Гостиница четырем звездам не соответствует. Были в ней три дня, потом перебрались в другое место. За три дня нам ни разу не поменяли постель и полотенца. При заселении выяснилось, что диспенсеры в душе пустые, ни геля, ни шампуня. Питание в гостинице довольно скудное. Кофеварки нет, стоит только банка растворимого кофе. Заказал манговый фреш, сделали с волосами. Одна из двух официанток ЧУДОВИЩНО шаркает ногами. А еще туда приходят кушать местные рабочие. Заходят в столовую прямо в оранжевой грязной робе и касках, и тут же едят. Я ничего не имею против того, что гостиница имеет с кем-то договор на питание, но вы разделите гостей и рабочих по времени или по зонам. Ну или не заявляйтесь как 4 звезды.

El trato del personal (Livin Shani) fue muy amable con nosotras y la habitación estaba muy bien aunque no nos realizaron la limpieza y nos hubiese gustado que nos la hicieran aunque nos quedábamos dos noches solo.

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is very comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the entire staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff. I can honestly say that I have rarely felt so well cared for in a hotel. The level of attention, warmth, generosity, and genuine kindness has been extraordinary. I would especially like to thank Luhushan, Livin, and Shani. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcome, and looked after at every moment. Their kindness feels completely genuine, and they treated us with such warmth and care that we felt almost like family rather than hotel guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, excellent food, and, above all, truly exceptional hospitality. We will remember this stay with great affection. ❤️

Nothing. I have travelled to many places around the world, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality and personal attention anywhere else. This is, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received in all my years of travelling.

Не понравилось мягко говоря как встречающая нас девушка на рецепшен, с камменым лицом грубо втюхала номер каторый мы не заказывали. Я заказал 3 номера, два Deluxe Room with Balcony and Sea View с ними было всё в порядке а вот сномером каторый я бронировал себе Deluxe Suite with Balcony and Sea View получилось не красиво. Номер она нам дала правильный Deluxe Suite with Balcony and Sea View но вот только на 2 этаже и без балкона. :(((( На все мои претензии ответ был что это то что я бронировал и всю жизнь мечтал :))))) 20 лет путешествую но такое испытал впервые, короче говоря девушка наш номер комуто другому наверное за красивые глаза подсуетила :))). Но нам это слава богу не испортило пребывание на острове и наш отпуск , но осадок остался :)))

Five of us signed up for an excursion and they canceled it because there wasn’t enough people. They didn’t tell us until we were packed up and ready to go to it at 7am. We tried to go a different day, but they weren’t available.

We were looking for a local island close to the airport while trying to find a flight back to Europe. Hotel Arrival seemed like the most modern and nicest hotel on the island based on our walks around. The island itself is very small and relatively underdeveloped, but it has really beautiful beaches and great opportunities for snorkeling. Our daughter especially loved all the animals - parrots, shark feeding, we saw dolphins from balcony, excursions, and more. The hotel felt almost brand new, was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. I would give it a 8.5 stars

Except breakfast only minor issues, such as the balcony door being difficult to close and the bathroom not being very comfortable.

Arrived and was given the wrong room, but staff fixed this issue. Chose this hotel for its massage spa. I tried to make a booking and was told to go to the level to do so but there were no staff around to book in all day, so didn't get a massage. I was disappointed.

Отличный отель прямо у пирса. Большой (7 этажей), новый, чистый и современный. Номера с балконом и видом на море при высоких этажах самые удобные. Вещи сохнут, при открытых дверях не жарко и свежий воздух. Все чисто и комфортно. Есть где посидеть. Кондиционер помогает ночью спать. Но у детей был номер без балкона, в нем очень сыро, окошки маленькие, темно. Сушить вещи негде. Если есть выбор, лучше брать номера sea view. В номерах на ТВ работал YouTube, дети смотрели мульты и фильмы. Wi-fi тоже вполне сносный, особо не пользовались, но вроде все работало. За три дня завтраки шведский стол нам не надоели, почти везде на островах одинаково и нам нормально. Бассейн на крыше тоже зашел, закаты и вид на океан на три стороны класс. Дети были довольны. На день рождения мужа заказывали тортик накануне, персонал на завтраке поздравил его с песнями и вечером украсили номер (правда, не наш, а детский, но все равно красиво) - очень приятно было. Еще из приятных впечатлений в выходные живая музыка в баре, приплывающие большие акулы и скаты ежевечерне в порт. Ходить особо некуда- остров совсем маленький, но отсутствие развлекательных мест подарило по-настоящему расслабляющий отдых с семьей.

