Sina Rent Room

Das Vermieter war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen für Fragen. Bei Problemen waren sie immer erreichbar und entgegengekommend. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man braucht und die Lage ist gut, man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen.

The room was very well maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having tea, coffee, and kitchenware available in the kitchen. The terrace was also a lovely feature and a nice place to relax. The bathrooms were clean and well kept, and having the handheld bidet (doccetta) was a great bonus. The host, Mimo, was also very nice and welcoming.

The only thing I found a little inconvenient was the elevator, as it does not stop directly on the first floor. If you have heavy luggage, you still need to carry it up or down the stairs, which can be a bit difficult.

En las mañanas te dejan croissant que es un detalle muy bueno porque es tu desayuno. Tienen aire acondicionado y en verano ayuda mucho. Tienen una terraza hermosa

No hay jaboncillo de mano en el baño y suele estar sucio y debes pagar un tax si llegas mas tarde de las 20:00 y no lo sabíamos.

Breakfast was good ,fresh croissant were good . Location was so so ,10 min walk from Rome termini but area is little bit far from centre.

Belle chambre, propre, très bon rapport qualité prix. Cuisine et terrasse à disposition, equipement aussi. Très pratique. Bon petit déjeuner, café thé viennoiseries à disposition le matin. Cadre assez chaleureux... Ambiance un peu comme à la maison.

Un peu d'attente à certains moments pour la douche mais bon... Ça va

les deux enfants du propriétaire 3 et 4ans en train de courir hurler de 21 h jusqu'à 01h00 du matin. Nous y sommes restés 5 jours la première nuit un bazard fou jusqu a 1h du matin deuxième nuit j'ai demandé à minuit si ils pouvaient faire moins de bruit j'ai été mal reçu 3eme nuit la même nous avons été réveillés a 23h30 quand je demande moins de bruit on lm'a dit qu'il ne faut pas se coucher si tôt et si je ne suis pas contant il peux nous mettre dehors sans remboursement ,que ses enfants passaient en premier même au moment où je lui ai précisé que nous avions énormément marché et que cette maison d'hôtes était un lieu pour se reposer et non un jardin d'enfants jusqu a une heure du matin .Que mon fils de 10 ans passait aussi en priorité 4 ème jours nous nous sommes donc levés à 11h au lieu de 7 et nous sommes rentrés a minuit et demi pour ne pas rentrer en conflit c était silencieux nous avons pu dormir dernière nuit les enfants non pas dormis sur place nous avons enfin dormi vers 23h0 après des journées de visite environ de 12h de marche entre 20 a 30 km . Je ne conseille pas du tout aux gens qui espère se reposer après de longues journées de visite.

The man that was staff was psycho an absolute JERK he was aggressive and slamed his fist on the table yelled and swore would not stop harassing me banging on my door and outright lying worse place to stay ever ill NEVER go back avoid it all costs!! BEWARE!!!

We were able to check in a few hours early which made the experience so much better! The terrace is open 24/7 and was very cute. We had access to a full kitchen which made bringing left overs back very easy. It was also nice to be able to grocery shop and store food. The staff who helped us was very nice and provided water upon our arrival. It was an easy location to find and nearby the coliseum and public transportation. The rooms were decorated very cute and we were able to pick which room we wanted out of 2 options. We were given 3 keys to the building which allowed us to come and go as we pleased.

The shared bathrooms were not kept very clean. The other guests made us feel uncomfortable and ate some of our food, but that is not on the hostel itself.

