Good location, easy check in. Is new and clean. The owner was very responsive and nice.

A few more hooks for our jackets and clothes.

Location, house layout with two bathrooms. Provision of all supplies for cleaning, personal use and cooking etc this was exceptional. Great value for money

TV was difficult to use. No live free to air TV channels available and no response to my request for help. Streaming service require you to have an acct on your phone to access eg tvnz+ etc No on-site parking but available on street within hi50m

The place was very nice and clean! It was comfortable and felt very safe! It is genuinely a very nice bnb! The hosts were so lovely, they messaged multiple times to check in with us which was very nice! We definitely highly recommend this bnb and will be staying again 💖

The only thing we werent a fan of was the no parking, when I booked the bnb it didnt show up with no parking but when you click on it as a link it shows up, I have raised this with booking.com. But even then parking was not horrible, you can park on the street around the corner and you can see your car from one of the bedrooms.

The property was very clean and it was very near the bus stop and the mall! We liked the modern facilities and the provisions provided (soap, liquid detergent, dish washing liquid, etc).

La propiedad es excelente para familia de 4 o dos parejas ya que cada habitación cuenta con baño propio. La cocina y living en planta baja son muy comodos para estadía corta. El que no tenga parking no es un problema en absoluto ya que la calle perpendicular tiene disponiblidad total para dejar el auto. Mas que recomendable

Great base for us for our little family holiday in Christchurch. The house had everything we needed and we loved having 2 bathrooms.

I hadn't realised there was no parking at the property but wasn't too hard to get a parking spot on the side street nearby

It was a full house unit with two bedroom and bathrooms. Was a good tv and comfortable enough bedding.

Didn’t feel like the cleanliness was up to standard. The sofa bed was covered in stains and the duvets and blankets and towels didn’t smell fresh at all. There was a lot of scuffs and marks on the walls.

Well kept, bright and smelling good.

Wish there was parking on the property

No car park available for this unit. I come from a rural area so was a little concerned about leaving vehicle parked around the corner

The house is beautiful.

The bed cover is stinky. We didn't able to use the bed cause the bed cover and blanket smell terrible.

Easy to check in, perfect size. Had every thing we need. Close to shops, good value for money.

Casa molto comoda e pulita..non mancava nulla, buona posizione se si ha un' auto.

Che non potevamo parcheggiare l' auto sotto casa..ma comunque il parcheggio gratis era a pochi minuti a piedi quindi non male

The floorplan of the place was really nice.

the house was clean and smelled good. It was equipped with all the necessary household stuff. Free wifi which was good. It had a good homey vibe.

I didn’t like that it did not have a bath tub which was in one of the photo ads.

It was very clean and cosy, the heatpump heated the whole place. The kitchen had all that you needed and more.

So comfortable bed and clean environment . The location is perfect, it close to the shopping center, just few minutes walk.

Great stay, very clean and organised. Plenty of amenities. Sturdy stair rails for my elderly father. Two bathrooms were a luxury, and the location was handy to town. Code entry is a nice idea. We didn't have to worry about keys or a swipe card.

Sadly the parking wasn't close however we made it work.

That it had everything we needed and it was close to my friend which was the purpose of the visit

The convenience of the location was perfect for our family * shopping malls * petrol stations * take-aways and restaurants etc... * city * airport The home was lovely and comfortable with the amenities needed away from home

Great new build. Very clean and modern.

Shame about no off street parking - but having said that parking round the corner was easy and no issues with trying to find a park.

Needed to call the host to figure out how to get in. Information should have been provided before arrival. No information in the house at all. Never did figure out WiFi password because I didn’t want to call them again. Parking is not out back but we didn’t know that until I called to figure it out the next day. Communication could have been a lot better as I have stayed at a number of short term rentals and there is usually information provided before arrival and usually some information in the apartment for all the small details. The host was responsive when I called and gave me the information I needed but I didn’t want to keep calling to ask questions especially at odd hours of the evening. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable but I can appreciate this is a personal preference. Chairs in the kitchen are loose and ready to break if someone sits too hard on them!