К отелю вопросов нет, но сам остров из-за отсыпки нового острова порекомендовать можно с ограничениями - пляж мелкий очень далеко, живность на пляж не заплывает, рифа нет. С маской вообще неинтересно, ласты не доставали. Зато с маленькими детьми было бы удобно. Также понравился опыт вечерней рыбалки - клюет постоянно, рыбы в океане много, с удовольствием провели время. Еще ребенок-рыбак привез снасти и ежедневно рыбачил на пляже с волнореза. Кому нравится такой досуг, то на острове не запрещено. Рыба мелкая, но разная. Никто из выловленных не пострадал- крючки безопасные удалены, рыба отпущена обратно в океан. Если хочется спокойно пожить, то Ghuli самое оно. И отель Arrival самый лучший. Транспорт от Мале паром за 1$ ежедневно, очень доступно.

Были мелкие недочеты в номере, но персонал все решал по нашей просьбе. Мы брали номер Делюкс с балконом, но реально балкона нет, его ширина всего около 20см. Завтраки скудные, не было даже яичницы, только варенные яйца. Шезлонгов не хватает, мы пришли в 9 утра на пляж, нам сказали, что шезлонгов уже нет. Воды в океане по колено до обеда, после обеда по грудь, но это уже не минусы отеля и много мусора на острове.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımcı oluyorlar özellikle Zaya hanım çok kibar ve ilgili kendisi Türkçe diline de hakim çalışanların hepsi İngilizce biliyor iletişim sorunu olmuyor. Çalışanlardan Rani ye de teşekkür ediyorum ilgisinden dolayı. Balayı için geleceğimizi yazdığım halde oda süslemesi istemiştim ilgiliden hem mail hem telefondan yazdım fakat geldiğimde herhangi bir balayı odası süsü yoktu bu yüzden hayal kırıklığına uğradım Zaya hanım ilgilendi ve çözdü. Booking tarafı ile ilgilenen kişiden biraz daha özverili olması tavsiyem. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte, klima, buz dolabı ve diğer ekipmanlar mevcut. Kıyafet dolabı biraz küçük. Adanın tamamını 30 dk da gezebilirsiniz. Özellikle bu adayı seçmemiz köpekbalığı görülme ihtimali çok düşüktü. Adanın liman kısmında gece gündüz köpek balığı görülebiliyor lakin yüzdüğümüz tarafta hiç görülmedi, saldırmayan cinsten insanlar ekmekle besliyorlar liman tarafında :) Otelin keyifli terası ve havuzu var biraz küçük olsa da. Ada da marketler pahalı her şey dışarıdan geliyormuş. Otelin kendi teknesini kullandık rahat oldu. kişi başı gidiş-dönüş 20 dolar adayada 30 dk lık mesafede ulaşım rahattı. Havalimanından çıkınca sizi görevli karşılıyor bota yerine kadar eşlik ediyor. Dolar bozdurmak adada karlı değil 15.2 den bozuyorlar otel 14.2 den bozuyor tavsiye etmem. Dolar her yerde geçiyor. Para bozdurmak istiyorsanız ben yapmadım ama siz male de bozdurabilirsiniz. Ada da alkol satışı yok(ülkeye getirmekte yasak) sadece resort adalarda oluyor. Eşinizi köpekbalığı korkusu yoksa resort otelleri tavsiye ederim.

Kahvaltı çeşitliliği daha fazla olabilirdi. Türkiyeden gelecek arkadaşlar yanlarında peynir getirebilir maalesef ada da bulunmuyor. biz de öneri üzerine yanımıza aldık kahvaltılar keyifli hale geldi. Omlet ve salata dışındaki tatlar bize hitap eden tarafta değildi. Denize gitmek için havlu istediğimizde kalmadığını beyan ettiler maalesef bu çok üzücü otelde konaklayan sayısı belli ihtiyaç duyulan havlu sayısı belli planlamaları gerekiyor. Aynı şekilde şezlong için de geçerli sahile de yeterli kadar yok bizim için sorun değildi kumda oturmak tercihimiz olduğundan bilgi amaçlı yazıyorum. Oda kahvaltı olarak aldık yorumlardan akşam yemekleri için başarılı yorumlar göremediğim için. Fiyatı kişi başı 25 usd açık büfe, biz her akşam farklı otel restoranlarını denedik yan otelin yemeklerini daha çok beğendim. Ms Gold işletmeci olarak daha özverili çalışmasını bekliyorum bunca mesaj ve mail karşılığında standart bir hizmet hoş olmuyor.