Esperienza pessima, fate molta attenzione. Dopo la prenotazione sono stato contattato su WhatsApp da un signore che parlava poco italiano. Mi ha detto che non c’era nessuno alla reception e mi ha chiesto di inviare una richiesta di cancellazione gratuita, assicurandomi che l’avrebbe accettata e dicendomi di cercare un’altra struttura. Dopo aver fatto la richiesta, non mi ha più risposto. Ha aspettato il giorno successivo per dichiarare che non mi ero presentato. Non rispondeva più alle chiamate e, quando sono andato personalmente alla struttura, non mi ha fatto entrare e mi ha mandato via. Allego le foto della conversazione WhatsApp. Consiglio di comunicare esclusivamente tramite la chat di Booking, così rimane tutto tracciato. Per fortuna Booking è intervenuto e mi ha rimborsato una parte dell’importo. Personalmente considero questo comportamento gravissimo e mi sono sentito truffato. Non fidatevi.

the owner is so nice and helpful, place was so clean the bed, toilet everything. and very close to transportation. Felt so safe in the place as a female traveler and thanks to zaki for the croissants . Would really recommend it.

El aire acondicionado y la televisión eran, sin duda, lo mejor de la habitación. Fuera habían 3 baños completos y funcionales, cocina para guardar todo lo que quisieras y una terraza preciosa donde cenamos muy tranquilos. Estaba todo muy limpio siempre. El personal muy simpático y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. La localización perfecta, cerca de Termini donde hay buses para ir al aeropuerto y las llegadas también son ahí.

El barrio puede parecer conflictivo pero no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema y volvíamos tarde todas las noches.

Кімната простора і чиста, білизна і рушники- свіжі. Душ і туалет чисті. Можливість поснідати круасанами на свіжому повітрі- як бонус. Персонал- чемний, доброзичливий.

Повертатись ввечері пішки тривожно.

Grazie mille ai dipendenti del Sina Rent Room, per aiutarci con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, nel corso del nostro viaggio. Si sono mostrati davvero molto gentili, anche con i miei figli, perché si sentano al suo agio durante tutta la settimana. L'hotel sta in una buona localizzazione e la stanza era molto bella, si sentiva come a casa.

We loved the place and the cleanliness it totally valued the money.the location and neighborhood was super close the main train station and the owner was so kind .

The only thing I can suggest as a girl is to be careful about the hours you come back as the neighborhood can be a bit scary but you can reach out easily from the manzoni station, safer.

Sina Rent Room is a well located and very pleasant place to stay in room. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The facilities are clean with air conditioners in every room. There is also a gorgeous terrace. We had a great time with our group.

The room was comfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel/hostel if you expect any kind of assistance during your stay. There is no receptionist or staff available on site. The owner says he is in the office or that he will come, but in our experience he never actually showed up when we needed help. The place feels completely unattended. If you have a problem during your stay, there is basically nobody there to assist you. In our case, our phone fell into a gap between the bunk bed and the wall, and it took us around three hours to recover it. The owner arrived very late, and during that whole time there was no one at the property who could help us. This was very stressful and showed how unsafe and poorly managed the place is when something goes wrong. We also had a serious issue with a cancelled Booking.com reservation. Booking cancelled our reservation, and after a long time they told us we had to contact the property owner directly. We did contact him, even while we were already in Rome, and he repeatedly told us not to worry and that he would help us. He even said he would refund 50% of the room. However, after making those promises, he disappeared and never refunded anything.

The actual hotel is very fair for the price, and balcony is nice.

Каждое утро на кухне оставляли коробку с различными свежими круассанами, было здорово так завтракать с кофе на общем балконе/террасе. В комнате была система кондиционирования и на полу уютный ковёр.

Хоть время приезда было указано заранее, первые минут 45-60 никто не выходил на связь, пришлось обращаться в поддержку Букинга. Туалеты и душевые - общие. Получить свежие полотенца было затруднительно.

Zum Frühstück gab es ein Cornetto mit Nescafé. Das war OK. Die Unterkunft ist wenige Gehminuten von der nächsten Metrostation entfernt.

