The Riad is very pretty and quiet, close to visit anytime

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Riad. Das gesamte Team, und insbesondere Idris, war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle für uns. Idris hat uns sogar zur Wäscherei gebracht und uns danach einige wichtige Punkte in Marrakesch gezeigt. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles war sehr familiär und persönlich. Das Riad selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit vielen liebevollen kleinen Details, die eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre schaffen. Auch das Frühstück und das Abendessen auf Anfrage waren jedes Mal super lecker. Zum Frühstück gab es immer auch einen Obstsalat oder frisch gepresste Säfte.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Zimmer war etwas eng. Für besonders große Menschen bisschen schwierig, da man Gefahr läuft sich an der ein oder anderen Stelle den Kopf zu stoßen. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Riad von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

A beautiful place to stay (both room as common areas). Also, Driss from the staff was Incredibly helpful (whether it was for arranging a taxi to the airport, foreseeing a breakfast even if very early in the morning before going to the airport). I recommend and will stay again if i come back.

La struttura è bellissima, pulita e sicura. Mi sono sentita come a casa. Lucia e Faysal mi hanno accolto con molta cortesia, e sono stati sempre disponibile per aiutarmi in qualunque cosa. È stata la mia prima volta a Marrakech e anche grazie a loro è stato un viaggio molto speciale. Mi dispiace andare via e non vedo l’ora di tornare. Ringrazio a tutti del staff di Med Agorà per la cura e l’amore che ci mettono per renderci un soggiorno indimenticabile. Non è scontato. Grazie

Il riad è veramente delizioso. Ideale per posizione e con uno staff incredibile. Accoglienti gentili e molto molto disponibili. La colazione è molto varia, preparata al momento e sono sempre pronti a soddisfare richieste particolari. Il Riad Med Agorà è sicuramente un punto fermo per me a Marrakesh.

La struttura è veramente accogliente, letti molto comodi. Il riad si trova in una posizione ideale a mio avviso perché facilmente raggiungibile. Lo staff veramente efficiente e sempre pronto a dare consigli e esaudire anche piccole richieste....come il the alle 11 di sera. Anche quando abbiamo segnalato la presenza di una persona estranea alla struttura introdotta da altri ospiti, i proprietari del riad si sono precipitati in struttura richiamando al rispetto del regolamento. Insomma ci siamo sentite molto al sicuro. Come a casa. E poi la colazione....veramente ottima, abbondante e sempre varia. Lo consiglio vivamente. Riad Med Agora saremo nuovamente tuoi ospiti.

Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem Riad in Marokko und ehrlich gesagt war es eine der schlechtesten Unterkünfte, die wir je erlebt haben. Das Personal war zwar „nett“, aber komplett unprofessionell und völlig desinteressiert. Man hatte ständig das Gefühl, dass niemand wirklich arbeiten möchte. Besonders absurd war, dass wir nicht auf der Terrasse frühstücken durften – mit der Begründung, es sei morgens zu warm. Gleichzeitig war aber niemand bereit, das Essen einfach nach oben zu bringen. Das wirkt eher wie eine Ausrede als ein echtes Problem. Die Zimmerreinigung fand in 7 Tagen genau EINMAL statt. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Das Internet war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Kein Empfang im Zimmer und das WLAN hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Trotz mehrfacher Ansprache und Nachrichten an das Personal wurde absolut nichts unternommen. Statt Lösungen gab es nur die Aussage, dass sich „noch nie jemand beschwert“ hätte – was schlicht nicht glaubwürdig ist. Obwohl angeblich immer jemand vom Personal da sein sollte, war das nicht der Fall. Wenn jemand da war, saß diese Person meistens am Handy und hat laut Videos geschaut, anstatt sich um Gäste oder Probleme zu kümmern. Das Frühstück war gerade so okay, aber nichts Besonderes – eher auf Imbiss-Niveau als auf Hotelstandard. Die Kissen waren unbequem und das Zimmer war trotz Lüften dauerhaft feucht und unangenehm. Insgesamt wirkt diese Unterkunft völlig lieblos geführt und ist ihr Geld absolut nicht wert. Wir haben noch nie eine so schlechte Unterkunft erlebt – selbst einfache Jugendherbergen waren besser organisiert und sauberer. Wir würden dieses Riad niemandem empfehlen. Spart euch euer Geld und bucht wirklich irgendwo anders.

