Location was great .

There were mosquitoes .. And the way to the door entrance smells not good!

It was in a quiet little area of the bay. The staff were nice and responded quickly when I had a issue with the hot water. Bathroom was nice.

The bed was hard which is typical in the Philippines. The windows had a single blind which was opaque and transparent stripes mean people could see through them. I later found the same blinds in another place I stayed and it is supposed to have another blind that lines up to make it fully opaque. My window overlooked a messy construction site which was a concern with the blind because the windows was at ground level because it was on a hell. Internet was patchy

The building is conveniently located in the town proper and very close to the beach. Our room had a great view of the island and boat. The room was aesthetically pleasing to look at. The balcony was a dream. Staff was very friendly and assisted us with the luggages over the flight of stairs and made transports to the next location very easy. Water pressure for sinks dn showers were great. Shower temp was adjustable. Staff left a cute note and a treat for my birthday.

Half of the pillows were very hard and stiff. The restroom had no bidet. Although its normal to not flush toilet paper down, bc of the location and ventilation of the restroom, the bathroom ended up smelling rlly stuffy and muggy. The aircon, althoigh functional, was very far from the bed and too small for the room that the room was not cold and we had to reinforce it with a fan next to us. Near the AC is a “vent” / a barred opening to the roof, which made that area warm and AC air flow out.

The location

The second room was in another building. And the stairs was high for older people . I hooe that you put that stairs to 4th floir would be hard for older people so we know .

Everything was clean, with nice facilities both inside and outside the apartment. Beach towels were available, the staff were very friendly, and we had a very nice view and a lovely apartment. The location was great too: a nice bike rental spot right underneath, lots of good food spots nearby, the beach just a minute’s walk away, a massage place next door, and shops close by for snorkels and other beach gear. There’s also a swimmable beach just a few minutes away by scooter.

The only small thing was that we were with 4 people, and the extra bed wasn’t aligned properly underneath, so the other 2 people had a less comfortable bed since the pillow kept sliding into the gap. It wasn’t a big deal though. It was also a shame we couldn’t swim at the beach right by the apartment, likely due to boats and higher E. coli levels.

Experience El Nido to the max- the beauty and the discomfort. Great value for money, if you are young. Not so much if you are looking for comfort: We had to carry suitcases on our own up steep stairs. Room is very clean but at the corridor many insects (that's El Nido, beware, not to blame the hotel but still not for the faint hearted). Air condition was not effective. But, for small money you get a great location, amazing view, everything is right there. So its a great deal if you want to experience El Nido. Amazing place but not comfortable. Best for young people.

The toilet is separated to the shower area and there is no bidet on the toilet area.

Location was great. The apartment was large and roomy. Service was very good: the AC was not working when I came. So the management replaced with a new one the next day. Everything is close.

Tiene buena ubicación en el centro del Nido.

Nos tocó de las habitaciones que no tienen ventana al mar, el acceso es por un sitio accesorio. La entrada es compartida con otra casa/local. No estaba limpia y tenia muy mal olor. Una vez dentro del hotel todo limpio pero el acceso de esta entrada deberia mejorarse porque te llevas mala impresión.

the location is very convenient. The room was absolutely clean, They clean the room whenever you ask but take note about the timing its 3-5PM. its not too close to the loud area and not so far as well.

I like everything. The free french press coffee, clean room, perfect location, friendly staff, and the AMAZING VIEW!

The place is super clean, the staff is sweet/attentive and it’s in the PERFECT spot for night life or if you’re going island hopping since the beach is right in front! We loved our stay! Breathtaking view of the ocean and close to everything! Like, walking distance! Overall 10/10 and we will definitely be staying there again when we go to El Nido and recommending this place to family and friends!

The only downside was the hot water lasted only like 2 minutes and then there was no hot water so you can’t take any hot showers but who really wants to when you’re in the humidity?

Avoid if you don’t like the stairs. No elevator but the staff is really helpful with luggages.

Location was sensational and the view stunning. Check in and out was simple and streamlined.

Everything was perfect. The only thing we didn't love was the flipper hire man being shown up to our room, demanding flippers. Our tour guide returned them already for us, which we explained. It wasn't great that he was brought up to our room though. A call to us to come down would've been more appropriate.

Everything is near, staff were very nice and helpful.

In der „Küche“ könnte man einen Wasserhahn und Spülmöglichkeit gut gebrauchen. Die Klimaanlage ist zu klein für den Raum.

- Principale déception sur la vue du logement, c’est en effet une vue mer mais non dégagée (les photos sont cependant conformes). - le café proposé dans la chambre… - le fait qu’ils ne proposent pas de petit déjeuner (en réalité, il n’y a pas de communs)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Super saubere Zimmer. Top Bad mit schöner Größe, guter und warmer Dusche- perfekt nach langer Anreise. Ausstattung und Zimmer mit Bildern übereinstimmend.