Das Hotel ist unglaublich sauber. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, kompetent und aufmerksam. Ich habe ein StandardZimmer gebucht und muss sagen dass ich sehr zufrieden war. Sauberes, großes Bett mit einem geräumigen Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbüffet war was das Niveau betrifft durchschnittlich: es enthielt Rothi, gebratenes Gemüse, Toast, Eier, Würstchen, Saft, Cornflakes... Es ist im Grunde für jeden was dabei. Ich kann wärmsten empfehlen sich etwas Mittags oder Abends im Restaurant des Hotels zu bestellen, da waren die Speisen die ich bestellt habe fantastisch (Chicken Sandwich und Spaghetti with meatballs). Das Hotel organisiert, soweit ihr dies erfragt, für euch den Transport mit dem Speedboat vom Airport ins Hotel und vom Hotel zum Airport (Dauer: ungefähr 30 Minuten). Dies kostet für eine Person insgesamt 40 Dollar. Nach Anschluss eures Aufenthalts sind 18 Dollar zu zahlen ( umfasst: Standard Room for 3 nights (1 Single), Service Charge, TGST und Green TAX). Innerhalb von 4 Minuten seid ihr am Strand, ein Mini Market befindet sich auch in der Nähe. Die Wege die zum Hotel führen sind gut beleuchtet, weshalb ich mich als Solo Travlerin sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Der einzige Grund warum ich dem Hotel keine 5/5 Sterne gebe liegt daran, dass es nur kaltes Wasser beim Duschen gab und dass das Fenster in meinem Zimmer nicht sauber war... Other than that - TOP HOTEL.

Sehr freundliches und zuvor kommendes Personal! Essen ist der Wahnsinn. Strände, Lage etc muss mann glaub ich nicht erwähnen einfach traumhaft. Unsere Nachbarn unter uns waren leider etwas höhrbarer, da kann aber das Hotel nichts für. Sehr zu empfehlen :)

The staff were available 24/7, they are polite, helpful and understanding . The food was served fresh and the kitchen is very clean. After staying on other Maldives islands I would recommend staying here at Arrival Brach and Spa. The pool is cool and the views are amazing.

Śniadania powtarzalne, rowery które są do dyspozycji gości wymagają gruntownego serwisu. Mała ilość darmowych leżaków na plazy dla gości hotelowych, pozostałe dodatkowo płatne.

Új építésű hotel, tiszta, rendezett. Segítettek mindenben, a transzfert is egyszerűen, jutányos áron megoldották. Egy vagány kis helyi szigeten van ami sok lehetőséget tartogat.

Láttam már bőségesebb reggelit is, de mindenki megtalálta a neki valót. A kávé sajnos instant.

Lack of willingness to help from the reception staff on any issues

Staff were very friendly, specially cleaning stuff, they always provided clean towels when I needed them. Nice swimming pool.

Breakfast could be better. Pretty much same thing every day, not lots of options, barely any fruit, we got canned pineapples almost every day. Was hoping for more fruit and free coffee.

The location is good, 5 min to the beach; and the staff is excellent, friendly and open for help; the staff at kitchen is lovely to children😍 especially Arif, very helpful and supportive🙏🏻 Many thanks for making our stay comfortable

Nous avons adoré la gentillesse du manager et de toute l'équipe Arrival . Surtout un grand merci pour tout les services rendus durant le séjour. La chambre etait très comfortable tres bien décoré avec des petites attentions dans la chambre (peigne, kit vanity, brosse a dent, kit de couture...), la smart tv top aussi . Superbe vue sur la mer .

Les transats et parasol n'étaient jamais disponible pour notre hotel, et souvent les personnes sur la plage souhaitaient nous faire payer les transats + parasol 15$ . On se retrouver bien souvent avec des transats cassés ou inconfortable.. Le petit déjeuner : c'était sympa mais nous aurions apprécié un vrai café ainsi qu'un vrai jus d'orange (cela etait possible mais en supplément) Eau chaude défaillante dans notre douche Nous aurions apprécié que l'hôtel nous informe du supplements pour le bateau en dehors des horaires qui est de 150$ au lieu de 40$ (car notre avion est tot)

The hotel is completely new so everything is in top shape. The location is also great if you're looking for a stay on a local island with some insight into the culture and not a resort.

