Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Erkan bey resepsionda çalışıyordu. İyi puanlar yalnız onun için. Ha bir de mutfakta çalışanlar ve temizlikçi özbek hanım çok iyiydi. Temizlik 0-ın altındaydı ama. Yemekler fecihdi. İyi yorumlara aldanarak gittik. Demek ki, onları yazanların temizlikten anlayışı yok. Diş fırçası dahi yoktu, temiz havluları ışığa tutduğunuzda aslında temiz olmadığını iyice göreceksiniz

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Everytime we go to istanbul we stay in newfors hotel because the hotel is very clean ,rooms are beautiful and the staff really very nice (specially Emin) and know how to communicate with their clients ... i highly recommend this hotel bc it is one min far from yenikapi metro station where u can go to every point u need !

Dost slabé stěny, snídaně byly základní, čekali jsme větší výběr. Kdyz nedorazíte na snídani hned v 8:00, tak vajíčka jsou úplně studená. Snídaně se nedoplňují, po 9 hodině už skoro nic není.

На 5 этаже постоянный шум из технического помещения с лифтовым оборудованием (сам лифт ходит до 4го). В ванной нет ни единой полочки или крючка для вещей или полотенца. Полдня не было света

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025L'emplacement, la propreté, le wifi, le personnel à l'écoute et aux petits soins (on a demandé de réparer la douche et tout a été réglé à l'heure), l'équipement, le rapport qualité prix et même le petit déjeuner (bon et varié).
On a passé 4 nuitées à cet hotel, le 3ème jour, la chambre n'était pas nétoyée malgré qu'on a passé toute la journée en dehors de l'hotel, peut être qu'ils ont oublié ou autre.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Hotel bine amplasat , la 5 min de mers până la statia de metrou Yenikapı , camere micuțe dar normale pentru orasul vechi Istanbul , un mic dejun bun , se poate si mai bine dar probabil si la alti bani 😊, personalul hotelului excelent, te ajuta cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie , salutări personalului de la receptie , domnului Erkan , de asemenea colegii dânsului. Per total am fost multumit, raportul calitate -preț este unul corect
Camera mică dar bine ingrijită , in general in hotelurile din old city Istanbul sunt camere micuțe

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Hotel itself was great, just the window does not open fully. There is a balcony with a chair, but unable to access it, due to the poor construction of the window. Breakfast was not good, so I went outside for it. Near tram stop, and metro station, newr tourist sites. The trams are always full, all the time, no matter what time you go.I stayed out from the hotel, so I emjoyed my stay, not a bad hotel, just need to imprbreakfast.

Заселили в номер, отличающийся от моего бронирования, на 5 этаже. На этот этаж лифт не ходит, но около стены номера расположен механизм лифта, который издает звук, похожий на топор, раскалывающий дрова. который слышно на 3 этажа вниз, а 5 этаж делает не пригодным для проживания. Когда обратился на ресепшн поменять номер, получил отказ, что номеров свободных нет, но в букинге они были. Персонал на ресепшене заявил, что сделать они ничего не могут с этой проблемой, и предложили выпить ВОДКИ🤯, чтобы спать дальше. Отель не рекомендую

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Dostaliśmy większy pokój, niż zamawialiśmy. Pokój był cichy, ulokowany od podwórka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra i przystanku autobusowego. Miła obsługa na recepcji.
Obsługa przy śniadaniu. Panie pracowały jakby za karę.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025There is a balcony, but unable to open the door, its an odd window that only fapes open at the top, strange as a chair is placed at the balcony, did not bother to adk about it, as was out all the time. The tram, metro stops not dar away, loads of eating places nearby, and shopping for clothes is easily accessible. The reception staff were helpful though.

Bathroom needs more lights, no light by the sink was almost dark. Convenient location but the front rooms were very noisy from the food places downstairs.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025The staff are wonderful, especially those at the reception. They fulfill all requests, even personal ones. They are very helpful. The location is excellent, next to the tram and metro. The breakfast is simple and delicious.
The first day the air conditioner was broken and during my five night stay the elevator was broken for hours but the staff did everything they could to fix the elevator and air conditioner
