The staff were super friendly and helpful which makes your stay so much more enjoyable. A shuttle van frequently runs to take guests up and down from the hotel and Bellagio centre which was very reliable and convenient. The hotels location is second to none, absolutely stunning! Hotel food also fantastic! Would love to stay again.

Pour cet hôtel, c'est surtout la vue qui est incroyable. Magnifique. L'hôtel est aussi hyper propre: mention spéciale pour l'équipe de nettoyage qui fait un superbe boulot. L'accueil est ok sans plus. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est charmant et le petit déjeuné est bien et varié. Le service de navette est indispensable et bien pratique pour se rendre à Bellagio. Les chambres avec vue sur le jardin sont très biens et calmes (nous avions la chambre 11).

Ce sont peut être des détails mais qui font la différence entre 3 et 4 étoiles: l'accueil de la réception pourrait être plus souriant et certaines activités de maintenance (par exemple arrosage du jardin et discussions) pourraient être plus discrètes. Le personnel est dévoué et charmant mais semble un peu fatigué.

מלון עם נוף מהמם, מבחינת מיקום - יש שאטלים כל שעה של המלון עד 21:30 שיורדים למטה לעיר.. זאת נסיעה של 10 דקות (אל תרדו עם הרכב הפרטי למרכז העיר אין מקום בחנייה שם וגם כשיש זה יקר מאיד) המלון עצמו נחמד, האוכל מצוין במסעדה שלו! הארוחת בוקר באופן יחסי לאירופה - עשירה ויש מבחר טוב, התפריט של הארוחת ערב מעולה (לא פסטה ופיצה.. מנות מעניינות עשויות טוב) קחו בשיקול אין מעלית! למי שזה קריטי הנגישות, אבל יתרון משמעותי יש מזגן בחדר (לא מובן מאליו באיטליה) זה מלון לאנשים שאוהבים שקט ונוף יפה, אי אפשר ללכת ברגל למרכז העיר - זה לא נגיש.. אבל באמת שהשאטלים עושים את העבודה. עוד יתרון - יש חנייה בחינם במלון. באופן כללי - מלון רלוונטי לאנשים שאוהבים נוף מאוד יפה (באמת עוצר נשימה) וחדר פונקציונלי - זה לא מקום של ירח דבש/משהו יוקרתי.. זה פשוט מקום טוב לשים בו את הראש.

היה לנו קשוח המדרגות עם הציוד והילדה. זאת הסיבה שנתנו ציון 8 מתוך 10. כי זה באמת היה מלחיץ ועשה לנו התקפת לב כל פעם שירדנו למטה.. בסוף היינו צריכים להרים אותה+לסחוב ציוד..

View from the room of Lake Como was amazing. We had a small balcony with a table and chairs. It was so nice to just sit there and enjoy the incredible views. Staff were super friendly and helpful, in particular Lucca! Really enjoyed our chats during the shuttle rides back and forth from the city centre and the hotel (which was very timely and convenient). Great value for money.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional - both friendly and helpful. Magdalena stood out as being very accommodating and made our stay memorable. The views and service at this hotel are amazing!

Der Ausblick war sehr toll. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der Shuttle Service war super!

Das Bad war sehr alt, die Dusche sehr klein und es hat 10 Minuten gedauert, bis das warme Wasser kam. Beim Frühstück war der Toaster kaputt (über mehrere Tage).

La situation est superbe avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse du parc sur le lac. La chambre avait un balcon qui donnait sur le lac et le restaurant propose des repas raffinés. Le personnel a répondu à nos demandes et a été très accueillant. L'hôtel propose un service de transport (compris) pour rejoindre Bellagio à 10 minutes en voiture, toutes les heures.

La salle de bain et sa cabine de douche sont anciennes.

La salle de bain, surtout la douche, toute petite et pas pratique. Les horaires de la navette espacé d’une h avec uniquement 6 places de disponible et personne qui vous propose une solution si vous avez pas eu le temps de vous inscrire en premier ( 10min en voiture, ils pourrais proposer plus d’horaires au heures de pointe) Les parties communes sont vieillissantes… Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon du tout

L’emplacement exceptionnel nous avons eu une surclassement avec une chambre avec une vue exceptionnel sur l’superficie de la chambre très bien . Literie moyenne. Manque de finition dans la rénovation de la chambre.Petit déjeuner produits qualitatif. Resto bon mais trop cher.

