the price this is unbeatable. Room is bigger than expected, modern, super clean. Staff were responsive on WeChat before we even arrived. The river view alone justifies it — we paid double for a much worse room closer to the park entrance. Book this

The room looked brand new. Light wood tones, modern but warm, everything well maintained. No musty smell, no dust, bed linen crisp. They even had a small fridge in the room. For the price, honestly one of the best rooms we've had in China.

The front desk staff went well beyond. They helped us book Tianmen Mountain tickets, gave us a route that saved us half a day of queueing, and even arranged a taxi at 6am. Nothing was too much trouble. The little souvenir at check-out was a lovely touch for the kids.

Great river‑view stay We booked the river‑view room and it exceeded expectations. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows offer stunning unobstructed views over the Li River, both daytime and sunset look amazing. The room is well‑maintained with a spacious bathroom, you can even enjoy the river scenery while soaking in the bathtub. Breakfast has a good variety: hot dishes, fresh fruits and local rice noodles are available. The hotel is conveniently located, with restaurants and shops nearby. Sound insulation is decent, we slept really well. Highly recommended for travellers.

Comfortable room with spectacular view The large floor‑to‑ceiling windows are definitely the highlight of this hotel, perfect for taking photos. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, ideal after long‑day sightseeing. Public areas are clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast food is fresh and restocked in time. Staff are friendly and respond to requests quickly. Quiet despite being in the city centre. Perfect choice for your trip to Zhangjiajie if you value nice views.

Relaxing urban accommodation I loved the seating spot by the window, sitting there watching the river was super relaxing. Plenty of natural light inside the room and all facilities are fairly new. Breakfast quality is solid, you can enjoy your meal while overlooking the river. The hotel features a simple yet elegant style. Supportive staff handle inquiries promptly. It works great both for overnight transit and short leisure stays.

Nice hotel for family city trip We stayed here as a family and had a pleasant experience. The river‑view panorama through big windows is breathtaking. Bathroom is clean and facilities work perfectly. Breakfast covers different tastes, including hot meals, pastries and fresh fruits. It is easy to get around the city from this hotel. Everything is tidy and the environment is quiet. Good value for money, one of the best city‑centre options in Zhangjiajie.

Solid pick for visiting Zhangjiajie Panoramic river view is the biggest plus of this property. Well‑equipped room with nice bathtub and complete bathroom amenities. Breakfast is plentiful with diverse choices. Lots of dining and shopping options close by. Noise control is good so you can have a restful night. No obvious downsides during our stay. We would happily come back next time we visit Zhangjiajie.

Modern, clean, great value, great location

Hard to find since it is located on the 13th floor inside another Vienna hotel building. No sign outside for the hotels

Rummet, inredningen, vyn från hörnfönster med både berg- och flodutsikt som vi inte ens hade bett om. Mycket hjälpsam personal, oerhört lyhörd och uppmärksam. Läget är toppen nära till Tianmenshan, flygplatsen och andra sevärdheter samt cityliv.

Bardzo pomocny i zaangażowany personel pomogli nam zarezerwować bilety na wiele atrakcji i to z swoim rabatem tak że zapłaciliśmy mniej niż bezpośrednio kasach biletowych. Pokoje są bardzo przestronne, łózka super wygodne, pościel czysta, codziennie sprzątane pokoje.

The breakfast was mainly Chinese-style, but it also had European options. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in.

Room:Big room, comfortable bed, good shower, electric toilet. Location:Excellent for those who want to use Zhangjiajie City as a base for their trip (parks and old towns) and be close to the railway station. By car it's about 45min to the park, 20min to Tianmen Mountain Line C (much closer for Line A), 15-20min to Zhangjiajie West Station. Transport: They also provided free pick up on arrival and the driver was lovely with her pink car. We basically did the whole stay with her. Staff: Great staff service, friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way a lot to help. They packed our breakfast to go for us.

Room: The room we booked had 2 big windows (corner view) the one we got only had 1. Also the pictures show a beautiful view of the top of the buildings, but in reality the view down is not nice. Carpets were stained, sheets had big visible holes in them. The room lacks a full length mirror. Housekeeping: inconsistent, we never knew if we'd have toilet paper, water, tea, etc when going back to the room. Breakfast: only from 7:00-9:00, too short and not early enough for the park's, but they did pack us to-go bags when requested. Breakfast is very simple, could be improved.

