Vi fik et værelse med vinduer højt oppe under loftet så vi kunne ikke se ud. Det føltes som at bo i en kælder. Der var sygt meget larm og vi sov næsten ikke se nætter vi boede der. Da vi kom tidligt om morgenen sov personalet i receptionen og vi ventede 20 min på at komme ind. Der er oplyst at de taler engelsk hvilket ikke er tilfældet. Bruseren var lidt ulækker ellers pæn rent.

Location was excellent and on top of this, the free laundry was amazing.

ホーチミンの主要な場所へ行きやすい立地(徒歩、車、バイク)にあり、周辺にはコンビニ、カフェ、日本食レストランも多いです(丸亀製麺あり笑)。中心部ですが通りから奥ばったところにあるため外の騒音に悩まされることはありませんでした(内部も静か)。初めてのホーチミンでしたがスタッフも親切で、フロント周りの飾りも感じが良かったです。特に夜の男性スタッフが地元感たっぷりの愛嬌ある方で良いキャラでした。 お部屋自体は写真より小さめでしたが1-2人であれば十分な広さだと思います。水回りも洗面台とシャワーは壁があり水がかかる心配がありません。きれいに清掃されていました。 エアコクの効きもよくすぐに適切な温度になります。

通路は人が通ると電気が点くようになっています。私の滞在したお部屋は居抜きなのか通路側に大きな窓があり、その光が入ってきました。遮光シートやカーテンである程度は軽減されますが、明かりが点いたり消えたりと気になる方はいると思います。強めの遮光カーテンが設置されることを望みます。 水回りですがシャワーの排水が悪く、洗い流した水が浴室の床に溜まってしまうので時間をかけてシャワーを浴びました。

There was building work going on that started early in the morning when I was staying. Didn't have a great night sleep there.

Loved the friendly staff and the location was perfect.

Room was very small, which didn't bother us at all, but may not suit everyone. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Robaki, brud Na pierwszy rzut oka pokój był w porządku, dopóki nie zauważyliśmy wszechobecnych robaków. Po zgłoszeniu problemu przyszedł do pokoju dozorca i miotłą strącał te robaki, które ja mu pokazałam. Robaki lądowały wszędzie: na łóżku, na zakupach spożywczych, na rozłożonych walizkach. Dozorca pozbierał niektóre z nich, inne zostawił z nami. Odmówiono zwrotu pieniędzy czy natychmiastowej zmiany pokoju. Miało to miejsce o godzinie 23, więc nie mieliśmy możliwości szukać innego hotelu. Dramat!

Leider eine richtig schlechte Erfahrung. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, war es offensichtlich nicht sauber – überall Haare auf dem Boden. Wir haben es gemeldet und es wurde nachgereinigt… sogar ZWEIMAL. Trotzdem waren noch Haare im Bad, auf dem Nachttisch und sogar im BETT. Wir konnten es kaum glauben. Da die Rezeption abends nicht mehr besetzt war und wir uns extrem unwohl gefühlt haben, sind wir noch in derselben Nacht gegangen und mussten kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel suchen – ausgerechnet während eines Marathons, also fast alles ausgebucht. Am nächsten Tag wollten wir unser Geld zurück, weil wir gar nicht dort übernachtet haben. Das wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, man hätte das Zimmer nicht weiterverkaufen können. Für uns absolut unverständlich bei diesem Zustand. Sehr enttäuschend! (btw: die angehängten Fotos, sind nachdem sie bereits zweimal nachgereignigt hatten, entstanden)

Don’t be deterred by the alleyway! This place is the best - ideal location, the most lovely staff, clean, comfortable, has an elevator, mini fridge & aircon. Fresh sheets/towels & water bottles every 2 days. The alleyway is fully lit up & painted with sunflowers - the noise from the Main Street is filtered out by the building in front. There is a convenience store, the markets & amazing restaurants all super close.

There was 1x very vocal rooster a couple of mornings but we learnt to love him

Ngay trung tâm, phòng sạch đẹp, rộng rãi, tiện nghi. Phòng Studio ở rất thoải mái. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, bác bảo vệ cũng rất dễ thương. Đặc biệt, ks đã nhiệt tình hỗ trợ gửi hàng khi mình để quên đồ.

It was a good stay. Value for money. Although not the cleanest, it was clean enough. Staff were super friendly and they offered free laundry, which was helpful, especially qith the heat and humidity. A lil harder to find tucked in an alley, but great location.

The shower was cold, there were no windows, the blinds let through light from the hallway, and the staff thought we bought a coke from the mini fridge when we didn’t. Great location and very convenient.

