Das süße Riad war super schön und wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Gastfreundlichkeit war außergewöhnlich, uns wurde direkt am Anfang geholfen uns in der Medina zurecht zu finden.

1. Завтрак: хлеб с холодным хлебом. Ни яичницы, ничего. Мы были в этом отеле 5 лет назад, мой отзыв есть на букинге, очень все испортилось. К сожалению, это мой последний визит. Администратору сказали, не было никаких недопониманий - мы всегда готовы общаться. Просто стал хуже сервис и завтрак был очень скудный и плохой. 2. Старая мебель. Пахнет плохо.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön

Lage an sich sehr gut, allerdings wirkt es außerhalb sehr dreckig. Klimaanlage ging nachts leider immer aus.

L’entrada del Riad. El noi que ens va atendre del personal es molt amable. Esta situat a mig minut de una de les portes.

L’habitació es fosca. Pel preu esperava una mica mes en general. Vem avisar que pagariem amb targeta el dia anterior i just no tenien la maquina amb bateria.

A localização é ótima para turismo.

O café da manhã poderia oferecer mais do que uma única xícara de café. A comida era farta mas sem líquidos para acompanhar. Meu marido, que não toma café, tinha somente um pequeno copo de suco.

The room was very spacious and the riad it’s very beautiful.

We chose this riad because of the bath, but there was some trouble as at first there was no plug and when we asked one at the service desk it did not work properly.

The riad has a beautiful atmosphere and authentic Moroccan charm. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Fez. The room was comfortable and the overall stay felt relaxing.

Khalid, Nour, Samih and Salah were amazing people. They are so helpful, kind, easy to communicate. I recommend this place.

Die Lage war gut. Nah zur Medina. Der Platz Bab Rcif ist ganz in der Nähe, um von dort zu den Taxis zu gelangen. Wenn man mit einem eigenen Auto anreist, unbedingt bei Bab Jid parken für ca 4€ pro Tag und sicher. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Einer der Mitarbeiter gab uns eine Stadtkarte und erklärte uns ein wenig die Stadt. Er warnte zudem vor Leuten, die einen auf der Straße ansprechen und Hilfe anbieten. Unbedingt diese Leute ignorieren. Sie zwingen einen anschließend für die gebotene Leistung zu bezahlen. Wir wollten zum naheliegenden Yahya Restaurant. Als wir von dem Riad aus dort hinlaufen wollten, fing uns einer Jugendlicher ab und wollte uns zum Restaurant führen. Er sagte auch, dass er dafür kein Geld verlangen würde. Also schlossen wir uns ihm an. Als wir vor einem Schild standen, wo drauf stand: „links Richtung Restaurant Yahya“ sagten wir dem jungen Mann, dass wir doch nach links müssten. Er sagte daraufhin mehrmals „nein, nein das ist nur deren Hotel. Das Restaurant davon befindet sich rechts, hier entlang!“ So landeten wir ihm 2,6 Sterne bewerteten Dar Lahlimi Restaurant.. Nachdem der Jugendliche dann gegangen ist, sind wir wieder raus von dort und ins richtige Restaurant.

Die Kissen waren nicht sehr gemütlich. Der Lärmpegel ist schon ein Störfaktor von draußen. Man hört die Menschen am Haus vorbeilaufen, lachen, spielen, Videos am Handy schauen, Katzen etc..

Toute l’équipe du Riad était accueillante ! Fès vaut le détour

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and respectful. They welcomed us with mint tea and were given a local map with all the places to cover. They even helped us keep our luggage even after check out. Also allowed us to stay in the lounge until our flight. Highly recommended and will visit again.

El lugar era hermoso desde la recepción hasta las habitaciones y estaba muy bien ubicado. El personal super amable y el desayuno increíble

Lo único malo es que nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso justo al lado de recepcion y en la noche se escuchaba el ruido de las personas que llegaban y si se sentía mucho ruido

Vriendelijke ontvangst, behulpzaam, prachtige, authentieke riad met heel fijn dakterras, schone, mooi ingerichte kamer. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. En het ontbijt was echt top!!

Niets. Klein verbeterpuntje : Er was wat achterstallig technisch onderhoud in de badkamer en het bed was aan de harde kant. Maar we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en hier geen last van gehad.