Stunning riad and the breakfasts were so good. Idriss, our host, was so kind. I learned so many amazing things about the Amazigh culture from him.

We had a weird leak in the bathroom that caused a small puddle on the floor. It’s about a 30 min walk from the Riad to the main medina square. We’re big walkers so it wasn’t a problem, and it also allowed us to see some local streets on the way there which was a plus.

La camera era un po’ rumorosa, soprattutto al mattino per via dei nidi di uccellini, e si percepivano in generali i suoni dall’esterno. La pressione della doccia potrebbe essere migliorata. La posizione del Riad è fuori dalla Medina, non centralissima. Suggerirei inoltre una maggiore cura nella pulizia quotidiana e un controllo allo split (modalità caldo)

Ein wunderschönes Riad mit besonderem Charme. Auch die Einzelzimmer sind angenehm groß und stilvoll eingerichtet, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hilfreichen Insider-Tipps, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Lage ist ideal. Zwar nicht direkt in der Medina, aber alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großer Vorteil ist zudem, dass man mit dem Taxi direkt bis zum Riad fahren kann. Die Nähe zum Palast sorgt außerdem für ein zusätzliches Sicherheitsgefühl.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo riad e nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’ambiente è curato, accogliente e rilassante, ideale per vivere un’esperienza autentica. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Lucia e a tutto lo staff, che si sono dimostrati sempre gentili, disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Il riad si trova leggermente fuori dalla medina, il che può risultare un po’ scomodo, soprattutto per chi desidera muoversi frequentemente a piedi o immergersi completamente nell’atmosfera più centrale della città.Per chi invece cerca tranquillità fuori dal caos della vita notturna è l'ideale. È stata un’esperienza positiva che consigliamo.

La struttura è molto accogliente. Vicino al cuore della Medina ma lontano dal caos tanto da essere svegliati dal canto degli uccellini. Poter fare colazione o cenare nel patio centrale con il tajin di Samira, il migliore di tutta Marrakech! Staff e padroni di casa molto gentili e disponibili.

It is a little bit far from the main Medina area and involves pedestrians walking along slightly difficult streets with motor bikes coming along and hard to see!

Le Riad est magnifique avec les petits oiseaux qui viennent compléter parfaitement le décor idyllique. Tout est beau est très bien, très propre, et très calme. Petit havre de paix.

Il Riad si trova in un ottima posizione sia per arriviarci che per spostarsi e aggiungere le principali attrazioni di Marrakech. Molto accogliente e caratteristico. La colazione ricca di delizie prelibate e molto abbondante. Sono stata con mio marito e mia figlia per soli due giorni ma sono bastati per trovare il posto ideale per la prossima vacanza a Marrakech. Ringraziamo per l'accoglienza e la gentilezza tutto lo staff.

The riad was lovely (green is my favorite color) and both the owners and staff were very friendly and accomodating. They even arranged a small breakfast for me before an early day trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Med Agora and felt completely at home. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food is absolutely delicious – every meal was a treat! The portions are very generous, so it’s perfect for sharing. We also felt very safe during our entire stay, which made it even more relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent and very tasty. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The riad is beautifully presented - very tasteful.

As it was un-naturally cold during our stay in the city, and riads do not have heating, the property could feel chilly, despite a fire being lit in the morning, and the use of a moveable heater.