Man muss eine etwas engere Treppe hinauf. Mit schwerem Gepäck nicht ganz einfach. Die Unterkunft ist nicht direkt anfahrbar, man muss eine kurze Strecke über eine kleine Zugangsstrasse oder die "Fußgängerzone" laufen.

Great value for your money located in the heart of El Nido. Room have everything you need. Very clean and staff were helpful and friendly.

I liked the Propertie

We stayed at the top most apartment which had an amazing view of the bay. It’s spacious, well-appointed, private, clean, close to great restaurants and cafes, and everything was very comfortable and relaxing. We slept so well. The staff were wonderfully responsive and helpful. We appreciate their help in booking us joiner and private tours, giving us instructions to get to various parts of El Nido that we wanted to visit, and making sure that there was clean drinking water at all times. It’s just a great place to rest and recover after long days of touring and exploring.

Nothing major and nothing that will keep us from coming back for our next holiday. The shower handle kept detaching. The team tried fixing it but it might really need a replacement by a professional. People with accessibility requirements might find the two flights of stairs challenging. Lastly, El Nido locals are trying to mitigate problems with sewage and trying to look after water and sanitation facilities, so it’s quite understandable that they discourage tourists from flushing toilet paper. I love this community action and fully support it. So if you are squeamish about putting used toilet paper in the bin, ask the staff for a tabo (hand bidet), just as we did. They are more than happy to provide it.

This place was exceptional. The apartment was incredibly clean, stylish and spacious and had amazing views. The receptionist was always available and very helpful, kind and welcoming. There is breakfast available to order that can be delivered to your room. We loved our stay!

Super amazing view, modern room and great area and service by the staff. This accommodation is right on the beach, and nearby many amazing restaurants/cafes!!

Only downsides were that the bathroom was often smelly due to our wipes sitting in the bin, and the humid air on the island. And personally I found the pillows very stiff and slightly uncomfortable. However these two minor discrepancies definitely DID NOT affect put amazing stay at Payapa, the facilities were great and most of all, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful :)

The location was excellent right in the centre and walking distance to where to where the boat tours leave from the port.

The first few nights the music from surrounding venues went till late m, we found a solution with the air conditioning and portable fan on eliminated it by the third night - simple fix!

great location super close to everything. restaurants, convenience stores, boat tour booking, motorbike rental, everything u can think of. the view was over the bay and beautiful. loved the balcony as it felt private. reception was great since they let us keep our bags there after checkout. the room was also very clean

The location is perfect, in the middle of action. The outside noise was very low, the room is well isolated. We stayed in a big studio room, very big. We were so happy the entire time here(7 perfect night) 👌

One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. The room is spacious, clean, and has an amazing view. It's located right in the center, where all the action is — restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and everything else you need is just steps away. Highly recommended!

La decoración moderna de la habitación en comparación a otros alojamientos, también hay calentador de agua (dispensador de agua en zonas comunes), frigo, te y café instantáneo en la habitación. Cama cómoda y limpia. Punto fuerte la limpieza sin dudas, y la ubicación si te interesa estar en el corazón de El Nido.

Olor a cloaca/podrido en el baño. Estuvimos en la única habitación que se encuentra en la primera planta justo en la escalera dónde toda persona que entra tiene que pasar, por lo que se escucha todo, y al lado de todos los almacenes del personal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Toute l’équipe a été incroyablement aimable et attentionnée. La rue où se situe le logement est très sympa et vivante, en plein cœur d’El Nido Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Location very hard to find. They have a tiny sign outside. Even people who works on the same street it was on, don’t know where it is. Need to climb several winding stairs to get to our room. Not a good situation for seniors like us. Sudden unexplained sound/noise that lasted for a few minutes can be heard from our room. Smell of food outside the patio because the building is facing a seafood restaurant.

Room was quite small and needed some bedside tables. Lights very bright - no bedside lamps or lights that can be dimmed No TV Stairs steep with no handrails - no lift Noisy location - lots of building going on around Street wasn't accessible by vehicle so had to carry our cases Street isn't tarmaced and when it rained it was dirty No cleaning things in the room despite having a mini grill/oven.

Du fait de sa situation, appartement bruyant (sauf entre 23h30 et 06h) Pas d’évier dans la kitchenette Ils ont fait nettoyer la climatisation pendant notre séjour sans nous en informer, on a pas pu accéder à l’appartement pendant qques heures

Great location!!! Just in front of the beach, had really good restaurants, bars nearby. Quite near to the port as well. The room was a bit small but provided all sorts of convenience! The hosts were very sweet, tended to our requests like early checkin and luggage storage!
