I booked 2 days back and called them for confirmation, which they confirmed. They told me to pay at the hotel. They called me on the morning of check-in and informed me that the room is not available.

La propreté (canette vide dans le placard), infection de mites. C'est répugnant. Bien que Suraj ai été très correct avec nous (aidant, accueillant, répondant facilement à nos questions), son collègue nous a arnaqué lors de notre check out : il a contacté son ami chauffeur pour nous faire une course à ₹1400 soit le double des prix proposés par l'application GoaMiles. Le chauffeur, très louche, s'est arrêté au milieu de la route pour réclamer son argent. Nous avons dû nous énerver une seconde fois pour qu'il accepte d'aller jusqu'à l'aéroport : du jamais vu. Nous nous sommes sentis pris au piège et pris pour des cons. C'est évidemment parce que nous sommes étrangers. À vomir et à fuir.

I didn't realize how noisy and crowded it would be because of New Year's Eve celebrations occurring in the neighborhood and nearby beaches. This fact caused me to cut short my stay by 4 days.

It is not a hotel. It is like a guesthouse where the rooms are on the first floor and the family of the owner stays on the ground floor. Hotels with better facilities are available st the same price. Even though housekeeping is promised everyday but it was done every alternate day that too when you get after them to give an example.

Well… don’t expect much. No hot water. Also it’s very loud most of the time until late in the night. Walls are thin. Towels smell bad and leave lint and fibers all over you, so you feel dirtier after using them.

As a hotel room it is neat and clean on first day after that no house keeping till next 4 days this may be because this hotel is not fully ready to rent out. my suggestion is better to wait till completion of all the basic work and they opened too quickly to reserve
being still contructing hotel there is no facility for BreakFast house keeping, No water heating kettle to have tea or coffe not changing towel everyday because of no housekeeping No shampoo, misturizers we got only small medimix soaps that too not everyday. Neighbours have dogs (3) may be problem for hotel guests in future that too during night time. no aeration from outside they blocked aeration with shade nets though we have balcony but not feeling it because of this shade net. Entry to hotel is through owner house and this is not good

The rooms has all amenities and plus is it's near to Baga Beach, considering the price it's very nice stay. Suraj the care taker is such a gentleman. Helping always in every way possible.
The location is difficult to find to be honest. The hidden reason is it a new property and also the frontier is in a renovation state. Not many people know about the property. Once you find it it's all good. Suraj will help you find the property.
