Chambre sous les toits avec fenetre minuscule,salle de bain tres simple avec odeur de renferme,pas de hauteur de plafond obligeant a se courber en 2,un ascenseur en panne . .impossibilite de changer de chambre malgre ma demande ,nous sommes 2 personnes agees montant difficilement les etages,personnel indifférent à notre demande...tout cela pour plus de 300 euro,c est une vraie arnaque et je demande à Booking un remboursement partiel

Pluim voor het personeel, zeer attent en vriendelijk. Uitstekend ontbijt en prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Rustig hotel(beleid) en over eventuele dag-/avondfeestjes word je vooraf geïnformeerd.

Redelijk gehorig op de gang en via de kamerdeuren, dus rust is afhankelijk van de gasten zelf. Helaas vervelende nachtbrakers als ganggenoten gehad, gelukkig kon het personeel ons een kamer op een andere verdieping aanbieden. Leidingwerk maakt wat lawaai bij iedere douchebeurt van wie dan ook op de eerste verdieping, maar zijn ook verouderde douches. Op de begane grond zijn de douches vernieuwd.

Pleas add seating in your lobby. The only seating available on the lobby level was outside. I would add informal dining for lunch and dinner. This was not an option. We had to walk down to the beach to get an informal lunch.

Air conditioning in the room is not cooling enough

helpful & friendly staff. newly renovated bedroom and bathroom. AC is cool (really needed for summer time). complimentary hotel transfer from/to the lake. in front of bus stop. their croissant for breakfast is delicious!

price is a bit too much (but it’s summer).

Hotel Don Ferrante is a quaint boutique hotel with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The staff is caring, helpful and friendly.

Just a few minor issues that could be easily rectified. The converter in the room I occupied could be replaced as there is tape keeping the batteries in and place. Also an iron could be added to the room. As I said very minor issues.

Stairs were a bit steep in places, black out curtain, food labels at breakfast, but I’m splitting hairs as there was nothing not to like!

The hotel has a magnificent view! The staff is very helpful. The shuttle service to and from the city is very convenient – ​​indispensable in the rain: you can message to the reception, and in a few minutes someone from the hotel will pick you up from the city or take you to your destination.

No hair conditioner in the bathroom. The restaurant... We often visit fine dining and high cuisine restaurants, and this one was challenging, but unfortunately not very tasty. The desserts are excellent, but the rest needs some work.

Kaunis pieni hotelli, ihana näkymä suloiselta parvekkeelta järvelle, ihastuttava terassi, upea aamiaishuone suurine ikkunoineen vuorille... Kaikki oli niin kaunista!!

Meille vajaan kilometrin etäisyys Bellagion kylästä oli hyvä liikunnan kannalta, mutta voi jollekin olla yllätys. Kiva kävelymatka. Hotellin ravintola oli kallis.

The hotel met our needs in every possible way. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. We were informed of the additional services available regarding the shuttle bus and affiliated restaurants. A very professional staff, who were customer focused.

L'emplacement proche du centre de Bellagio est super. On peut y aller à pied. La chambre familiale est idéale pour une famille de 4. Le personnel est accueillant et très agréable. Chambe propre. Aussi, l'hôtel propose un service de navette payante génial. Le chauffeur est top!!! Il noys a donné de très bons conseils et surtout parle français.

Le seul point négatif est la climatisation...En effet, il y a bien air conditionné mais pas adapté lorsqu'il fait 38°donc, du coup, on nous propose un ventilateur à la place. Dommage...

Posizione ottima, vicina al centro raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio auto in struttura e data la difficoltà di trovarlo nei dintorni cosa molto utile. Colazione squisita, dolce e salata accompagnata da una bellissima vista.

Quando siamo arrivate la camera era al secondo piano e l’ascensore non era disponibile se non per i bagagli. La camera avrebbe dovuto avere l’aria condizionata invece aveva un ventilatore che certo non è paragonabile come refrigerio. Il bagno era piccolo senza finestra e ogni tanto si sentiva odore di fogna.