El barrio, está relativamente cerca del centro, la kasbah, pero es más tranquilo, menos turístico y de ambiente más local. No masificado. Buena relación calidad-precio. El trato del personal. Idris, el encargado, es muy amable y relajado. En el desayuno incorporaron una sopa típica de avena que no suelen poner en ningún sitio. Un plus. La vista del olivar de Agdal y del Atlas nevado desde la terraza.

Suele pasar en los riads del sur, pensados más para la climatología de los meses de calor. La mayoría utilizan el patio como zona de desayunos (cubierto con una lona en invierno), pero no tienen bien resuelta la calefacción. En invierno es frío por la mañana a la hora del desayuno. Hay un pequeño salón con chimenea, muy agradable, pero no es suficiente para todos los clientes. Tenían también una pequeña estufa de gas, pero deberían ser más, como las de las terrazas de los restaurantes para dar suficiente confort. La terraza, con vistas impresionantes al Atlas, creo que por ser invierno estaba un poco descuidada.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et pas de couvertures supplémentaires donc on a eu un peu froid mais sinon tout était bien (nous étions en décembre).

Il Riad è in un'ottima posizione, si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi il centro della medina con una piacevole passeggiata. L'accoglienza dei padroni di casa è stata eccellente e ha superato le mie aspettative. La stanza era sempre in ordine ,pulita e profumata. La colazione era abbondante e genuina. I colori del Riad molto belli e rilassanti, tutto curato. Spero di ritornare e di soggiornare ancora presso questa struttura.😊

Il Riad, molto accogliente e pulitissimo, è posizionato alle porte della Medina. La proprietaria è davvero gentile; ci ha offerto gratuitamente un upgrade della stanza. Colazione ottima! Altro plus: è possibile trovare parcheggio gratuitamente proprio a due passi dalla struttura.

Personnel très chaleureux, magnifique riad à taille humaine. Tout est fait pour qu'on se croit à la maison. Quartier très calme, à 25 mînutes a pied de la place.

Hatten die Unterkunft aufgrund der durchweg sehr guten Bewertungen ausgesucht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadtmauer, weg vom Trubel. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, mit schönem Bad, sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das nette Gastgeber-Ehepaar hat uns persönlich am Flughafen abgeholt (gegen Aufpreis).

Unser Bett war sehr hart, auf einer härteren Matratze haben wir wirklich noch nie übernachtet. Unser Zimmer lag an einer kleinen Gasse, durch die die Nachbarn häufig mit ihren Motorrollern fuhren, wodurch es ab und an leider recht laut war (nachts war es ruhig und die anderen 4 Zimmer liegen auf der anderen Seite). Zu Fuss braucht man schon 30 Min zum Jemaa el fna und auf dem ersten Teil gibt es nicht immer Gehwege. Das Frühstück war OK, aber die teilweise überschwänglichen Bewertungen fanden wir übertrieben, zum Beispiel gab es kein Obst. Die beiden Dachterrassen könnte man schöner gestalten.

The property is so beautiful and clean. The staff is very helpful in every way he can. Location wise: its around 10-15 mins walk to Jemaa El Fahna.

Tout s’est très bien passé lors de notre séjour. L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Hospitable and informative hosts

Really great Riad experience. My room had a separate shower and toilet which was a great plus (prior to this I stayed in riada with shated bathroom). It also had AC which was a lifesaver in the Marrakech heat. Driss, my host was really helpful and welcoming. My room was of adequate size and I was absolutely satisfied. Great value for money. The neighborhood is completely 100% safe, although it may look sketchy at first. I would definately recommend this Riad.

Showerhead sometimes loses power. Breakfast coffee is of low quality (some sort of instant coffee).

The Riad will take you back through time, you will forget about the business of the city and the heat of Marrakech. Thank you Faisal, Edres and Sameera for the warm welcome and smoothness of the stay.

