The location was very good and the overall stay was very nice and worthy for the amount we paid. The host was so kind and very helpful. The room was neat and clean. Not on a main road, so it's a pretty quiet area, very close to the baga beach.

The rooms are absolutely clean with all facilities along with great location. Near by beach, the staff also very nice and helpful. We definitely visit again'

We had recently visited Goa and stayed in this Hotel. It was good stay with very much spacious, neat & clean room and 2 minutes walkable distance from Baga beach moreover hotel staff was very calm and polite, staff go out of their way to make your stay and comfortable as possible.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. What I liked the most was the peaceful and calm environment surrounding the hotel. The property is situated very close to the beach, which made it easy to take morning and evening walks while enjoying the beautiful sea view and fresh breeze. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Manoj and Mr. Roy, the caretakers, for their excellent hospitality and assistance throughout the stay. Their friendly nature and dedication towards guests truly made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Everything was good

This is a good location to stay just near the famous Tito's lane and baga beach. Staff is really good, polite and welcoming. Rooms are also good and spacious room. Car parking was free.

We had kids with us and were given a quick check-in. The photos had the hotel rooms with Beach facing whereas when we reached there, it was not the case. Staff behaviour is good but location is just near to beach - and not in beach. Cost wise it’s ok, but parking facility is not very good.

Very difficult to find as the hotel wasn't actually called anything or have a sign. Receptionist was disinterested. A deluxe room for a high price was a rip off as it was very basic...no fridge, chairs on balcony. Bed was dirty and bedding ripped. Woken every night by noisy shouting men staying/ living there. Not sure where the good reviews have come from as I would avoid

Best place to stay in baga, it's in a prime area. staff was very helpful. The rooms were newly built, the rooms and washrooms were clean, so nice that i spent Two extra days. Everything was perfect.

The guy at front desk let us check in early and was always smiling and friendly whenever we saw him. The staff were helpful and instructing us how to take the public transportation to Panjim. Location was excellent - 2 minutes walking to the beach. Tons of great restaurants and clubs around but still quiet and cozy. The room itself was brand new and completely spotless. We had hot water every day (a real treat in India). The room was nice and the bed extremely comfortable, the facilities are extremely clean and modern!!!