The room was extremely warm, wouldn’t stay cool. Staff gave us an oscillating fan but the room was still very warm.

יש בצמידות למלון מקום חניה לכ 14-15 רכבים בלבד ולכן החניה על בסיס מקום פנוי. אפשרות החניה הנוספת הינה חניון במרחק 10 דק הליכה מהמלון. בנוסף, במידה ורוצים להגיע ללא רכב למרכז בלג'יו זה כ 15-20 דק הליכה מהמלון (החזור בעליה).

Awful rooms. Low and angled ceiling, poor air conditioning. Staff generally uninterested. One highlight was the shuttle bus and friendly driver (but be warned the service is chargeable!!)

The view is unparalleled from your balcony. It is a great location if you don’t mind not being at the center. Breakfast is great with lots of choices and staff are lovely as well.

Die Lage und die Größe des Hotels ist perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn man sich reich dankbar und gesegnet fühlen möchte, dann ist der Frühstücksraum ein absoluter Platz dafür.

God service. Veldig fin beliggenhet i rolige omgivelser, litt utenfor sentrum. Koselig felles areal med nydelig utsikt utover Comosjøen.

Très belle hôtel, très calme mais un peu éloigné du centre de Bellagio et de tous les commerces, bars et restaurants. Notre chambre était une chambre standard, propre, bien équipée mais un peu petite, tout comme la salle de bain. La salle du petit déjeuner est superbe avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Côme. Accompagné du chien d'une amie, nous avons renoncé au restaurant gastronomique de l'hôtel.

Le parking de l'hôtel est relativement exigu, une dizaine de voitures grand maximum. Nous nous sommes garés sur place de la recharge de véhicule electrique, heureusement nous n'en avons pas été delogés. Une réservation plus précoce nous aurait sans doute valu de meilleures prestations encore

המיקום אין גישה יותר מדי למלון יש כביש אחד שאתה מגיע למלון אבל להגיע למעבורת שליד שהיא ממש קרובה לכל הטיילת והבתים מלון המפוארים עם המעבורת גם עם הרכב וזה מצוין אבל שאתה חוזר למלון אתה חייב לעבור דרך כביש ztl ואין דרך אחרת הם אומרים שזה לא דרך ztl למרות שיש מצלמה והיה שוטר גם שזה לא דרך אגרה וזה דרך חינם בנתיים מחכים אם יהיה דו"ח אני אעדכן אם לא גם אעדכן היינו בתאריך 08.07.2026 עד 10.07.2026

L’emplacement et la vue sont parfaits, la grande salle du petit déjeuné a une vue magnifique. La terrasse est très jolie également.

La chambre était très petite et la salle de bain vieillotte et minuscule avec une cabine de douche en plastique ne valait pas un 3 étoiles. Le buffet du petit déjeuné était très décevant : celui ci fermait à 10h mais si vous arriviez à 9h30 il n’y avait déjà plus grand chose et en plusieurs fois le personnel nous a dit ne pas pouvoir remettre les produits manquants. A 9h30 donc, il nous est arrivé 2 fois de ne plus avoir de yaourt grec (on m’a proposé un yaourt industriel à la place), plus de charcuterie et des œufs brouillés secs et dur. Mon compagnon a demandé des fruits frais (la salade de fruits était industrielle aussi), on lui a ramené des pommes et poires en plein été. Quand nous avons fait part de notre déception au personnel on nous a répondu que le petit déjeuné était inclu dans le prix de la chambre, comme si cela justifiait que la qualité / quantité ne soit pas au rdv. C’est bien dommage. Quant au parking, il est trop petit pour les clients de l’hôtel on nous a donc demandé en 2 fois de jouer aux chaises musicales pour laisser la place à leur mini van. Et d’aller nous garer dans un parking 200m plus loin, sous des trombes d’eau. Au final, un assez mauvais rapport qualité / prix.

