Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The food was very tasty with limited options though. One need to prebook beforehand. The tea was exceptional. Loved the tea that was served at any time. Rooms are clean and tidy. Pool is also very clean. The location is secluded and it is difficult to even get lunch beyond a specific time. They had board games for kids and adult alike.
The price was Ok for the rooms but they could include the food in that price as well. The beach is clean but the vibe is missing. One cannot stay there with family for long as the place is mostly with crowded by young locals.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The house is spectacularly clean, rooms comfortable, swimming pool clean and functional. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and so willing to accommodate our food requests (we dont eat a lot of spice, so they made food especially for us).
The beach is just a 5 minute walk and there are a few local eateries around, if you wish to explore food options.
The property is in a quiet neighbourhood, beautifully constructed and managed. The children enjoyed the pool, the indoor games and of course the beach.
Will definitely come back here again. Wonderful vacation!

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026My stay at Beach Heaven Villa Nandgaon was genuinely delightful. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, the staff is extremely efficient and attentive, and the food deserves special mention—it’s simple, homely, and absolutely delicious.
The villa itself is beautiful, featuring a swimming pool and indoor games like carrom, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. We stayed for three nights and honestly never felt the need to step out for meals—the food at the villa was that satisfying. The only exception was a quick visit to an Amul ice cream parlor nearby for a sweet treat. We are vegetarians, so we didn’t try the seafood ourselves, but other families staying at the villa seemed to thoroughly enjoy the seafood options as well.
A special mention to Pankaj and the wonderful ladies who truly run the show—they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped arrange some locally grown vegetables for us to take back on request, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch.
One of the biggest highlights is the proximity to Nandgaon Beach, just about 350 meters away. The beach is incredibly clean and feels almost like a private getaway. If you're looking for something more lively, Kashid Beach is just 7 km away and offers a range of activities like ATVs, horse riding, jet skiing, banana boat rides, and other water sports.
There’s also a shop about 500 meters away where you can buy alcoholic beverages at regular prices with a small premium, which is understandable given the location in a quiet village setting.
Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a peaceful beachside vacation.

Rooms could have had a electric kettle.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Beautiful lush green environment, coconut palms and planting in the garden around the swimming pool. Large, comfortable room with balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly, helpful staff and delicious home cooked food. Everything maintained to the highest standard. Sunset at the beach 30pm away.
Not a dislike, just be aware that payment is cash only as you might expect at this type of property. We were expecting to be able to pay by card as the booking.com details showed that Mastercard was accepted. All OK though as an SBI ATM just down the road.

1) The accommodation provided for the driver was pathetic… it had no bed and just had a standing fan. It was not even clean. We had to arrange another stay for him.
2) we booked 2 rooms and in both the rooms the AC was working but was not cooling well. Also the AC remotes were not working well.

Need a stronger wifi on the upper floors as the sim doesn't catch any network. Would make working from here a bit tough. Rest everything was super.

My friend from Brazil who had come to meet me had a really great experience as a foreigner. The place is absolutely spotless, everything was clean and tidy. Reviewed Jul 28, 2024The man on reception was very unwelcoming and rude.There was no coordination between the owner and the staff about the booking.Continuous power cut made the experience more harrowing.Ac was not working due to the frequent power cuts.Shower wasn't working either.The parking area was very slippery due to accumulation of green algae which they didn't bother to clean.Definitely a no no place . If you want relaxation

Reviewed May 27, 2024The Property was pretty much same as was shown in the images. Hospitality was very nice. Felt like we are in our home. Cleanliness was also at par. Only 1 flaw was AC malfunction, as it was dripping water on the bed.
Rest Everything was perfect.
AC was dripping Water on the bed, as it was late night so the issue remained unsolved. We informed the care taker, but he was helpless too.

It’s a brand new property not even a year old.
The pool was not accessible because it wasn’t clean due to low voltage at alibaug area. But the owner was very kind enough to provide us dinner for the compensation.

There is nothing as such, there is scope to improve in canteen menu, plus they can include variety of food items and also stop giving misal pav as breakfast option..include idali smbar..aalso include menu card where you can select what you want to eat. Canteen option are very limited. Though fish was good again everything is limited in quantity and options

Pool and hall is awesome...
Host Nilesh was very cooperative and courteous. He welcome us with welcome drinks.
Food was awesome and tasty and gave us homely feeling.
All support staff was good and cooperative.
Location of villa is also good. It 500m from Nandgaon Beach.
Parking is also big can accommodate 4 5 cars. They have separate drivers room aswell.
I was definitely recommend to all people who would like to have a peaceful stay.
