Está localizado próximo a varias entradas da medina e também de pontos de taxi e ônibus. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso.

Poderiam melhorar a limpeza, colocar pelo menos uma lixeira no banheiro e verificar a vazão de água. Travesseiros também merecem atenção.

Relatively cheap with air con, which was originally unavailable in my assigned traditionally decorated room. I was however changed to an a/c one at the roof top, though with very basic beds and bathroom.

Everything was a bit old and basic, if not worn out, but it's common in the old city.

Il a été très attentionné et a même pris le temps de m'accompagner jusqu'à la station de taxis en pleine nuit pour mon départ. ​Je recommande vivement le Riad Amimi et je reviendrai sans hésiter. Clean room with a big bed. Helpful owner, he even gave us 2 separate rooms for the same price. There was a small heating device and thick blankets so the night wasn't cold.

Alles soweit ok und einigermaßen sauber. Nichts besonderes.

Nüchterner und kurzer Empfang. Sehr laut nachts durch andere Gäste. Arschkalt trotz Minilüfter der bei der Raumhöhe nichts bringt und vieler Decken. Frühstück gab es erst ab 9.30 Uhr. Wenig Komfort, Bett war recht ungemütlich.

La habitación era un zulo en la azotea, con el problema de que en la ventana no tenía cristal y si llovía te entraba agua, y frío, pero lo bueno es que tenía otro agujero en el suelo para desaguar, además al estar en la azotea sin ventana a las 5 de la mañana tenía el altavoz de una mezquita apuntando directamente a la habitación, el baño no olía bien aunque estaba limpio, los colchones estaban hundidos pero eran cómodos a pesar de la escasa limpieza de las sábanas y manta, hay un palomero a 3 metros de la habitación

It was a cheap stay on the edge of the medina

I was woken in the night by a water heater over my bed covered by a curtain that was whistling and shaking. Owner told me it wasnt dangerous but I insisted it was switched off as clearly faulty. Wifi worked intermittently.

The owner was very kind. When I told them I had an early departure, they prepared breakfast as a takeaway for me at an earlier time. I really appreciate it!

Hotel very close to historical sites

La stanza e il bagno sono molto umide tanto che la tavoletta e la carta igenica erano bagnate. Siamo stati a metà febbraio e la notte faceva un po' freddo.

La amabilidad del personal

Bel riad con un'ottima posizione. Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check in è stato molto accogliente e ci ha dato molte informazioni utili sulla città. La colazione era buona ed abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Nous avons aimé l’authenticité des lieux , la simplicité . L’accueil formidable de Mohamed et sa sœur. Ils sont très accueillant, aimables et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Mohamed répond rapidement à toute vos demandes Le lit était confortable et tout etait très propre. L’emplacement du Riad est à deux pas de la médina et du souk . Et il pas mal de choses a visité dans la médina comme Zaouia Tijania , des médersas très anciennes etc. Il y a des petites boutiques et le souk où vous pouvez acheter de la nourriture. Il y a aussi des restaurants aux alentours tout ce qu’il faut ou passer un bon séjour. Il y a un service de transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel et à ce propos un grand merci au chauffeur Abdelselem pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Je recommande vivement et j’y retournerai .

La ubicacion es excelente y la habitacion amplia y comoda. El desayuno muy abundante y destaco por sobre todas las cosas la amabilidad de Mohammed que desde que llegamos nos hizo un mapa para movernos y nos dio tips para manejarnos, hasta nos ayudo para nuestro regreso. Muy recomendable sin dudas!

L'emplacement était assez facile à trouver comparé au reste de la medina où il est facile de se perdre. J'ai apprécié le fait qu'il y avait un séche-cheveux à disposition ainsi qu'un petit appareil chauffant à côté du lit. Le tarif est pas cher.

Nous avons réservé 4 nuits et nous sommes partis au bout de 3 parce que : - il n'y avait pas d'intimité. Les portes en bois sont comme posées contre le mur et il y a plusieurs interstices et des vides. On peut voir un peu à travers. - La porte avait un mécanisme vieillot qui ne fermait pas très bien à l'intérieur. Et un petit cadenas pour fermer la porte de l'extérieur. - on avait le sentiment de déranger. On chuchotait étant donné que le son portait tandis que l'hôte parlait très fort au téléphone ou avec une femme. Un jour on a aussi eu le droit à une machine à laver très bruyante qui a tourné de 16h jusque tard dans la nuit. - le petit déjeuner ne nous a jamais été servi à l'heure qui nous a été dite à l'accueil à savoir 8h30. Le premier matin, on attend un peu puis on finit par se lever à 9h et mon mari a dû monter dans la cuisine pour se servir. L'hôte se lève à 10h et nous dit : ah mais j'allais vous servir à la base... Le deuxième jour, on se dit que c'était peut-être un accident... On attend jusqu'à 9h30 toujours rien. Mon mari finit par monter et commence à préparer notre petit déjeuner tandis que l'hôte se réveille enfin et sort acheter de quoi petit déjeuner. Le troisième jour on avait décidé de quitter Fes et on est partis très tôt. - un peu moins dérangeant mais la SDB dans la chambre était très basse donc il fallait faire attention à ne pas se cogner la tête

L host è stato accoglienza e di una eccezionale gentilezza sapendo accogliere ogni nostra richiesta anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza. La camera è dotata di aria condizionata ed acqua calda, la colazione è buona.