Very very clean, quiet, front desk service is outstanding, complimentary laundry service, and it’s very very close to ben thanh market and other restaurants and coffee shops ,it’s about 2 mins walk pretty much, the showers and washroom is excellent water pressure, the shower head, and faucet, for the price of the suite, you can’t go wrong with it. I’m going to book this place again when I visit Ho Chi Minh City and I recommend this place to anyone thats willing to stay around ben thanh because it’s very convenient.

Great location and clean and neat. Service was spotty and depended on who was at front desk. Phuc was great and helpful with decent English but others were less proficient. Asked for my room to be cleaned and was assured it would be done when I went out but it never happened.

Hotellet var väldigt fint, allt känns nytt här! Rummen var rena och fina med sköna madrasser och fräscha badrum. Läget var toppen, gångavstånd till allt! Personalen var väldigt engagerade och hjälpte oss med allt vi ville göra under vår vistelse. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka! Rekommenderas varmt!

Very nice place for the price. Complementary washing of clothes superb. Good service in reception with people who know English and where helpful booking tours and answering question. Also unlimited tea and banana in reception was a nice perk. Would recommend this place!

This is one of the best hotel in district 1 of Ho chi Minh city in the budget range hotel. The management has done a very good job to recruit best and friendly staff in hotel business. We feel very comfortable and appreciative with the kindness and hospitality of the staff. From the reception to check in and throuout the time we stay there, the staff always asked us anythin g they can help to make our stay feel like home sweet home. The location of this hotel is excellent woth walking distances to many exciting places of the central district of the city. We love this hotel and highly recommend this hotel to tourists.

Chúng tôi vừa mới nhận phòng. Cảm tưởng đầu tiên là khách sạn tọa lạc ở vị trí tốt nhất của F.2, Vủng Tàu. Chỉ vài phút đi bộ là chợ xóm lưới nơi bán hải sản tươi sống với giá thật tốt. Bạn có thể mua hải sản và nhờ chế bién các món hải dản tươi ngon tại đây. Chung quanh khách sạn có rất nhiều nhà hàng và quán ăn bình dân.

It was good.

Great value for money . Cozy hotel tucked away in an alley from the main road. Great location with lots of cafes, restaurants and markets. Also most historic sites are at a reasonable walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious & clean, it can be a tiny bit noisy but it’s in the heart of District 1. I enjoyed my stayed and would definitely stay again

My room is near Counter, very noisy. When I send my clothes to wash in hotel, my expensive T-shirts was stolen.

We had a good stay. It’s located ver centrally. Downsides were the fact that they don’t speak a word of English - we got a room that we did not book, but we were not able to communicate. Also we did not get an invoice and had to pay in cash, which always feels a bit dodgy ;) But as stated it’s a good place when you want to be in a clean, airconditioned and centrally located place!

리모델링 한지 얼마 안되었는지 내부는 정말 깔끔했습니다. 한층에 한호실인듯 합니다. 냉장고가 실외에 있고, 음식도 해 먹을수 있게 공용키친도 있었습니다 . 단점은 실내에 화장대에 거울이 없어요~. 밤에는 인근 클럽 음악 소리 쿵쾅 거리는 소리다 들려요~ 물은 역시 필터 사용 하루만에 붉게 물드네요

새로 리모델링한 실내라서 자체가 깨끗함. 주인 종업원 처음 운영하는 듯 미숙함이 많이 보인다. 기본적인. 물 음료 제공 없다. 준비해 가시길 물은 정수기물 병에 담아 준다. 신경 안 쓰고 대체적으로 있기는 편하나 타올 체인지도 말 안하면 안한다.

새로 오픈해서 시설은 깨끗함. 다음날 청소를 잘 안해줌 나이 있는 남자 둘이 아침. 저녁으로 관리하다 보니 손님이 오던 가던 신경 안 씀. 사람에 따라 편할 수도 불편할 수도 있음

새로 오픈을 했는지 깨끗해서 좋고 종업원의 친절 상태는 판단불가하며 그 이유는 주인이 직접 카운트를 보는지 몰라도 무뚝하며 저녁 근무자는 더 표정이 없음(인사도 없는 상태 ㅋ) 다만, 취사는 못 하지만, 싱크대는 있는 팬션 같은 숙소 가장 좋은 것은 깨끗하다. 단점은 화장실이 좁다. 세면도구는 챙기는 것이 좋을듯

I loved how it was in the main shopping district, just around the corner from Ben Thanh Market, lots of eating places around, if you want to be in the middle of everything that HCM City has to offer , this is a great place to stay, it’s located in a small, well lit alleyway