Magnifique et agréable riad! Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre très grande, très bien décorée avec un grand balcon. Personnel aux petits soins, ils nous ont même proposé le petit déjeuner plus tôt le matin du départ. Petit déjeuner compris et délicieux, très copieux! On recommande.

Pas dans la zone la plus touristique de la medina. Donc un peu compliquée de la traverser en fin de journée mais rien a voir avec l’hotel

La struttura si trova molto internamente alla Medina e ciò ne rende impraticabile e difficile l’accesso. L’arredamento va completamente rivisto, sebbene il Riad sia caratteristico. La camera era molto fredda per la mancanza di imposte in vetro: erano presenti solo gli scudi in legno!

Il soggiorno presso il Riad Boutique Borj Dhab è andato oltre le nostre aspettative. La struttura si trova all' interno della Medina.Al nostro arrivo siamo stati subito accolti con un buonissimo tè alla menta. Bellissimi arredi, stanza molto ampia, pulita e tranquilla. Colazione buonissima e varia. I proprietari hanno fatto tutto il possibile per esaudire le nostre richieste (colazione anticipata, richiesta di una guida per Fes all' ultimo minuto). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff. Consigliato

The main entrance is very beautifully decorated and very spacious. The room we had was also quite specious, and it was nice that the private bathroom was not directly in the room but in the corridor. This gave us the feeling we had a studio rather than a room! The staff has been very friendly. The first night we were brought to a great restaurant not too far from the riad. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit etcetera. Although the riad is inside the medina, it was very quiet.

It was a bit hard to find the place, and a bit away from the touristic area. But that also means that it is quiet in the evening which was nice.

C'était notre premier riad et notre premier voyage au Maroc. Superbe découverte, on a passé un excellent séjour, merci tout particulièrement à Nour ! Toujours disponible et réactive. La chambre était très grande et bien aménagée. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et très copieux ! Très bien localisé, tout est faisable à pied. Merci encore !

Authentic Morrocan Riad. Very welcoming and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for. Very good breakfast. Shower pressure and hot water very good. Lovely rooftop panoramic terrace . Staff were fantastic. Location was good for access to transport and the old medina and the historic sites of fez.

It is an authentic riad so does have an old rustic feel. Some of the rooms are on higher floors with quite steep stairs.

It’s close to the plac recif which is close to a market. Easy to find. Spacious room.

Very little atmosphere. We got lost on the way back a couple of time. Host didn’t really give us a good sense of where we are or how to get around, or show us a map to the souk etc. also they recommended us a restaurant on the first night where we had an absolutely terrible experience. The bathroom shower needed work.

Lo staff è tutto molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno trattato come degli ospiti offrendoci il tè alla menta e sono sempre stati a nostra disposizione. Colazione molto buona, con specialità marocchine. Posizione ottima al limitare della medina così da avere comodo sia il centro sia il trasporto in auto/pullman. La stanza è tipica, letto comodo, bagno ottimo

Terrible location, room very neglected abd dark. Medina smelks and so complicated. No lights in the bathroom. Just aweful experience overall. Hardly people in the reception. Azalarab was the only decnt person there.

Mooie sfeervolle riad. De twee managers waren super aardig en behulpzaam. Grote dank aan Nour. De Oud suite was erg ruim met prachtige houten luiken en mozaieke vloer. Het bed was comfortabel. Airco voor zowel koeling als verwarming. In de avonden was het nog frisjes. Ontbijt was lekker en varieerde om de dag. Ligging is erg goed. Dichtbij de locake souk, wat erg authentiek en mooi is. Ook dichtbij de parkeerplaats Rcif waar je met de taxi kunt komen.

We hadden speciaal deze kamer geboekt voor het bad. Maar helaas vanwege boilerproblemen konden we deze niet gebruiken. Dit was vooraf niet vermeldt. Er werd wel meegedacht aan een oplossing. De badkamer is toe aan een opknapbeurs. De badkamer was erg vochtig.

The room was clean and large. Location on the edge of the medina is very quiet. Breakfast was copious. Staff is really helpful. Thanks for the stay and help. We really enjoyed it.