Das Zimmer war zu klein für Eltern mit Kind. Wir Eltern waren in einem knarzenden Stockbett. Unser Sohn in einem Feldbett. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten z.B. für Kleider. Für insgesamt 7 Zimmer gibt es 3 Gemeinschaftstoilletten mit Dusche, eine Gemeinschaftsküche und eine Terrasse zum Frühstücken. Die Bäder waren nicht ordentlich geputzt. Es waren hauptsächlich junge Leute als Gast. Abgesehen davon dass es in Rom ist, ist es zu teuer für die Leistung.

Servizi igienico sanitari pessimi, sprovvisti anche di detergenti per la doccia, pulizia delle parti comuni inesistente. Televisione scollegata, quindi non è possibile guardare alcun programma. Un posto da evitare, specialmente da famiglie con bambini o adolescenti.

El alojamiento está genial ubicado, tiene una cocinita-salón común bastante grande y una terraza preciosa, todo está muy limpio a pesar de ser compartido, un 10.

Lo único que no me gustó es el hecho de tener que llamar para que te abran el primer día en la recepción y esperar un poco, pero el chico fue muy lindo, un lugar excelente la verdad.

The location of this space was idéal, and the building was so charming and traditional. I felt like a local instantly. It was my first time staying in a space with shared facilities, and honestly it was so easy and really very comforting to be around others (I didn't interact with them, but it was nice to hear the bustle of travelers also enjoying Rome). The staff were so accommodating and kind, the room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable. The AC was appreciated, and I found the terrace so charming that I spent my time out there relaxing when I needed a break from the bustle of Rome. Our check-in time was flexible, and Mimo made every attempt to make sure we had an easy time arriving & leaving the space. I was able to speak with him in person and felt like he genuinely cared about the comfort of his guests. The shared kitchen was large and comfortable, pastries were provided in the morning as a plus, and we were able to put groceries in the fridge. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Rome!!

Complete disrespect for private property!!! The first night we were accommodated in a different room than the one we ordered. The second day in the morning we agreed with the owner that we wanted to stay there. Nevertheless, he moved us out of it into the hallway without our presence and our things were lying unattended in the hallway of the hostel!! while our originally ordered room was cleaned, so we were allowed to enter it! We experienced all this after returning to the accommodation after 9 pm!!! No apology or financial compensation for the intrusion and eviction without our consent and supervision!!! Some of our clothes were even moved to another room!!

El hospedaje está bien, es un primer piso por escalera y cuenta con varias habitaciones en un mismo piso. Cumple con lo que pagamos ni más ni menos. Tiene una terraza interesante, y ofrecen facturas de desayuno.

Llegamos un poco antes del horario del check in y no tuvimos respuesta hasta luego de un buen rato. Intentamos tocar timbre en la puerta, pero no tuvimos respuesta hasta dentro de varias horas. Tuvimos que dejar nuestros equipajes en otro lugar para poder recorrer y luego volver al horario del check in. Parecía que no había nadie. Luego apareció la persona que nos recibió y la estadía estuvo bien.

Tenia buena ubicación para salir caminando al coliseo u otros puntos históricos, además a un par de cuadras había metro y parada de buses. El departamento era amplio y el chico de la recepción muy atento nos puso al tanto de todo. Para desayuno te traían Croasants a la cocina, por cierto la cocina muy amplia para comer algo, calentar comida en microondas y tmb disponen de una heladera para guardar lo que necesites.

Wifi andaba mal, la cama era incomoda, los baños requerían 2 limpiezas diarias si esta lleno el hospedaje .

Closer to the train station , the rooms are accessible by staircase to large traditional building . Rooms are small but comfortable and shared bathrooms were super clean . Lovely kitchen and outdoor sitting area . And coffee available whenever you want it .

In generale, quando leggevo i commenti prima di decidere di venire, mi ero fatto un'idea negativa perché i commenti erano pessimi, ma in realtà non era così male la camera era bella e pulita, ma in generale è meglio portare con sé un copriletto monouso. Il bagno non è privato ma ce ne sono tre non ho provato la doccia, quindi non so com'è. Il letto era un comodo C'è una bella terrazza. In generale, il prezzo che ho pagato per la camera era buono rispetto ai prezzi piuttosto alti degli alloggi nei dintorni. Il posto ovviamente non è perfetto, ha bisogno di qualche sistemazione, ma per una notte mi è piaciuto.

