It was my first time in a hotel as a guest but i have worked a reception many years so i recognise the high level of care that went into every detail. Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Lovely hotel,wish we could’ve stayed longer. Beds are so comfy. Rooms are huge and the facilities in the hotel are amazing with the huge pool/gym. Then games room with the pool table and ping pong. Staff were lovely and helped us print out some bits which was nice of them. Highly recommend this place.
Nothing really besides the busy roads near the hotel but it can’t be heard from inside.

Estetica della stanza. L’arredamento risulta poco moderno; ma comunque funzionale.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The hotel was so spacious. We stayed in a two bedroom 2 bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Pool sauna and gym fantastic. Would have preferred to be closer to BTS but they had a free shuttle bus every hour so can't complain.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026La chambre était spacieuse et bien meublé, quoique de façon un peu impersonnelle. La grande piscine était très agréable et la salle de sport bien équipée. Le service était discret.
L'emplacement un peu excentré, il y a des navettes toutes les heures pour la station de métro sinon il faut marcher 20min. Même avec le métro on reste globalement loin des points d'intérêt de bangkok donc comptez pas mal de temps dans les transports.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Постоянно останавливаемся в этом отеле. Хороший отель с бассейном, сауной и тренажерным залом! Шатлбас по расписанию до метро и обратно. Просторные номера, прекрасная уборка. Шикарные виды на город с верхних этажей. Завтраков нет, но в Таиланде сложно остаться голодным. Магазин 7/11 находится на первом этаже здания. Всё устраивает. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Was acting overly strict and unfriendly and I finally had to cancel the stay. He was checking more documents, visa stamps and whatnot than immigration. As a regular hotel guest of this property being treated like an illegal immigrant, that was just ridiculous

Nous sommes restés une semaine et nous avons utilisé leur room service deux fois. Tout était parfait à notre retour. La literie était très nickel et comfortable. On y retournera avec plaisir.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Large size room with a seating area, a sofa and a table. There was a small area with a fridge, kettle, safe and a side table to put your own belongings. The bed itself was comfortable and the balcony overlooked the city with an amazing view. The bathroom was clean and modern. You stand in the bath to take a shower. There was some freebies from the room that was nice. The reception area itself was sleek and clean, and the staff were friendly during check in and check out.
I personally prefer not to stand in a bath for a shower but everything else was good

Reviewed May 14, 2026This place has everything you need. There’s a 7/11, doctors, food stalls, markets and coffee shops all around the hotel. The pool is lovely and the gym is minimal but useful. The room was huge and the bed super comfy. Netflix on the TV and we had a great pool and city view from our room.
The downside is that the rooms have no hot water. Not the end of the world when it’s hot outside but for the price and quality of everything else, you’d expect hot water. You had to log into the wifi every time you changed floor or left the hotel also which was annoying. I was also a bit disappointed that after a 9 day stay I wasn’t allowed to sit by the pool for a couple of hours after checkout 🥲

Check in and check out overly strict (charge half a day for 2 hours early check in), extremely late check in and early check out, standard everywhere is check out 12 and check in 1 pm. This property you can check in at 3pm and need to check out at 11am. As mentioned, extra charges that rob you blind. Unfriendly reception boy, when I asked to speak to the manager, he faked a phone call to him and told us that we could cancel our booking free of charge as our only choice. And manager would be not available. Throwing regular hotel guests out in an unacceptable manner. No No No, that behavior needs to be corrected.