Everything, couldn’t recommend this hotel enough if you are planning on visiting Bellagio.

My only criticism, which isn’t even really a criticism, was the when the maids were cleaning in the morning one of them was singing and whistling which was a little annoying after a night of drinking wine!

Aircon broken in room, could not sleep for 4 nights

The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was good, especially the view from the dining room.

The room we were assigned was hot when we arrived. We were told the previous guests had turned it off for some reason and it would be cool later in the day. When we returned after dinner, the room was still hot. Luckily they had another room they could move us to. The air-conditioner was not great but it was better. By running the air and opening the window, the room was cool enough. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and didn't have a balcony. (We paid for the balcony.)

Excellent in every way. Beautiful hotel, great location, clean and renovated, wonderful and friendly staff. Do not miss the restaurant in the hotel. An exceptional experience.

Accueilli avec le sourire dès notre arrivée,nous avons bénéficié d'un parking aisé.notre fils avait une grande chambre vue sur jardin et un peu le lac,notre chambre très légèrement plus petite mais avec une vue splendide sur le lac, toutes deux avec balcon . La météo étant caniculaire , nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence d'un frigo et de la climatisation. Fabulous position, small family run excepional hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well equipped and breakfast was excellent. Their 2 restaurants in Bellagio were excellent and although hotel 15 min walk to town the hotel shuttle bus was a brilliant addition. We would definately return.

Bonjour Emplacement idéal. Excellent petit déjeuner avec une belle salle et vue sur le lac. La personne qui nous servait les boissons chaudes était disponible et professionnel. Nous avons eu de bons échanges. La chambre était grande. Literie excellente ainsi que le linge de lit et de toilette. Hôtel très propre. Il y a eu une petite fête un soir au niveau du restaurant. Nous avions été prévenus, et à 23h cette prestation s'est terminée comme prévue. Place de parking disponible devant l'hôtel.

Le bruit le matin de la part de certains personnel tôt le matin. La chambre est proche de l'accueil. La vue de la chambre sur une ruelle. Ce n'était pas précisé dans le descriptif lors de la réservation. Chambre à éviter

We had a very nice room which was clean, a good size and very comfortable. We appreciated the shuttle service which picked us up near the ferry and dropped us off. The terrace had seating overlooking Lake Como. It was a perfect place to end the day, watch the sun set and be absorbed in the beauty of the lake. Hotel Don Ferrante is near the Villa Melzi garden which is truly lovely.

Although it was welcome to be outside the frenzy of Bellagio, it was a bit of a walk to the hotel. The shuttle is available but like walking.

This may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. We felt incredibly happy throughout our stay. The gardens are amazing, the rooms are excellent, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. The staff are truly outstanding—everyone is so warm and welcoming. The reception team, shuttle drivers, waiters, and every member of staff were wonderful. They were extremely helpful with everything we needed. There is also a shuttle service to and from the town center whenever you need it, which made getting around very convenient. We left with wonderful memories and were very impressed by how clean everything was. Thank you for such a fantastic stay! 😊

The service and friendliness of the employees made this hotel stand out. We stayed for our honeymoon and my wife even commented that this hotel was one of the highlights. The view of the lake during breakfast was fantastic as well as the patio outside. I highly recommend staying here!

The only negative was we walked the wrong direction to the hotel and it took longer but that was entirely my fault. The hotel mentioned they could have picked us up by the ferry. I had just navigated a bunch of trains traveling there from Switzerland and through the hotel was an easy walk from the ferry.

Le petit déjeuné était vraiment legé, pas beaucoup de choix. L’isolation des chambres, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les couloirs et a l’accueil, nous etions reveillé tres tot.

The standard double room is really small, and the bathroom even smaller It indicates walking distance to town but the walk back is steep…the restaurant is expensive and the food was not at quite the level of it’s price