The bath could be changed for an enhanced experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Salah met us from the taxi and showed us the way to the Riad which was very helpful. We had mint tea and cake on arrival. Salah was very helpful giving us a map and sharing some useful information with us - most useful! Our room was clean and well decorated. The riad itself was a place of calm with a great roof terrace to appreciate the medina and the Fez rooftops!

The bathroom needs some attention. We stayed in the Amber Suite which we thought would be of a better standard. We had a corner bath but it had cracks (as in open spaces) in the bottom so I would have not trusted it anyway there was no plug! The shower head had to be held in the hand to use and the water poured out of the shower head rather than 'showered'. Willing to accept this as everything else was really good.

Large and clean suite, friendly staff, close to one of the medina's doors. Nour and Salah are very helpful to accommodate your trip.

Per començar, el Riad és molt bonic i està molt ben decorat. Té unes vistes molt xules des de la terrassa. Les habitacions eren tal qual la descripció i imatges que es veien a booking i hem estat molt còmodes. En segon lloc, la localització per nosaltres ha estat ideal: es trobava just a l’inici dels carrerons que entren al centre de la medina, de forma que era cèntric, però sense estar en un carrer estret i difícil de localitzar (més còmode i segur si es fa de nit). Finalment, el tracte del personal ha sigut molt proper, simpàtic i atent, molt atent. No ens esperàvem que ens acompanyèssin a alguns llocs ni tampoc que entendrien tan bé les nostres peticions. S’ha de tenir en compte que erem un grup de 6 persones amb una persona celíaca, cosa que complicava el servei; tanmateix, s’han adaptat moltíssim a la dieta (van comprar fins i tot productes sense gluten!!). Molt contents, en general :)) Recomanem moltíssim el Riad, sobretot si sou persones amb al·lèrgies o intol·leràncies, s’ho miren bastant el tema!

No hi ha res que no ens hagi agradat. Com a molt, milloraria la comunicació pel canal de booking, ja que vam parlar de fer sopars al Riad (era una petició fora de la reserva) i al final, no ens vam entendre del tot. Tot i així, els vam acabar fent i tot, genial. Segurament, el lio va ser cosa de totes, aixi que no és un problema com a tal.

Las camas y la ducha muy buena..la ubicación si bien está en la parte antigua está afuera de la Medina propiamente dicha finde hay bares y se llega fácilmente con taxi sin perderse siendo un lugar seguro. Con muy buena calidad precio

Bel riad tipico all'interno della caotica medina di Fes, ma allo stesso tempo vicino a tutti i servizi in quando a poche decine di metri dalla strada dove arrivano i mezzi. La nostra suite Ambar era molto spaziosa, con letto a baldacchino, divano ed un grande bagno. Buona e vara la colazione. Gentilissimo e disponibile il personale.

Très beau Riad au sein de la Medina mais facilement accessible. La chambre était magnifique et immense. Accueil parfait avec beaucoup de bienveillance.

La salle de bain est fonctionnelle quoique un peu vieillissante. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus copieux en pain.

Very cozy covers on the bed. Location was really good. Very quiet inside. Wifi was good with no problems. The staff was just wonderful and very kind people. It was a great choice for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was rather cold for breakfast, I wish they would be able to get a gas heater in that area so you dont freeze while having breakfast.

You can easily get lost on your way to the Riad walking through the Medina. It was not a pleasant experience at night. I highly recommend using the main road.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le personnel du riad est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Merci à Salah pour toutes ses explications précieuses qui nous ont permis de parcourir la ville facilement, à Nour pour son accueil chaleureux, et un immense merci à Khalid, toujours serviable, professionnel et d’une grande discrétion. Le riad est magnifique, très bien décoré, impeccablement propre, avec un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Fès. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, un vrai régal chaque matin. En bref : foncez sans hésiter ! Pour ma prochaine visite à Fès, je reviendrai sans hésitation dans ce riad. Merci à toute l’équipe et à très bientôt !

Vacker riad. Välutrustat stort rum och stort badrum. Bra frukost.

Badkaret var slitet och kanten hög, så svårt att gå i och ur. Området som riaden ligger i är väldigt fattigt och vi tyckte det var lite obehagligt att gå till och från riaden.