This is a very pretty, intimate, traditional Riad full of colorful ceramic work not far from the Medina. The staff and owners are very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was ample and freshly made. The inside of the Riad is quiet and peaceful, a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

From the booking to the check out everything went smoothly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arranged the airport transfer at a very reasonable price and the owner gave us some very useful advices and information. They organize nice activities that can be booked in the riad. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The position was very strategic and we could easily reach the main attraction of the city. The area was very safe and peaceful at night. Highly recommend to stay in this nice riad!

I booked the single room with en-suite bathroom. It’s bigger than what I thought it would be based on the photos. It’s in the second floor so I only had to climb up one flight of stairs. Also have great hosts! Idriss was very helpful. I checked in late and he was very welcoming and offered me tea and gave me tons of good information about the city. Breakfast is available early and offered up to around 11ish am. He also printed out my boarding pass for me for free. Upon check out, I left my bags in the riad and Idriss knew what time I had to be at the airport and even called to check on me when I wasn’t back to get my bags in time. He also helped me find a taxi as I was running late and got to the airport with time to spare! Absolutely great service, cannot recommend him enough.

WiFi is great when you’re in the courtyard but doesn’t work inside the room, so make sure you have enough mobile data for your stay. However, it’s good to note that a lot of other riads also have this problem so don’t let that put you off. Pillows were lumpy and it strained my neck. Bring your own if you have sensitivity as well. And I initially booked an airport pickup just because a lot of people in general have said it’s usually hard to find riads as they're deep within alleyways but because I was there during Ramadan, they weren’t able to pick me up at the time I specified despite getting confirmation hours before my flight from Ireland left. It’s a good thing I had data upon arrival to see the WhatsApp message come in otherwise I would’ve found out about it late as wifi in Marrakech airport at that time wasn’t working. However, it wasn’t much of an inconvenience because there are loads of taxis outside and the riad is actually very easy to find and very close to the main street so it wasn’t necessary at all and I ended up saving a bit of money as the airport taxi was cheaper. With all that said - I booked my room at a bargain price and have properly set my expectations and wasn’t disappointed. I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book here again.

I really recommend my stay at Riad Med Agora - I had a single room, which was spacious. I loved the breakfast and very friendly staff. Samira cooks amazingly :) Riad is located a short walk from the major locations and a quick drive from the airport. Do not hesitate to ask owners for the travel tips.

The location was perfect, not too close and not too far from the Medina, the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and traditional. The riad was clean and spacious. To our delight as cohabitants there are 2 passerine birds which sing such a lovely song to wake up to. The staff was kind and helpful. And the rooftop terrace has really beautiful views on the garden and the city especially at sunset. We would definitely return there anytime :)

Extremely friendly hosts with a unique Riad on the great location. Walking distance from Medina in the good neighbourhood. Breakfast was local and pretty good! They were available for all the questions and willing to share some history of Morocco with us.

Beautifully decorated riad in good location which is very convenient to visit the old town, markets and museums by walking. The riad and the room are tidy & clean. The riad keeper named Rachid is the core credit of this riad, incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful, as well as cheerful and funny with sincerity, which did make me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Nice breakfast, thank you to the kitchen lady Samira, a very lovely and friendly person. Flexibility in breakfast time and transport arrangement (in good price) if needed for fitting customers ' schedules. The riad owners are also helpful for offering boarding pass printing services.

It was quite noisy sometimes. Even the chatting in average or mild volume, I could hear them in my room, so when there were relatively loud talk or laughters outside the room, that was noisy to me. The WiFi connection was weak and quickly no connection in the room. I have to use my mobile data all the time in the room. The shower draining was very slow in my room.

The Riad is so beautiful, the owners are so friendly and helpful. You have the most generous breakfast. The location is also amazing, with really great views to the Atlas Mountains

What an absolutely beautiful stay i had here. I felt very welcome and it had a real family feeling. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I visit Marrakech in the future. I had a few mornings with a 6am start as well as a 4am start to the airport, where Rashid ensured I had breakfast and a coffee to start the day. It was also appreciated to be welcomed back in the evening with a fresh mint tea before bed!