While they tried their best the staff both at reception and in the restaurant sometimes seemed overwhelmed and management seemed a little chaotic at times.

Everything was very well organized. The speedboat comes to airport to pick you up as well.

The staff doesn’t put any effort to make you happy. Not enough beach towels for all guest. Breakfast poor and never changes. The rooms are not enough clean. All sun beds are in bad condition and you need to rent the umbrella.

The food could have been better. We had booked all meals included and were disappointed apart from the amazing new years eve gala dinner. They also had problems fullfilling the excursions that they were selling.

We enjoyed our stay overall at this hotel which is relatively new, with well cleaned rooms which on one side have a nice view on the harbour. They also have family rooms with enough space and communicant doors. The hotel features also a swimming pool on the 6th floor, a small but nice gym and spa on the 7th floor. The massages were excellent and the therapists were very kind and skilled. There is a pleasant outdoor garden that offers excellent drinks and they also organized a lovely end-of-year party. The hotel offers a boat service to and from the airport Malé at convenient times and price. There is a beautiful area on the 6th and 7th floor that could be used as a bar; unfortunately, it is not yet in use, but it would be a great addition to the hotel. Overall, we had a very nice stay and hope the hotel will continue to improve and make even better use of its facilities and potential in the future.

mieliśmy opcję, śniadania i obiadokolację, która w pełni zaspokoiła nasze oczekiwania, nie byliśmy głodni, co do zróżnicowania posiłków raczej były takie, i był wybór. czystość jest na wysokim poziomie, plaża nieopodal obiektu cudowna z idealnie białym piaskiem, pokoje czyste, spa spełniło nasze wymagania, masaże wykonywały dziewczyny pochodzące z Bali, blisko do plaży i do portu, nieopodal Hotelu miejsce gdzie można zobaczyć co wieczór rekiny, wiadomo że każdy ma inne wymagania i oczekiwania, natomiast nasze zostały zaspokojone.

zdarzyło się że kolacja sylwestrowa była dodatkowo płatna, i to nie było problemem, natomiast problemem był brak informacji o tym i późniejsza szybka akcja szukania stolika, gdy się okazało że nie mamy dodatkowej rezerwacji,

The location is great! The pool area is nice but the terrace space could be used even better for guests.

The service in the reception varied a lot who was on duty. The breakfast was ok but could be more improved. Some of the staff members during our stay seemed ”lazy” or somehow bored especially during the breakfast time.

Arrival Beach and Spa is a new property located right by the harbour, which makes it very convenient. From my room I had a lovely sea view, and the tinted windows helped keep the temperature comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

That said, in my opinion the hotel does not meet a true 4-star standard. The rooms are very small and poorly soundproofed—you can clearly hear noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The bathroom layout is also unusual and offers little privacy, as it is almost “inside” the room and separated only by a glass partition; the entrance is next to the bed, which isn’t a typical hotel solution. Unfortunately, breakfast was very disappointing and genuinely tasteless.

Das Hotel gehört definitiv zu den besten auf der Insel. Man merkt, dass es versucht, diesem Anspruch gerecht zu werden. Alles ist sehr schön gestaltet, gepflegt und angenehm. Die Betten sind weich und bequem, man schläft wirklich gut. Besonders positiv war auch, dass das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt wurde.

Leider gab es sehr viele Fliegen, was teilweise störend war. Wenn man etwas später zum Abendessen kam, war fast nichts mehr übrig. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, einige haben kein Fenster. Zusatzbetten gibt es nicht und auch keinen Platz dafür – nur ein Babybett ist möglich.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à l’Arrival Hôtel. L’accueil depuis l’aéroport était formidable. Le personnel est tellement sympa, adorable et serviable (un petit coucou particulier à Mohamed Arif Sha !) À notre demande, ils nous ont organisé une soirée romantique sur la plage avec un service VIP et un menu élaboré sur mesure, préparé par des chefs étoilés (un grand merci au chef Durmindha). Un gâteau spécial personnalisé nous attendait… Les plats du chef sont exquis. Nous avons profité des activités diversifiées tout au long de notre séjour. L’hôtel est propre, lumineux et à proximité de la plage. L’île est calme , petite , propre et proche de l’aéroport. Vous pouvez en faire le tour à pied... L’hôtel organise des activités sympas, notamment des animations avec des artistes locaux invités. Nous vous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! - rooms do not have a luggage rack or space - 3 nights I stayed there no cleaning services - while island and hotel infested with flies Hundred of flies everywhere. From the jetty to the hotel. - pointless to get the balcony cos the flies will come into ur room - restaurant tables full of flies but staffs do not seem to be bothered. Go to the next hotel Ayala. They are more bothered about the flies, cleanliness.

