Water pressure is weak. Customer service at the reception needs improvement - long wait at the reception. I was travelling with toddler and waiting at the reception for 15mins is horrendous. Staff at the reception has taken time with her other duties instead of looking after the guest. Room was ready already, but we waited for 15mins at the lobby as she was still busy with other things. Need to know and understand priority of your guest.