Cleanliness needs significant improvement. There were bread crumbs and hair scattered across the room carpet, which were not cleaned during the two days of my stay. The walls also had visible stains. I also found a considerable amount of hair on the bathroom floor. Overall, the photos shown on Booking are misleading—the actual quality, cleanliness, and general atmosphere are far below what the pictures suggest. Breakfast very poor.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der Badewanne im Schlafzimmer und neben uns im Gang gibt es ein immer wiederkehrendes geräusch, das sich wie eine waschmaschine anhört. Ansonsten gibr es nichts negatives. 我们住的房间里卧室带浴缸，走廊旁边总有一种不断重复的声音，听起来像洗衣机。除此之外，没有什么不好的地方。

Nos dieron respuesta por wechat de manera inmediata a cualquier consulta que les hicimos incluso se ofrecieron a comprarnos las entradas a los parques naturales encargándose de todos los trámites, dándonos además consejos sobre qué ver cada dia y cómo organizar la visita. Sin duda es un hotel que recomendaría, por trato, ubicación y calidad de las instalaciones.

Η θεά του ξενοδοχείου είναι τρομερή. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι και αν χρειαστείτε και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας αλλά και πριν από αυτή μπορείτε να ρωτήσετε ότι χρειάζεστε. Το πρωινό τοπικό ωραίο με τα bao ban με τον κρόκο αυγού να κλέβουν την παράσταση αφού ήταν ότι καλύτερο γευτήκαμε. Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα τεράστια και πάρα πολύ άνετα.

PICC (예금보험공사) 건물내 13층에 위치하여 처음에는 찾기 약간 곤란 했음 25층 정도 건물내 4~5 개 호텔과 회사 등이 각 층별로 영업 중 임 숙소는 13층 전체사용 중국지도 사용 경우 제외한 외국인은 구글지도의 온라인 네비게이션 사용 곤란으로 예약서에 있는 호텔 주소안내로 찾아가기 어려울수 있음 건물 이름으로 찾아야함 영어 만으로는 소통이 불편하고 중국어 번역으로 사용 하는데 너무 친절하여 약간 부담이 됨

Amplitud de la habitación, desayuno, limpieza y simpatía del personal. La persona encargada fut muy atenta y amable con nosotros, no hablaba inglés pero con el traductor pudimos comunicarnos sin problema. Te ofrecen un desayuno típico chino y algo de bufet occidental.

Es difícil de encontrar el hotel por su nombre según Booking. Es aconsejable contratar con el alojamiento el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto o tren para asegurarse que llegas al hotel. El hotel se ubica en la planta 12 o 13 de un edificio en el que hay varios hoteles más.

The hotel sent a driver to collect us from the station, free of charge, which was a nice touch. Spacious room. The staff were marvellous and even booked a tour for us.

Returning to the hotel - which is inside a tower block - can be a bit tricky, unless you have your wits about you! Excellent quality breakfast, but spicy, so perhaps not to everyone's taste in the morning.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit mit der Buchung von Touren , Tickets oder Taxis. Außerdem hat das Hotel wenn man über sie Bucht vergünstigte Eintritte für z.b. die Yellow Dragon Cave den Grand Canyon mit Glass Brigde und den Tianmen Mountain. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. AC ist sehr gut. Man sollte bedenken dass in China rauchen in Räumen erlaubt ist und auf ein non smoking room bestehen. Das Frühstück ist chinesisch. Also meistens Nudelsuppe oder Dunplings. Dafür jedoch sehr gut.

The staff were amazing. None of my group speak Chinese but the staff used translator and WeChat to insure great communications. I would highly recommend this location.

Buena ubicación, habitación muy espaciosa y bonita.

La moqueta es muy sucia con manchas que prefiero no saber de qué son. Daba asco que andábamos con las chanclas. Desayuno de 7 a 9 y casi sin opciones de nada, mejor no cogerlo la verdad. No habla inglés nadie en este Hotel lo que hace que la comunicación sea muy lenta con un traductor. Hay una plancha para todo el Hotel.

I loved the room so much! It was very comfortable and pretty clean overall. Looks very modern, looks completely different from the city. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the toilet was very clean with the high-tech built-in bidet on the toilet seat.

However, the downside of this was the location that was put in Booking.com or on other apps/ website. It is located in the Gold Building near the riverside, there are 2 gold buildings but it is the one closer to the river. Go in the building and it should be another hotel, then proceed to head up to 13th floor then you should be good. Also what I don’t like about this hotel is when I checked out last night at 4am, there was an old man who seems to be an employee SLEEPING behind the reception on his bed. Does not seem very professional and not as friendly as the morning staff.

LOCATION WAS A CHALLENGE TO FIND Booking.com + other western apps showed it to be right under or next to a bridge. Walk along the road on the river till you see 2x golden panel window buildings + a small grocery store on the left. Corner of Jiaochang Rd and Binhe Rd Its on the 13th floor That is my only negative

The bedroom was massive, with a sofa and a huge window with a view of the river and mountains. The bed were very comfortable and the room is spotless, super clean and has a luxury finish. The shower was great, basically like a small room and there is a smart toilet with cool features. Toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit are also included. The host was very friendly and available to help at any time. They offer a delicious chinese breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the river.

It would be nice to have a buffet breakfast to offer additional and international options.
