Brand new family home

Great location for us as we were attending a sports tournament. Lovely new, warm, spacious house. Handy to cafes and restaurants.

We loved our stay, the perfect property for short or long stays. The house was amazingly equipped, with everything you could need & more! Close to town, so an easy walk to shops, restaurants etc. Communication was easy & our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions.

This was a beautiful new home, clean and very well appointed. The toiletries and linen were excellent. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious and very comfortable. The location was handy to shops restaurants etc. We could not fault this lovely home and we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

we loved the treats left for us by our host. The pantry basics were very useful. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots etc. We LOVED having the use of the garage for our car, given that Nelson had some rainy days! The bed linens were excellent, pure cotton. There is a handy convenience store nearby, saved us having to battle supermarket car parks over the holiday season.

would have like more coat hangers. also a few other small basics we felt were missing, have communicated these to the host.

We really enjoyed our stay at the place. Very comfortable and the area was just nice and quiet. The owners were very kind to offer complementary food and drinks before we arrived. The house is beautiful everything we need is accessible. Comfy beds, and lounge area with big screen tv which was our entertainment for the duration of the stay. We are grateful.

We find the bedrooms cold during the night or early morning Due to minimal heat travelling through that area of the house.

This house was lovely to stay in. Set in a quiet new sub division, the house was roomy, had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The beds in particular were very comfortable, and when we found the duvets a bit hot, we were grateful for the thick blanket in the cupboard and we also opened a window at night. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the very kind nibbles you left us in the fridge. Our 1 year old enjoyed the bath and running up and down the living area. It was handy being able to load cars in the garage because it was wet outside. Thank you also for providing the port-a-cot for us. Great communication too. Such a beautiful place we would love to stay there again!!

Only a suggestion, but if you moved the Queen bed to a wall in the 2nd room then a draft would not blow onto our heads if we wanted to have a window open.

It was mid winter (-1deg overnight) a couple of heaters in the bedroom end of the house would have been a bit more comfortable but the heat pump in the living area was great.

The house was warm and inviting with a lovely outlook. Everything we needed was supplied and there was the bonus of some complimentary goodies in the fridge.

The beds were very comfortable, the hosts left yummy unexpected treats in the fridge for us and it was perfect in terms of cleanliness. The toiletries smelt wonderful and it was like you are the first ones in a brand new house with everything there. If we wished to stay in Nelson again, we would love to stay there. All of our party were thrilled with the quality and cleanliness. There was a huge pantry so there would have been no need to leave once you had arrived for a fantastic stay.

We couldn't find a handtowel to dry our hands in the bathrooms but we did not ask our host so it could have been sorted in a flash.

Home was devoid of character. Very bland and quite depressing. Seating in living area was uncomfortable and not arranged to evoke conversation rather to watch TV (limited channels available). Old style furniture conflicted with mid century modern building. It was not a place to spend time in between excursions. Would be a great spot with proper staging and a nod to the area (think local books of artists, attractions, etc).

Lovely family home, really comfortable beds, and so easily accessible to Richmond. Host was great to communicate with and flexible to suit our family needs.

The only small detail missing in the kitchen is some sort of blender/processor. The one we found there was probably a vintage processor that we couldn't make work and ended up by losing the pancakes ingredients... But that's an easy fix and the house was really great.

Very nice new home, warm and quiet in a really nice new subdivision. The house was easy access and a big garage to park in. Nice beds, living space and a decent TV, The facilities are great even the BBQ perfect spot for a group holiday. Would definitely be staying here on any future trips to the Tasman region.

The house was bright, very clean and comfortable. The area was quite snd pleasant. Using the key pad to get in the house was easy. Over all we enjoyed the place. I will definitely recommend it.

We found the wi fi very slow and would have liked rubbish bag in the bathrooms.

Oh The Serenity. It was very relaxing, easy to get around the area from this location. We arrived to some special chocolate treats and drinks. Very nice. It was very clean and there were plenty of extras in the kitchen that help, when you are away from home.

The air con in the lounge was great, but the bedroom end of the house was so hot, after a hot day. Some fans in the wardrobe may help.
