Reviewed Apr 13, 2025The hotel itself was amazing, and the staff, great. It was a TERRIBLE experience trying to arrive to the hotel. There was a parade that night and it was truly unsafe for us to get there. You could tell people were drunk in the streets, poor street lights and no help at all from the locals. Very rude with directions. When trying to make it through the gates, security was really confused and sent us the wrong way multiple times.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2024Beautifully designed and styled property. Bad kitchen, staff too fussy and watch you at breakfast
8/10
Reviewed Oct 22, 2024Probably best hotel in Patna with the staff being excellent and property is excellent however there had been a few power cuts in the mornings which annoyed me a bit. I expect hotel of this class to have backup power. Also the tv channels have very limited English options and may need to have better interface. Food is great but maybe on weekends I think they should have late buffet close times.
