Personnel top en particulier mr farouk , bonne emplacement

Le personnel est d'une grande qualité professionnelle, souriant, respectueux, au service du client et toujours disposé a aider. Un special très grand Merci au responsable a l'accueil Farouk, un homme d'une incroyable gentillesse et serviable ! La restauration était a la hauteur de nos attentes, c'est un hotel confortable et propre.

The reception team was outstanding. Special thanks to Aya, Sara, and Douaa, who made sure we had no issues throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the room type at check-in, and they resolved it quickly and professionally. They even allowed us to check in early because my mom was tired from a long flight — a truly kind and thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable and the stay was very pleasant.

Nothing worth mentioning — the small booking issue we had was handled right away by the staff.

Très bon hôtel, très bien placé et le personnel était vraiment super. Pour notre premier séjour à Alger, on ne regrette pas et nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

La terrasse de la piscine extérieur est le seul endroit agréable de l’hôtel

Lors de mon arrivée le personnel m’indique que la piscine est en supplément pour 4000da/jour sauf que ce n’est pas indiqué sur booking et de plus la piscine était inaccessible la seul journée complète que j’ai passer lors de mon sejour (3jours) La piscine intérieur s’apparente à un hammam sous terrain, chaleur et humidité, pas propre du tout, aucun personnel sur place pas de serviette à disposition et sécurité à revoir fortement

Le cafe est excessivement cher alors qu’en face de l’hotel il est 10 fois moins cher pour la même qualité. Buffet très cher également

Atmosphere moite. Humidité ambiante. Pas récent du tout. A rénover ou tarification a revoir a la baisse.

Suite deluxe de taille correcte ! Un responsable très gentil Mr Rabeh et surtout réactif ! Merci à vous pour avoir pris le temps pour nous ! Personnel de jour agréable contrairement à l’équipe de nuit ! J’espère que l’hôtel évoluera.

Vue sur la rue ! Pas de parking ! Quelques places devant mais pas forcément dispo ! Malheureusement un manque de service , premier soir pas de personne pour les bagages , une personne pas très aimable quand on demande pour le linge de lit et serviette ! Car 2 serviettes pour 5 c’est impossible ! Et surtout personne Qui parle sur un ton assez énerver . Réveiller par le personnel du ménage à plusieurs reprises Sol de la chambre mal nettoyé.

If your company sent you, sure you won't care about the price, so go ahead, but for individuals and not companies, it's very expensive compared to what they offer, the hotel was in area with no movement at all, and with no city view expect private houses, a dead scene, what was requested upon booking, it isn't worth it honestly, the room is not that equipped, you have only boiler?? This is 4 stars hotel? It should have more, also when I tried to cancel the remaining days because I didn't get what I was looking for, they refused and said that its not possible, even that in booking they said that you can cancel with some charges I am not saying the hotel was bad, but it isn't worth the price, honestly

Friendly staff from reception, maids and waiters, we got a free room upgrade which was excellent and the suite was spotless and fully maintained. The private pool was also amazing which can be booked for the hour, I used the gym many times which was also great. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

Master card not working. Staff at reception is not friendly and not helpful. They cant charge to the room for food, pay everyday is inconvenient.

The swimming pool and hotel location.

The bath room door was not closing The reception staff not replying to phone call. I called them to arrange the clicklack, no reply. I have sent physically my son to them to send who will arrange the clicklack bed, they said coming but no one came. The pillow were with cover not in the correct face. The inner face was out. The cleaning was not up to the level, just beside the clicklack there were some empty bottles. One lady disturbed my sleep morning saying that I need to pay my breakfast. I have not taken any breakfast. Overall not really up to the mark

Comfortable bed, spacious and modern room, excellent spa / pool (needs to be booked)

Odd check in (pay upfront rather than on departure). Pool on roof is not in use (only ‘decorative’). There is a wonderful indoor pool and spa in basement, but needs to be booked.

The rooms are nice and clean. The food is good.

The art painting in the corridors, lobby and rooms are of religious nature with crosses and religious Christian quotes. That is not acceptable. They should let the customers know that the facility is Christian oriented facility. The pool was off and the water was unclean.

THE HOTEL AMBIENCE IS GOOD, WITH CLEAN ROOMS AND NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED, PAY AT THE COUNTER.

BREAKFAST CHARGES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO NEARBY GOOD RESTAURANTS