Pobyt v hotelu hezký, personál velmi milý a vstřícný. Jediné, co bych vytkla je nedostatečný výběr u snídaně. Spa a posilovnu jsme navštívit nestačili, bazén a výhled pěkný. Ostrov je maličký, pláž krásná.

У нас был номер с балконом и с видом на океан.Номер шикарный!Большой,уютный,кра ивый.Все новое.7 этаж.В номерк есть все необходимое.Удобная кровать и подушки.Большой телевизор со смарт тв.В номере есть ковер.До пляжа 3 минуты ходьбы.Все рядом.Остров маленький конечно😀можно обойти за15-20 минут.Завтраки вкусные,разнообразные.Ужины брали 2 раза 20 долларов с человека.Выбор большрй,мясо,рыба,курица.У нас был тунец один раз и второй раз была какая то рыба,вкусная в кляре,не знаю,как называется.Жаль,что из фруктов только арбуз и на завтрак и на ужин и на обед🫤манго, папайю,бананы брали в уличной лавке справа от отеля.Цены недешевые.Кокос на пляже 5 долларов,свежевыжатый сок 6-7 долларов.Сувениры тоже дорогие,но это Мальдивы.В отеле продают экскурсии,но мы не брали,ничего не можем сказать.В отеле есть бассейн на крыше с красивым видом и террасса доя загара и столики,где можно посидеть.Так же есть спа центр,я ходил на массаж,очень понравилось!Балийский массаж на все тело 1 час 62 доллара.Персонал очень хороший;дружелюбный,ус лужливый,улыбчивый,ребята молодцы!Особенно Ариф аша(если я правильно запомнил)или Шариф афа(не помню)Всегда помогал и был очень вежлив.Нам все очень понравилрсь

Туалет и ванная полностью стеклянная,хоть и матовая,но немного прозрачная и нет звукоизоляции особо.В начале было как то некомфортно,потом привыкли и стало норм.Рядом с отелем жгли мусор,там какой то видимо мусороперерабатывающий завод и весь этот запах оетел на пляж.жгли почти каждый день(((в основном днем.Перестали жечь;когда начались дожди.Это большой минус.Остров очень красиввй и пляж,но этот нюанс все портил.

Instalaciones nuevas, habitación amplia, en general el personal es agradable, sobre todo el chico que limpia las habitaciones de la primera planta.

La cantidad de moscas en el comedor…no sé cómo se permite, es un tema muy grave de higiene…no comimos ni un solo día, solo el café del desayuno. Pero lo peor es que la gerencia como remedio apreciable solo ponen unos molinillos a pilas en cada mesa y esos aparatos que los electrocutan con el consiguiente chasquido. En pleno siglo 21 hay muchas formas de combatir estas plagas. Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue el “engaño” de lo ofertado y me explico, escogí este hotel y no otro por el tipo de habitaciones que ofertan, en mi caso una “Deluxe Seaview Suite with balcony”, pues resulta que este tipo de habitación solo están disponibles en la primera y segunda planta, el resto son de categoría superior, o eso me dijo la recepcionista, por lo que el mar lo veía a través de los árboles y lo del balcón no tiene nombre…25cm de ancho!! No paso ni de lado!!!y yo que me veía sentadito viendo los atardeceres, ahí les dejo la foto.

Достаточно новый отель. Все есть в номере. Большой телевизор.

Очень мало места для хранения вещей в номере.. FB брали. Еда добротная, но выбор блюд небольшой. Фрукты купить на острове нельзя. На пляже мало лежаков. Нет мягких матрасов на лежаках.

Más que no gustar ,podrían mejorar el tema de comida en cuanto a variedad.
