The hotel is at a walkable distance from almost all the attractions and popular cafés in the Old Quarter. The staff were super helpful and the rooms were cozy, clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Everything was good, just wanted to mention i was staying alone, and it was ok, but maybe not very suitable to have a glass door for the toilet/shower, if friends are staying in one room. It is frosted though.

Possibly the best hotel I stayed in during the three weeks I was travelling in the region. It has a really high quality feel at a relatively low price. I would definitely look to stay here again if I ever revisit Hanoi.

Super friendly personal, the receptionist, the cleaner, everyone was super kind. The room was comfortable and clean, everyday we got new towels and the room was cleaned nicely. I really appreciated it. Also the area is really good, it is close to the old town and has good food close by. The street where the hotel is located is a side street, so it is not so loud or busy like the main streets which was also nice. In the morning I always went to a little cafe that was right next to the hotel and had a Vietnamese cafe (Cafe Sua Da), also very nice. All in all I really enjoyed my stay in Ha Noi and felt comfortable with the hotel and area

We enjoyed our three-night stay here. Great value for what we paid! The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, water pressure and hot water all worked well. We slept very well thanks to the blackout curtains. Location is excellent.

The property is at a very good location, right in the middle of all the hustle bustle. Most of the major attractions in Hanoi is very nearbuy. So, if you are looking for an affordable stay and location is something that you care about, this one is worth the price. Dieu at the reception was very helpful, he helped us with everything. Also, gave us a lot of information about activities near Hanoi.

This hotel is amazing! We were so lucky that the owner was there when we checked in, and she kindly upgraded us to a family room. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip to Hanoi and Da Nang. I slept so well because the room was quiet, the air conditioning was excellent, and the internet was very fast. The staff were all wonderful, especially Luk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A special thank you to the lovely owner for the room upgrade. 🥰 Until next time! ❤️

La chambre (double la moins chère) n’a pas de fenêtre, et est située à un demi étage bas de plafond et donne directement sur l’entrée/ sortie de l’hôtel

The hotel staffs are very helpful. One of the staff whose name is Dieu is excellent, he upgrades our room for free. He is helping us to book for trip to Ha Long Bay which is exactly as what he described at a good price, he also helps us to book for taxi for our next location. The rooms are nice and clean. I will book again if I visit Ha Noi. Thank you Dieu and the hotel staffs

Central place

The location is perfect a the heart of the old quarter. Staff does not talk much but here to help if needed. Perfect for a few days in Hanoï.

Excellent location, up to date, very clean, very helpful staff (knows english), never pushy at all. Has an elevator! The best hotel we stayed in of all our trip in Vietnam.

Road too narrow, most times cars can’t pass through, but it’s just a very short road, don’t mind a 30 second walk to larger / main roads.

The room was a great size and clean. Don’t have anything bad really to say about the room itself.

On arrival you have the choice between paying cash or card. To make life easier we thought we’d pay card. The guy in reception was really keen for us to pay cash due to the “card fee”. So we did. Then on checkout another guy on reception told us we hadn’t paid which we were concerned about. I explained that we paid cash to the other guy. He contacted him and the guy said we definitely didn’t pay. I then noticed the cctv behind the desk so told them to run that. It showed me handing money to him. He still denied it. So I would say just pay card and get the receipt!!!!

Lift worked well, place was pristine and quiet. At times you hear the train pass but not often at all. Receptionist was very helpful with great English.

A bit of a minor but the very small window in the room didn’t have any curtains so was very light early in the morning. Staff member on reception was quite unhelpful and dismissive asking me to come back in the morning when I asked if he could help with why TV wasn’t working

Such a comfy place to stay in Hanoi! It was super central but also in a nice quiet nook area which was really cute :). The staff were so helpful sorting laundry and check in for us. The bed was comfortable and they also made up the room each day for us which was amazing as we did not expect it!! Overall 10/10

The staff was very helpful. The location was awesome.....close to train street and the downtown area. The facilities were nice and modern.

The room and bathroom could really use a deep cleaning. Everyday we could tell the room had been cleaned but we always found long, black hairs on the floor. Not a huge deal, but something easily remedied.

La ubicación es buena aunque está en un tipo de pasaje, por lo que si vas en uber (auto) no será posible dejarte en la entrada del lugar. La gestión y buena voluntad de los chicos que se encontraban en recepción fue excelente. Tuvimos un inconveniente con un huesped que se encontraba borracho y que se hospedaba en otra habitación y los recepcionistas se hicieron cargo inmediatamente de esto. Lo apreciamos muchisimo.

This hotel gave me a room so spacious I briefly considered doing cardio in it—then remembered I was on vacation. 😁 The bed was so comfy I nearly missed checkout because it refused to let me go. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but hey, it had a bathtub, so I forgave it instantly. Both the room and washroom were impressively clean—like, “should I take my shoes off again?” clean. The service was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP even when I was just asking for extra water bottle Overall, a great stay—would definitely come back and maybe actually use that space for yoga next time (no promises though).

Just 1 small suggestion - could add a bigger dustbin/throwing bin in the room. The one we had was a bit on the small side. Again, no complaints.

Un très bon emplacement pour cet établissement. Après de mauvaise expérience à Hanoï, le personnel a accepté de montrer un chambre avant la location, et franchement, ce fut le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage. Propre, une chambre spacieuse et bien équipée et surtout une salle de bain avec cloison dans la douche et le wc. Une petite table pour boire le café et thé offert, un canapé et un espace pour poser les sacs. Une petite fenêtre qui donne sur l’extérieur.

We were transferred to a sister hotel but this was seamless and all good.

Room had no window but this was ok as it was quite dark with the lights out.

Great position in a reasonably quiet location. Easy to find places to eat.

Property is at first hard to find and difficult to get to via taxi or bus…however once you find it it’s all good.

All staffs are very helpful, they allowed us to keep our luggage’s till night as we have our bus to Sapa at 10pm, this is helpful

Very spacious room, and very clean! The staff were fantastic and helpful, letting us store our bags after arriving early in the morning. So close to the old town and train street.

The people were friendly, the location was good, the rooms were clean, there was water and tea every day, the beds were comfortable - so everything was great.