Amabilidad, limpieza, ubicación. Todo el personal se.merece un 10. Las excursiones con ellos, perfectas. Gracias por todo!!

Η τοποθεσία καλή τα δωμάτια άνετα

Πετύχαμε περίοδο βροχής όπου η οροφή έσταζε νερά και όλο το βράδυ δεν κοιμηθήκαμε ακούγοντας τη βροχή. Επίσης το μπάνιο χρειάζεται μια μικρή συντήρηση , οι πετσέτες δεν ήταν όπως προβλέπεται διπλωμένες αλλά απλωμένες στην κρεμάστρα Σαν να έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί. Τέλος πολύ κακή Ηχομόνωση

Amazing riad. I couldn't stop taking pictures on the inside or on the rooftop terrace. My only complaint is that I didn't stay longer. Nour and Salah were the most friendly and gracious hosts.

風格のあるリヤドで美しく、優雅な気分になれました。ウェルカムミントティーを飲みながら、街の説明をしていただけたのも良かったです。 翌日は7:30からツアー参加でしたが、朝食を特別に7時から会場とは別のところで用意していただき、ありがたかったです。車が入れる場所から割と近かったのでツアーのピックアップに便利でした。急げば徒歩5分で着きました。

バスタブに汚れが残っていたのでシャワーのみ使用しました。部屋の鍵が錠前を使用するタイプのものだったので扱いが難しかったです。

Location, staff & spirit of the house

El Riad tiene muy buena ubicación, se encuentra en la entrada de la Medina y permite visitarla andando unos minutos. El trato del personal es magnífico, desde que entras te hacen sentir muy cómodo. El desayuno que ofrece es variado y muy completo. Y las habitaciones además de tener una decoración preciosa están muy bien equipadas (toallas, aire acondicionado, gel, champú...).

La propia ubicación del Riad puede ser un poco complicada, pues Google Maps no funciona muy bien por esa zona, aunque si avisas sobre qué hora llegas, el personal te espera un poco antes para guiarte hasta el lugar

Perfect location

Riad curatissimo e molto elegante, a differenza degli altri riad in cui siamo stati sembra praticamente un hotel. Dotato di tutti i confort, stanza molto spaziosa, asciugamani e shampoo+bagnoschiuma, phon... Non ricordo il nome della ragazza che ci ha accolto, che parlava molto bene l'inglese, ci ha aiutato tantissimo da subito: ha trovato per il giorno stesso una guida per visitare e girare la medina, e ci ha anche aiutato a trovare il modo per andare a Merzouga con un minibus privato. Davvero gentilissima, grazie ancora!

La zona della medina è piena di gente che cerca di fregarti per portarti tra le vie, la sera non uscivamo perché avevamo un po' di ansia ad andare in giro

Nada más llegar nos recogieron las maletas y nos dieron la bienvenida con un té. Nos entregaron un mapa de la Medina y nos explicaron como salir y entrar de la forma más rápida y eficiente, cosa que se agradece ya que la Medina es un laberinto y puede llegar a agobiar cuando te pierdes. El desayuno está incluido, muy bueno (típico marroquí). La habitación muy espaciosa, con una gran terraza que da al patio interior (teníamos una suite) y un baño privado bastante grande. Calidad precio excelente, obviamente hay Riad mucho más espectaculares pero si lo que quieres es conocer la ciudad alojarte en uno de ellos, es auténtico!

Por poner algo, el baño olía un poco a tubería. Pero estaba limpio y funcionaba todo bien, así que tampoco es un gran problema!

La suite est très grande et un beau décor.

Emplacement difficile à trouver mais l’emplacement est bon. Nous avons eu l’aide des hôtes qui sont venus nous chercher. La médina est Fès est un vrai casse-tête.

La atención del personal ha sido increíble, todos y cada uno de ellos. Tuvimos algunos problemas en nuestro viaje y tanto Nour como Salah nos ayudaron muchísimo a mejorar nuestra experiencia en Fez. Una mención especial a Salah, creo que personas como él hacen mágicas algunas estancias. Te esperamos en Sevilla o en Madrid cuando quieras. En cuanto al Riad, es precioso, limpísimo, nuestra habitación increíble cada detalle y el desayuno muy completo, riquísimo y cada día algo nuevo. Gracias por todo.