La posizione

Die Lage ist top. Nahe an der Busstation zum Bahnhof etc. Mein Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Es war sauber und es gab heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Dazu für den Winter genug Decken und einen Heizstrahler. Was nicht typisch für Marokko ist. Alles in allem empfehlenswert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse überzeugt auch.

In der Gasse sind mehrere Türen zu verschiedenen Häusern. Es fehlt ein Schild an der Tür. Aber ich hab trotzdem die richtige gefunden dank eines Nachbarn. Das WLAN schwankt ein wenig von der Performance her, aber das ist in Marokko und insbesondere in Fes eher normal.

Stanza senza finestre molto fredda, non prendeva il wifi e neanche la connessione del telefono. Colazione molto tardi, la prima volta ho aspettato fino alle 10.

El sitio está bien y es económico. Buena opción para conocer Fez en la Medina. Te atienden muy bien y lo mejor es el desayuno, muy completo y rico.

La ubicación es algo difícil. Nosotros no conocíamos Fez y llegamos de noche, entonces fue un poco difícil llegar. Además de que sentimos algo inseguro el camino. Hubiéramos agradecido un poco de información previa o consejos para llegar de dia

Amimi était très gentil avec nous. La chambre était grande et propre. La localisation est très proche de toutes les principales attractions de la ville.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They accomodated lots of our requests since we had our baby staying with us. They always responded quickly. Location was excellent.

Wifi could have been better but looks like its poor WiFi/internet speed is common in Morocco

La posizione è strategica in quanto non all interno della Medina ma a pochi passi da uno dei suoi ingressi. Le indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura sono molto semplici. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglieri per chi non ha troppe aspettative.

La mia camera al piano terra era piuttosto fredda e umida. Fortunatamente c'erano a disposizione dei piumoni per la notte. Il wifi era piuttosto debole.

Chambre propre avec salle de bain individuelle, emplacement proche de la rue. Le rapport qualité -prix.

Le matelas est déformé. Le petit déjeuner est servi qu'à partir de 9h30.

Poca gente

Las habitaciones no tienen puertas que se cierran, por ende se escucha absolutamente todo. El baño es terrible. Muy mal educado el personal que me atendio, espere 45 minutos el check in, el desayuno es pobre.ni lo recomiendo, mejor invertir un poco mas de dinero y estar tranquilo

El desayuno estaba muy bien. Riad cerca de puntos de interés. Me ayudaron a conseguir transporte al aeropuerto a las seis de la mañana. Si vuelvo a Fez, volveré a este riad. Gracias!!!

The house is a historical riad, beautifully decorated with ckassical arabic elements. Doors are also antique, room doors are closed with a padlock. Location is great, inside the medina but outdide of the bustling souk, which is only 100 m away. Quiet. The tannery is also very close, the blue gate is only 1 km away. There are several good cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a simple private bathroom with good hot shower. Ceiling was more than 4 m high, really nice. Everything was very clean, was provided 2 towels for 3 nights and there were extra blankets. Breakfast included, with home made bread, toast, olives, cheese, ham, honey, butter and mint tea. Personnel very friendly, they sent a video on how to find the small street that was very helpful. Can also arrange tours. Super for the price, I believe I was alone in the house, had a great time. Bring cash to pay as credit cards are not accepted.

All good, but breakfast only worked the first day.

We stayed in four different riads in Morocco during our trip and this one was the best. The riad is big and has attached bathrooms too. Especially Mohamed was super helpful and nice. As Fes medina is the largest in the world, you will get lost for sure (well you should tbh, that’s the fun part😉), we also did and Mohamed was a saviour then too. He also warned us about the Ryanair boarding pass issue at FEZ airport, but luckily we didn’t face any problem. Would highly recommend it. Chefchaouen and Fes were our favourites.

Nothing at all, Mohamed will brief everything you need to be aware of once you reach and if you need any help with taxi, routes or day trips, he can help you.

The staff. Run by husband and wife, both worked very hard to make everyone feel welcome. Helped us with the room, parking, always asked if we needed anything. On Friday we had a joint meal with them, couscous cooked by her mother. Excellent staff.

