הצוות היה מאוד אדיב וניסה לעזור. הם אף הציעו לנו החזר כספי, אך הגענו בשעה מאוחרת וכשומרות שבת העדפנו לתת צ’אנס לתיקון ולהישאר במקום. הם הגיעו לתקן וניכר שהיה רצון טוב לסייע.

Writing המקום היה ברמה נמוכה יחסית. נתקעתי בתוך המקלחת, והחוויה הייתה מאוד לא נעימה עד שחילצו אותי. לאחר מכן תיקנו את הדלת, אך התיקון לא באמת עבד ונאלצנו לישון כל הלילה עם דלת שירותים-מקלחת פתוחה. הכניסה למקלחת כוללת מדרגה גבוהה ולא נוחה. הגלריה והמדרגות אליה לא בטיחותיות ולא מתאימות – כפי שניתן לראות גם בתמונות. החדר קטן מאוד למרות שמדובר בחדר טריפל. שורה תחתונה: לא ממליצה, במיוחד לישראלים שמחפשים קרבה לבית חב"ד. מצטערת, אבל חשוב לי לומר את האמת.

L’emplacement très bien, le staff super gentil.

La propreté était limite :/ la chambre était située à un étage assez haut qui recevait bcp de soleil donc il faisait souvent étouffant même avec la clim.

Easy to communicate with staff.

The step to the bathroom was too high to step into or out of the bathroom which made it really unsafe. That needs to be corrected.

The hotel still looks very new. The rooms are in very good condition and clean. The staff is very nice. Very good location, near centre. Internet connection stable and fast. I can recommend this hotel by 100% and would definitivly come back here again when visiting HCMC. Absolutely worth it.

I dunno why but i stay here all the time. I love this street and my daily bread or Taco. Great quiet location the rooms are not 5 star but clean and cool and the water is so hot it could and will burn you. 1st floor u may get a roach or 2 but 2nd to 6 u are good to go. I keep coming back this is my base camp.

Very quiet place, on a side street, without transit traffic. Good places to eat in the vicinity of the hotel.

I booked a triple room, but was given a standard room. The bed was placed on a mezzanine, given very little space under the ceiling. Not too convenient if you need to go up and down.

Decent value. Not fancy but Clean and comfortable enough and you can walk everywhere from there. It’s on a cool little quiet street. Can’t go wrong for a couple of nights cheap stay

The hotel room had very good amount of storage space. Good blackout curtains to block the sunlight in the early mornings. Staff was always available to address any questions. Was able to temporarily leave luggage at reception after check-out.

The bed was very hard/firm. Staff put on extra topper on the bed to help with hardness but guests who are not used to hard beds may still find it difficult to adjust.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating and helpful

Расположение норм. Много где можно покушать, магазин рядом. До центра минут 20 пешком. В целом чисто.

Приветливая только 1 девушка, остальные нейтрально. На второй день не дали бесплатную воду, хотя ща день до этого сказали что бы подошёл на ресепшн забрал. На букинге указан номер с балконом, по факту без балкона дали. Кровать для роста 180 маловат в номере с круглой кроватью. Я жил на первом этаже, периодически включались какие-то компрессоры или вентиляторы где то под номером.

タオルはもちろん、室内スリッパもあり、歯ブラシセットもあり、ドライヤーまでありました。シャワーの出力も申し分なく、お湯も熱くでき、クローゼットはいい匂いがして収納スペースが多かったです。 2泊しましたが、チェックインの際、タオルと水は交換できますがどうされますか？と聞かれ、感動しました。 別のホテルに突然部屋が用意できないとキャンセルさせられたところで、急遽（ほぼ当日）予約したにも関わらず完璧な状態で準備してもらって大変助かりました。立地も良く、周りにあるお店もレベルが高くて、うるさくなく程よく賑わってて良かったです。 そして更には、この体験をもってして価格もリーズナブルで正直文句のつけようがあまりありません。 また泊まりたいと思えるいい宿でした。

This place was amazing! It was perfect for me. Let’s just say I’ve been having bad luck with hostels and rooms here in Vietnam and this place made up for it. The studio was literary perfect size. Bed was super comfortable , water was hot! What more can you ask for. Def recommend.

Location is convenient and staff is friendly especially the manager , always willing to lend a hand.

Excellent location (nice local street, no street noise), clean and spacious room, good soundproofing, elevator works, hot water in the shower

Staff was moderately friendly, you need to leave your room card at the reception when leaving every time, weak wifi

Great location and lots of food and coffee options around. We couldn’t pick better location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice staff!

The only amusing downside was that the bedding was so silky smooth it kept slipping off—pillows, duvet, everything! Also, while the mattress might feel a bit firm for some, I personally found it very comfortable.

Location is really good. Attractions very walkable distance and lots of shops and restaurants nearby, too. Although it's central, it's down a quiet side street so it's not noisy at night time.

The room is very small so once you've opened your suitcase there really isn't any room for anything else. They also have a strange policy in that you give your room key to reception every time you leave the hotel and collect again when you return. Reception is 24/7, though.

Comfy and clean room. Big fridge, nice selection of amenities that I wasn't expecting, really central but extremely quiet. Welcoming and friendly staff.

The alley that this hotel is located in tucks you away from the busyness of the city while still being a short walk away from a ton of food, coffee, and tourist attraction options. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had while traveling. Highly recommend if you’re looking to be close enough to Downtown to partake in that craziness while being far enough away to enjoy some authenticity of HCMC.