The riad is very nice, the staff very helpful, the owners wonderful proving information and the personal touch that I look forward to in a Riad. Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way: cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, the riad is so pretty and the breakfast is very good too.

I had such a pleasant stay at Riad Med Agora. The riad is owned by the loveliest couple who truly care for you. The location is just perfect - a short drive from the airport, a little bit outside the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh but I preferred it this way. The main square is only a short 20 min walk away. The riad is so beautiful! It is nice to come back here after a long day and feel the serenity amidst the bustling city.

The staff and management are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable! They help you with some tourist information and location is safe as well!

Everything was good.

Staff ( Samira and Rashid) were very kind and welcoming. The owner also called me when I checked in and out. It was nice of him. It's a nice place in general, with welcoming hosts. Takes 15 to 20 min to the medina and Jamal el fena. And the path is relatively easy and safe.

The bed was quite small. I booked a room with twin beds, but I also didn't check whether it could be changed or not. The breakfast served by Rashid. Very kind of him, but I personally prefer a buffe or human-free service. Also, more protein offers than sugary ( which were all tasty and prepared by Semira nicely). The wifi connection was not good, and I couldn't very much use it. But I don't know if that's the case in Marakesh in general, or this riad.

This was a lovely riad, run by great staff, and a beautiful setting. The location is a bit away from the central medina, and is a bit less touristy, so we felt that we had to be a bit attentive to our surroundings (but still felt very safe). The place itself is gorgeous, and we enjoyed nice hospitality and a very nice breakfast. Overall a great experience.

The breakfast was nice. The riad isn't inside the medina but close enough to go there walking, otherwise you could take a taxi there. The first morning I was leaving early to do a tour. Saber made me breakfast before breakfast started, what was really nice.

The only window in the room was in the bathroom and it is facing a wall so the room was quite dark.

I loved this place. It is beautiful and feels like a relaxing environment. The staff are warm and offer great hospitality. They will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible - it feels really personal and genuine. The riad booked a transfer from the airport for me which made everything really easy on arrival. Warm thanks again. I will recommend to all my friends.

The Riad was very well kept and felt comfortable and safe. It was beautifully renovated. The bed was very comfortable with a hard mattress and the bathroom was clean, functional, and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. I only stayed 1 night but would have happily stayed longer. Night receptionist was lovely and went out of his way to help.

Amazing people received us very well and we arrived very late like 3 a.m., even like that we were served with tea and cookies. Our room had a little smell but not super relevant. Since we arrived very late we got to know that is no hot water late at night like 3 a.m. in all the medina, due to some problems of the city. Not riads fault but is worth to now this.

The Riad was beautiful! The owners were lovely, kind, and personable. The area was quiet and had a lovely rooftop. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the ammenities you need. The decor, ambiance, and connection to nature within such a bustling city like Marrakesh was just what I was looking for. The place has a little family of birds, which are always welcoming you. Saber, their main staff was such an amazing person and wonderful to talk to and drink lots of tea with! Breakfast was perfect, and the whole vibe was so calm. A wonderful oasis in Marrakesh! I loved everything about this riad. Its not a luxury riad but its so much more than that. For me it was like a home away from home. The owners are really amazing people. Its safe and just beside the medina. Everything is at a walking distance. And the breakfast is so good. Samira cooks everything by herself. Mr Faisal even dropped me off at the train station. Its perfect for solo travellers and family. I would love to come again. It was a 10/10 for me. ❤️❤️

Wonderful family friendly riad, very close to city center. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. I travelled with my parents and we had no plan for the trip and the owners were extremely kind and helpful giving us all the help we needed at any time. I don't have words to thank their kindness and good hearts. The riad is very well decorated with traditional Moroccan arquitecture. Everything was very clean and bright. The breakfast was outstanding, homemade Moroccan style made by Samira. Saber received us in the first day with a delicious Moroccan tea and his kindness and gentile personality, which accompanied us through our stay. Highly recommended riad!!
