Best hotel , brilliant food, good staff

Very good experience in the hotel. Housekeeping is very excellent and they cleaned room very clean. Rohan Tewary and Dineshwar is excellent, cooperative and polite. They listen to our request and comply with. Also staff and officers in breakfast and dinner time was highly professional and catering to our requirement.

Stayed at Maurya Patna. Services are excellent 👌 housekeeping officials are very polite, courteous n eager to help,they were always greeting with smile I was served by Sh Rohan and Sh Dineshwar ji. They were well dressed n behaved. They not only noted my requirements but provided services immediately. They are an Asset to any organization

Visited Hotel Maurya, Patna after 2010, and I must say — it is still the best in Patna. Some places age, but Hotel Maurya has only strengthened its legacy. The hospitality remains impeccable, the staff courteous and attentive, and the overall experience as refined as ever. The rooms are comfortable, the service prompt, and the food continues to uphold its excellent reputation. It’s rare to see a property maintain such consistency over the years. Hotel Maurya truly remains a benchmark for hospitality in Patna. Always a pleasure to return.

The legacy continues to stay high every time we return to patna and the hotel This must be out 12th or 13th visit to the city and we always stayed at the Maurya. We will not change ever. It's just not worth taking that drastic change. The food at the hotel is amazing. Dishes tailer made if we request is a feather in the cap. Awesome rooms and well maintained as well

In our long duration of stay we told them our requirements on day one, be it house keeping or the food department. Rest was taken care . No hassle from the team. I did not have any expectations as I usually don't stay overnight in the City. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the entire process right from the Check-in to the checkout. The breakfast was immaculate and had a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend it for business travelers. It was a fascinating experience. I will definitely come back here whenever I need to stay overnight here in Patna.

Back again to this legendry property , this time wirh friends enroute to gaya. We had a good 5 day stay at this property. The sray was amazinv as usual with good food and good service.

Having grown up in the city, I had never stayed in hotel, which was the best hotel when we were kids. This time, I stayed there after much too and fro and the reservations team went out of the way to ensure that I got a room for 2 nights, although I finally only stayed for one. The check-in was smooth when I reached in the evening and the room was ready. The size is very comfortable and mine overlooked Gandhi Maidan. The breakfast spread was great, giving people a taste of local food too. Overall, a great experience!

The Hospitality of the hotel is par -excellent. From house -keeping Sanjay Mandal to restaurant staff Subodh, Mr Sachin in the Gym and Mr Kesari at the swimming pool everyone is very welcoming and courteous. Hats off to them for making my stay memorable. Location is excellent with Gandhi Madian. below , Accommodation was very good with a decent size room, a bath -tub, excellent toiletries and illumination of the room. Gym on 5th floor is good, but may be improved upon. Breakfast was superlative and the cold coffee provided on request was as per my specifications : very cold , strong and with a trace of sugar. Ignore this hotel for any business trip. Wifi does not work.No one picks up the phone after 8PM. Sound from poolside party disturbs a lot.Not only hampers the work but also the sleep. Talking of food is costliest in world. Service cheapest.No one speaks English here, not even at reception.Room amenities like slipper missing' from room. In night I cannot call in my colleague room, I had to take permission from reception.Also cannot order food from outside. But can bring myself. Absolutely lack of management.No one looks,talks or behave professional.... And many more to say.

Fantastic stay at hotel maurya patna, we had 14 rooms locked with them for a span of 4 days last week for our annual conference. Professional staff, good and clean rooms. The conference halls were great as well with amazing western and asian selections. Their biryani was to die for We managed to sneek in meal at spice court on Monday as ot was packed and totally booked from Friday to Sunday. The meal at spice court was memorable.

Hotel maurya was very good. We stayed for a week with my family and kids, allotted 2 rooms of the base category. The rooms were good and tidy. My parents were well taken by the house keeping staff and ample support offered by the front office department. The food was tailored for my parents which they appreciated well We had a great meal also at the hotel. Wanted local food so they gave us a Bihari thali which was really good. Breakfast was at the lobby level restaurant which had a huge spread and freshly baked breads and muffins.

Not a good hotel to stay. Highly priced. A full portion of khichdi will cost you more than 800 bucks. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Charged me 8500 bucks and taxes extra. Given me the worst room . There was no view from the room. Suffocation all around the hotel. Reception does not answer calls. And if answered, it was very unproffessional. Bell boy rarely there to attend. If u ask the tariff, the front desk has different answers. No car renta services available in the hotel. They don't have Travel desk, everything is done through reception, whether it s housekeeping, laundry, etc.।।। Overall a very poor managed hotel, where room and food were very bad

Good Service . Very testy food .

It’s just a beautiful, classic hotel. The staff is wonderful. The food is great. My room was clean and comfortable. It is an oasis of classiness in a city that’s seen better days. There was a lot of noise from doors slamming during the night. And once you’re outside, it’s insane.

Breakfast was not good

I was traveling alone and felt safe and comfortable. The one issue was that the internet connection was exceptionally slow.

Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. As well, I experienced delicious western dinner in the Dining Room...truly enjoyed my roast chicken with potatoes, vegetables and gravy. Would happily stay at Hotel Maurya again!

Well located. Bed was not comfortable. Wifi was terrible I would not recommend it to another business traveler.

I stayed in this property for almost a week and had quite a disappointing experience dealing with the staff and services they offered. The hotel room wasn't clean, and when we complained about it, they moved us to another equally lousy room. Likewise, room service too was very disappointing. Often time the room service receptionist would miss the order placed. They served us stale or burnt tea on multiple occasions. Such was the experience that, in the end, we stopped ordering from room service.