Service navette super idée mais amplitude horaire trop importante et non respect des horaires réservées.

The view

The views from the property were beautiful. The bedroom was big with 2 balconies (one huge one and one small one). The hotel has a car to drive you to and from the city centre to the hotel which was incredibly convenient and was frequent throughout the day.

The bathroom was small, the shower was small. The bathroom amenities could be improved

The view is amazing, the bed is soft and comfortable, the air conditioner is good (i was worried a bit but i read somewhere they remodelled the rooms and it sure looks like it). The minibar was also very good, i put it on max and it freezed the ice packs as i hoped.

No elevator! So take notice if you come with big bags, no one offered to help us. The room itself was mostly white with nothing on the walls, the closet is just some open shelves. No espresso at the breakfest, and we're in Italy.. the water went sometime colder or warmer in the middle of the shower. Not all the electric plugs worked. And take notice the check out is between 8 and 11 if you're having an early flight

Stunning views from both room and hotel terrace, good size balcony, comfy bed, delicious dinner menu, friendly staff. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Bellagio, but the hotel do a regular free shuttle run to and from.

Beliggenheden og personalet var fabelagtigt. Man fornemmer virkeligt, at gæsternes oplevelse betyder noget for hotellet.

Vi havde tre overnatninger og tog flere gange drikkevarer med på værelset efter aftale med personalet. De brugte glas m.m. blev dog konsekvent ikke fjernet i forbindelse med værelsesrengøring. Det ægrede os.

De locatie, mooi hotelleke met een prachtig uitzicht, eigen parking, honden zijn zeer welkom, personeel is ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, bar en restaurant ter plaatse. Wij komen zeker nog terug.

Wij komen hier al jaren, als tussenstop richting Toscane. De prijzen zijn enorm gestegen met de nieuwe uitbaters, natuurlijk ook omdat alles gerenoveerd wordt, maar hopelijk blijft het betaalbaar voor iedereen!

Fantastisk beliggenhet og utsikt! Veldig fint med gratis shuttle fra sentrum som du kunne booke i resepsjonen eller ved å kontakte via WhatsApp. God mat både til frokost og middag, og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Pluss for god seng på rommet og fantastisk å ha egen balkong på rommet.

Eneste vi mislikte var at det var åpning i veggen fra badet inn til rommet

The food served at dinner was an absolute delight for the senses. The views from the dining area are unmatched anywhere in Italy. The greeting and service by Madi and her team was a real pleasure.

The room was a little dated but still very nice, and comfortable with a good balcony view even though we were given a room at the back of the property. The shower was a little small compared to other apartments and hotels we have stayed at on this trip, but the water pressure was good and the bathroom was clean.

What a view! One of the best little hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was excellent, well appointed, with a very large balcony. The food was great we ate there most days for breakfast and in the evening. Ample parking and a free shuttle down the hill to Bellagio. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to assist.

Me and my husband just returned from this fabulous place. It completely exceeded our expectations. From the taxi service they put on for you, to the staff being so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, with the most amazing views of Lake como from our balcony . We ate in the restaurant the first night which was superb food and truly great service where we could just relax and take in the most beautiful surroundings we have ever seen. We had the most amazing time and would recommend to anyone and love to return someday.

Most incredible room we have stayed in. Room 24. Extremely spacious, comfortable, and has a large private balcony to sit, lounge, and soak in world-class views of Lake Como. The bed was large and comfortable. Walk-in shower spacious. The entire hotel staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They offer shuttle service to and from the Bellagio city center, so you can easily commute worry free. We had an incredible experience throughout our entire stay.

Het was een super verblijf. Zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten waren echt goed. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Je wordt met een busje naar het centrum gereden wat echt wel tof is , zo kan je je auto laten staan op de parking en ben je super op je gemak. Het uitzicht van op de kamer is gewoon prachtig. Hier komen we zeker nog terug. :)

The view from the terrace is simply stunning and the value for the money. The staff were friendly and as accommodating as they could be.

Temperature control in the family suite needs improvement. The first floor was cool but the second floor AC could not keep up with the outdoor heat. Additionally, the shuttle availability could be improved.

