Exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable

Stank of mothballs, the pillows need replacing. Only provided with one towel for everything. We have different views of what constitutes a private bathroom and garden view

Very minor issues....Bed only, no breakfast available. No tv in room and bathroom not ensuite so had to cross landing to use it during the night.

The area that you had to travel through by bus was a very rough area of limerick, and I feel that should have been communicated beforehand. Most budget friendly travelers would be arriving via bus

Lovely room in a new build house on the outskirts of Limerick city, but still close to restaurants and amenities. I had my own personal bathroom with toiletries provided. Bed was very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend

The bedroom and the bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Toiletries were made available and I could make a cup of coffee in the bedroom.

House was clean & tidy & staff helpful. Room itself more luxurious than I expected, for the type of room.

My only concern is it was a 25 min bus journey & although the bus stop, which happened to be it's terminus was less than a 10 min walk, I wouldn't recommend walking to it at night. There was a large grassy knoll you had to cross, which even at 6pm was starting to fill up with youths on motor scooters, which left me (as a solo traveller) feeling a little intimidated. If you have a car or more than 1 staying together, the place would be perfect.

The host was not present when I arrived at 5p, which is a reasonable time to arrive. I later saw he had emailed me asking for the time of my arrival so he could plan his day. Since I did not see that email, I didn't respond, I expect the host to try reaching me in other ways or to be there when I arrive. Thanks to some neighbors, I was able to contact him, but still had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive to let me into the house. The neighborhood was entirely residential. No businesses within a mile. The room was clean, but not very comfortable. Besides, the bed, there was a desk chair for sitting.

Our host, a very nice person, contact us a few days before our trip and gave us some more information on the exact locación. The house is very beautiful and the room cosy and clean. Near the bed there is a desk and on it you have a kettle and tea bags, sugar, and instant coffee and 2 cups. The bathroom was only for us and in a rattan suitcase you could find all amenities needed: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion...The house is situated outside of Limerick but there is a bus that pases every 15 min aproximately. Recomendable, very good value for money!! Thank you for eveything!

Venkat responded to enquiries immediately, which was great. Room was comfortable and there was an excellent private bathroom with accessories, which was a nice touch. On outskirts of limerick, but easy access into the city. The bed was OK.

Wi-Fi not great in the bedroom, so I had to run a Zoom meeting from the lounge. There was no problem here, but I wasn't sure if I had access to this room after, or the kitchen...

I liked the house and my room, everything was clean and tidy, and I had the opportunity to use shower gel and other hygiene products. The owner is a nice, kind person, I was shown my room bathroom how to use the shower water, it's nice. I am satisfied with everything😌