Like most places in the Medina, this place is also old, smelly alleyways lead to the riad. Cat poo in the alleys, the area naturally becomes smelly, together with the old sewers.

Прекрасное аутентичное место, как в сказке про Алладина. Брали 2 номера по 2 ночи на 2 семьи. Жили на 2 этаже, как раз на этаже 2 номера. Цена я считаю очень хорошая, хозяин милый, горячая вода есть. Душ, туалет в номере. В цену входит традиционный марокканский завтрак из трех видов булок, джем, мед, кусочек плавленного сыра, оливки, сок и чай с мятой. Холодильник стоял на этаже, кухней пользуется только хозяин при приготовлении завтрака.

Недостатки конечно найти можно, но за эту цену можно сказать что их нет. Нет ни шкафа, ни полок чтобы положить вещи. Мы положили на пуфики, наши друзья на лишнюю односпальную кровать, которая была в их номере. Душ традиционно в таких местах ничем не огорожен. Найти риад первый раз непросто, но на стенах Медины есть стрелки с названием.

Muhammad and his sister were really welcoming and helpful, we had a great stay at the Riad! It was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was more than enough and the location is perfect, very quiet even though it's right next to the Medina. Can only recommend!

Breakfast was meant to be served at 9.30, which is late. However, it did't usually arrive until 10.00. It was okay. The rooms have no windows, which feels a little claustrophobic.

There's usually no staff at the hotel, though they do come in occasionally. Breakfast is scheduled for 9:30 (late), but it wasn't actually served until 10:00. There's no window—instead, there's a 20x20 cm hole in the wall at ceiling level.

- stranger's hair on the bed - room had 0 ambiente (eg. Just a naked lightbulb as a lamp) - breakfast was scheduled at 9.30 AM (already late). Breakfast was actually served 20 to 30 minutes late. On my last day staff didn't appear at all!! So no breakfast for me, even though it was included in the price. - The rooftop was dirty (eg. food scraps on the floor. Eww...) and the only seat was an old chair that left a stain on my white shirt - smelled like cat piss in the hallway

This is by far the best property we have stayed in with this price range. Very beautiful, quiet, in the most central place within the Medina but so close to also catch a transport in and out, nice breakfast, nice hosts, everything amazing !!

The closing of the doors can be "weird" for some people. Not even a small window in the room. It could have some extra furniture, like something next to the bed for a couple of objects, or something for the clothes.

Hosts were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was very good, right in the Medina. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Spacious and very comfortable room, wasn’t hot at all.

This has nothing to do with the hosts, but make sure you avoid everyone who tells you that this road is closed or tries to show you the place themselves. It is a scam and they demand for money after. Host will send you a video of how to reach the accommodation via WhatsApp and that’s all you need.

Breakfast was good but at a fixed time. I was leaving before breakfast and none could be provided because cook would not be there.

The manager came to the market to take us back to the property. He also booked us a taxi to the airport. He tried his best to make our stay comfortable, but the issues with the property prevented it. Please note that we had no issues with the manager, our comments are about the property solely...

The property is very run down, the door of the room exposes everything, there was no curtain from the inside of the room to cover the exposed side of the door, so anyone could see you if you have a shower and step in the room. The bathroom and the toilet were not separate so, there was no way the room could stay clean after you shower, so the room is not fit for someone who prays as it is impossible to keep clean. They do not offer coffee with breakfast which I found very odd. The bed was noisy when you move in your sleep and the room was close to the kitchen and i could hear the conversations at 6.30 in the morning in the room. It was not quiet or comfortable. The water tab on the sink had the right to free movement and was almost falling off. Please note that the shampoo is not included in the room description. The stairs to the terrace are not very safe and you will need extra care if you want to go up to the terrace. The bedsheets looked like they have not been changed for a while, and were definitely not changed before we checked in.

There was plenty of hot water from a modern shower fitting and a lot of room in bathroom. Substantial breakfast. Clean.

You get what you pay for so some very basic things such as the entrance (alley and door) was very uninviting. No actual windows in the rooms, this was counter acted by the very high ceiling so only a minor issue really. Ok for me as solo male.

Really good size room. Great communication from the host. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast included. Decent shower in the room.

Parking to some 5 mins walking - yet at good price. The door for the room is a bit weird.

The location was easy to find, once you noticed there is some painting on the wall to direct it to the location of the building. Allowed us to place our backpacks with them until we left later in the afternoon.

Very polite staff and possibly the best Moroccan breakfast. The building is old but very interesting, as is everything inside it.

The rooms are old, but that wasn’t a problem, I knew it before I booked. The biggest issue was finding someone’s clipped nails in one of my beds.