Wow! the view from Il Perlo is stunning. The staff are great so friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Once the car was parked we never used again during our stay, the hotel shuttle bus worked perfectly. It is well worth paying extra to have a lake view. The breakfasts are superb we also had dinner a couple of times during our stay which was wonderful. Special thanks to Maddy who is fabulous - lots of recommendations. We were also so well looked after by Alfonso, Lucca, Sylvia and the lovely breakfast lady - the staff really are an asset. We were welcomed with a glass of fizz which is a really nice touch. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again .

It's a pity there is no pool, although we understand there is a public pool which you can use.

The property was absolutely beautiful!! The room clean and comfortable. The views from our room were exceptional with a stunning view of Como from Bellagio. This hotel had a shuttle down and back to the centre of Bellagio, and is beautifully quiet on top of a hill away from the hustle and bustle. Hotel staff were so accommodating and lovely. Also to add, the restaurant for dinner was the best meal we have eaten in this region over our stay!! 😍😍😍

La cuisine du restaurant n'était pas bonne du tout mais très prétentieuse. La chambre n'était pas du tout confortable, une seule table de chevet, lit en 140, salle de bains démodée.

The view from the patio where breakfast was served was stunning. The shuttle down to the lakeshore was so useful. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

The property is located in a gorgeous location overlooking Lake Como. Very nice. The staff were all very personable and helpful. We were impressed with the staff and their willingness to accommodate our every need! Excellent!

Absolutely stunning views overlooking the lake. Our room had a beautiful little balcony also with an incredible view. The bed was so comfortable-the best in Italy so far and the memory foam pillows felt just like home. The food in the restaurant was superb. One of my very best meals in 2 weeks of Italy.

The hotel provides shuttle services hourly. However the shuttle was full at our requested time so we had to pay 25E to get to our train even though the shuttle bus was just sitting in their lot. The driver offered to take us initially, but the woman in charge at the desk said no. Not a good look so we departed on a sour note.

Un emplacement incomparable offrant la plus belle vue sur le lac de Côme depuis la terrasse de l'établissement. Accueil chaleureux et stylé du personnel. Petit déjeuner fourni et de qualité. La cerise sur le gâteau : une navette minibus mise à disposition des clients par l'hôtel permettant de rallier le centre de Bellagio et d'éviter les problèmes d' un stationnement plus que difficile. Les mentions dans la rubrique "Que n'avez-vous pas apprécié" s'effacent devant le merveilleux souvenir du site.

L'absence d'ascenseur (mais le personnel est à disposition pour la montée des bagages dans la chambre). Chambre un peu petite.

Het hotel heeft een onnavolgbare, fenomenale ligging: een prachtig plaatje ! We kregen een upgrade van kamer met prachtuitzicht en terras. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Een uitmuntende shuttledienst van en naar Bellagio met een vriendelijke en behulpzame chauffeur. Een goed restaurant en een ruim ontbijt. Badkamer in orde, misschien wat aan de krappe kant.

Klagen is echt niet gepast als je op zo een prachtige plek (Altavista) mag verblijven.

The view of the lake from the hotel was fantastic. Friendly staff, especially Silvia. Really comfortable room.

The only negatives we have to say was that the shower wouldn’t stay at one temperature and the “room” that the shower and wc were in was cramped.

The hotel is quite a ways from the main town area. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle but it is small and can fill up quickly.

The view was amazing, the room was exactly what we were looking for very quaint, beautiful window views, extra bed accommodations and the breakfast was perfect! The staff was fabulous, answering questions, making reservations and just wonderful conversation!

Nothing that we did not like. Just please, when making the renovations keep the quaint italian hotel feel that it is now!

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Perched on the side of a hill overlooking the lake. Just a superb outlook. Staff were awesome all round. Breakfast was great as was the restaurant. Room was spacious with a balcony for a quiet sip in amongst a fantastic view. Highly recommended.

The location

We wanted to book the restaurant for dinner and the maitre said that they were fully booked. We ended up going to another restaurant and we were very quick and when we came back we’ve noticed that in the restaurant was only 3 tables. We had lunch earlier there and the food was amazing but the attitude of the waiter towards my friend and refusing a table to a guest wasn’t good