L'ascensore funzionava fino al secondo piano, ma non fino al primo, dove si trova l'alloggio. I bagagli erano pesanti. A parte questo, la mia esperienza complessiva è stata positiva.

Przyleciałam doszłam do hotelu i okazało się że nie mam gdzie spać bo zaszła pomyłka kazali mi anulować pobyt a ja że nie wiedziałam co zrobić to to zrobiłam pieniądze do tej pory nie przyszły a ja zostałam bez pieniędzy i bez dachu w tamtą noc nie znając języka w obcym kraju

La ubicación es buena, el sitio está limpio y el personal es amable y servicial. Además te brindan un croissant todas las mañanas para desayunar.

No me gustó que reserve una habitación triple con tres camas, al final solo fuimos dos y menos mal, porque nos tenían una habitación con una litera, y menos mal que al día siguiente nos cambiaron. Por otro lado la habitación es demasiado básica no tiene un simple perchero para dejar la ropa. Esto es demasiado básico.

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by my stay at Sina Rent Room🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹 From the very beginning, the host personally welcomed me, which already set a wonderful tone. He kindly showed me all the facilities and made sure I felt comfortable right away. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the room itself is cozy, thoughtfully arranged, and fully equipped with everything one might need. The kitchen is spacious and well-organized, with coffee, tea, and all necessary utensils available for guests. In the mornings, there were even sweet little culinary surprises, which was such a lovely touch. One of my favorite parts was the large terrace balcony — a peaceful, beautifully arranged space filled with flowers. I truly enjoyed sitting there, working and relaxing in such a cozy atmosphere with fresh air. There are three different shower rooms to choose from, all with hot water and full amenities, always kept very clean. It’s clear that the owner has put his heart into this place and truly cares about making every guest feel comfortable. I would also like to give a special thanks to the staff — they are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. The location is very convenient: everything is within walking distance — metro, supermarkets, restaurants, and even museums. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting💙💙💙

Προσοχή έχει κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο αυτό φαίνεται κάτω κάτω στις παροχές ενώ άλλα καταλύματα το γράφουν εξαρχής στην αρχική τους σελίδα και αυτό είναι τίμιο ενώ εδώ παραπλανούν . Αρχικά καθαρο , το κρεβάτι άνετο . Επίσης ο κύριος στο check in αγενέστατος . Στις 3 διανυκτερεύσεις δεν εμφανίστηκαν πουθενά ούτε πετσέτες δεν άλλαξαν . Η τιμή 100 ευρώ την ημέρα κακή σχέση τιμής ποιότητας .

No sabía que el baño iba a ser compartido, aunque se limpiaba cada día.

Lo único que tiene rescatable es que a pesar de que la zona es un desastre es muy céntrico y puedes llegar caminando a todo.

La limpieza es inexistente !!!! Nuestra sabana olía mal.

On ne nous a pas donné la chambre (plus grande et plus chère) qu’on avait réservé, à la place on a eu une chambre avec uniquement un lit superposé trop petit pour moi. Pas de changement de chambre ni de remboursement.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great—only about a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum, which made it easy to explore the city. Our room was a spacious double, very clean and well-kept—I even checked carefully and found no issues at all. They also provided extra blankets and towels, which was a nice touch. The room had a big mirror, drawers, and a closet, so it was easy to get comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights was the large yard, perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared, but there are multiple bathrooms available, so it never felt crowded. The women’s bathroom includes a hair dryer, and (for my Iranian friends 😄) there’s also a hose in the bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, dishes, glasses, and a refrigerator. Every morning they offered croissants for breakfast, and coffee and tea were available 24/7. Overall, a comfortable, friendly, and well-located place to stay.
