We like the cleanliness of the hotel, easy access to many local eats and sightseeing.

Breakfast was good. Our only request is that the menu includes more options, we were eating the same foods everyday. We ended up eating breakfast out on other days due to having the same options everyday at the hotel, this was very inconvenient.

Séjour de 4 jours pour le Canton Fair. Staff très attentionné, des petites attentions qui ne laisse pas indifférent (petit panier snack et boisson pour chaque voyage en shuffle vers et depuis canton fair. L'emplacement est idylique, au bout de la rue piétonne, très animée.

Le personnel a un anglais très faible pour la plupart, proche du zéro. Communication pas forcément facile mais on arrive à se faire comprendre via traducteur.

Excellent location and within walking distance to Beijing Lu pedestrian street.

The room bathroom sink area is small as there was no counter space to place my toiletries. Spotless room and friendly staff, however be prepared for a long wait for the 2 elevators as they are quite slow and often crowded, making it difficult to get around quickly. The highlight of our stay is the complimentary laundry service which we very much appreciate it. The free evening supper from 9pm is a welcome touch after a long day of travel.

Location is convenient to most places of attractions. About 5 minutes’ walking distance to Beijing pedestrian street. Comfortable beds. Bottles of water were replenished. There is a MacDonald’s opposite of hotel and a Starbucks downstairs. Ordered food delivery and was delivered by a robot to the hotel door which is a pleasant experience. The view of room with river view is pretty and can see Canton Tower from afar too.

Lights in room are too dim. The switches of lights are confusing - not sure which lights are for which and are not labelled for my room with City view (the one facing the river is labelled). Bathroom has outer and inner sliding doors. Outer door is stuck when closed and it is translucent and may not be convenient for some guests.

1 kamer is groot met een apart ruimte voor badkamer en ligbad maar de houten vloer is versleten en veel spiegels aan de zijkanten van de bed, bad feng shui!

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, there is a self laundry area that you can use and the staff can deliver it back to your room once its done. Its a very kind and good gesture as you do not need to wait for your laundry. location is very good, its at the end of beijing road and its just a short 10min walk to the shopping area.

Sound insulation wasn't great, you can hear the busy traffic down below even on a higher floor.

It was a clean and comfortable hotel very close to main shopping area a trip on the Ferry ⛴️.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Tianzi wharf is just in front. Great view. Laundry service is great! I am able to wash my Laundry everyday. Hotel offers free light supper. The robot food delivery services is great and impressive. Managed to get both food and goods online services without any hassle..

Need to walk 10.mins to metro and beijing road at the other end. Didi easy to get though. In general I prefer this hotel due to its convenient. Please note that not all front desk staffs are patience and friendly. If you do not need their services, I think is fine.

Very convenient location with splendid river view and Tianzi wharf. Short walk to nearby malls , Beijing Road and metro station. Like the refreshment and toiletries of the hotel product. Excellent service by hotel receptionist, JingTian景甜 who helped to buy Pearl River Cruise tickets and rejected tips. Good and fast laundry service available. Put your laundry bag with a note at washing area and they will be delivered to your door within a couple of hours.

Fittings and fixtures are quite dated. Need to wait sometime for the elevators.

Lovely hotel. Great location. The restaurant downstairs is spectacular. We got 2 rooms, my daughters room had a fantastic view over the river.

On the other hand, my room on the other side of the building had a crappy view over local buildings. So I guess it's a 50:50 chance you'll get a good view. The "address in chinese" button on booking.com didn't work, we had trouble getting taxis there every single time. We ended up just showing pictures of Tianzi Wharf across the road.

Location, and the service ! We got the free room upgrade to the executive suite , and the view over the river in the evening is fantastic ! Bed and pillow are both very comfortable!Reception personnel are all very nice and helpful, parcel service and luggage storage also going smoothly.

Good location - walking distance to Beijing Road shopping street. There's a Starbuck at ground floor. Hotel is very clean,all staffs are very friendly- front desk even helped us connect our mobile phone to hotel wifi where we were struggling to get connected. Excellent housekeeping- keep replenish amenities everyday to ensure our stay a comfortable one. Hotel serves free supper every night which is a pleasant gesture - hot porridge, delicious soup noodle and various types of baos.. Oh,a must do is the dim sum at the restaurant located at 3rd floor. Very good value for money and strongly recommend. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Guangzhou again..

Short 5 min walk to Beijing Lu MRT and Tianzi wharf is at your doorstep. Staff Xiao Qing made out stay very comfortable, she was extremely helpful and helped us to purchase cruise tickets and replied my WeChat msg even late at night . They help to do your laundry and send it up to your room the next morning! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The property is a little old and needs a refresh! Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t eat there but we enjoyed the supper provided.

Aircon is not unjustable in the room; it is all centrally-controlled, and set at a certain temp, whiich might not be suitable for each individual in the room. Also, the mattress is a bit soft.

The property is at perfect location. Next to beijing road is a plus point because lot of marts, malls and attractions are within 5 to 10 minutes walk

I would recommend them to include more people from outside china who can speak English in their management team because sometimes you feel it’s a little hard to communicate if you only speak English.

Free laundry, nicely folded and brought up to our room. Would be nice if our clothes get ironed too. They give you free water and bottled tea so you don’t have to carry any back to hotel. They also have a late night buffet with congee and some steamed food for guests from 21:30. Rooms had very comfortable pillows and beds which were Very clean and spectacular river views. About 5-10 minutes walk to Beijing Road tourist attraction places. Also very affordable taxi rides if you need to go further (¥12 starting for most taxis) Staff on the floors are very friendly and front desk was very helpful with booking high speed trains to Futian. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you.

1) Safety box not working. Couldn't reset the passkey. Complained to the staff, but she said nothing can be done. So we couldn't use the safety box 2) TV system not working. Couldn't connect to any channel

A localização do hotel é excelente, perto de duas estações de metrô e ao lado da Beijing Lu. Café da manhã também bem completo. Apesar de não falarem muito inglês, usam tradutores e são gentis.

Apenas a informação do endereço que atrapalha um pouco, pois a entrada do hotel é pela rua de trás.
