Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Our stay was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The owner was highly responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire booking process. Any requests or changes we had were handled promptly and with great consideration, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. The condo offered excellent value for money—it was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Its location was another standout feature, with easy access to all the places we planned to visit. Being conveniently close to NAIA also made our arrival and departure much more convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-located place to stay. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025Our stay here had great moments — the location was convenient and the space felt cozy. There are a few important things that need attention though.
The remote control was glitchy, making it hard to use any of the entertainment features. More concerningly, there was a broken appliance (a wobbly chair) in the dining room that we almost knocked over — it looked like it hadn’t been secured properly and could be a safety hazard if not removed. We think addressing these issues (fixing the TV/remote and removing the broken chair) would make this a much safer and more comfortable place for future guests. We still valued the overall stay but wanted to bring these points to the host’s attention.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025NOTHING. They canceled my stay the same day!!!! (and I was going with kids). The owner decided that the price that was paid 2 months in advance was not enough. First she asked me to pay the extra outside booking and then she asked booking to change the conditions. Since I was travelling and accesso to internet was limited I could not see the new conditions. So, after 30 minuts the entire reservation was canceled.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2025The location is perfect for our event that day—it's easy to navigate to. What I love is the easy, hassle-free communication with the owner. I always find it challenging to book condo accommodations for large groups of friends, but this time it was a breeze. I booked this place specifically for the 100m pool - it didn't disappoint me.
Minor things and not in the host's control: The toilet is inside the room rather than accessible from the living room. I booked on a weekend, which meant there were families with children who would use the pool. The lap pool is only 4ft deep, there were lots of children during my visit, and they were swimming across lap lanes.

Has complimentary shampoo and bath soap Staffs are accomodating and friendly. Could've been better if has complimentary water for the guests and good WiFi signal for the hotel.
The original room was unit 8c supposedly bay view but due to some electrical issues,we never accommodated the unit ,provided that we were given an advised few hours before we check in. We were transferred to 31st floor which is pool view yet really quite far from the original view that my son is expecting. Appreciate Kim for accommodating us making sure that we transfer to another unit.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2024The apartment and the detail in it was done perfectly, down to the time with the clock on the wall. You know sometimes the clocks don't have the right time. The bed was super comfy and my back didn't hurt in the morning. The TV in the living room and the one in the bedroom was awesome. My wife and I could watch TV in the room while my son played games on the TV in the living room. The host was amazing too. If I have the chance I'll go back to this place.
The immediate area around the building is not near to anything, but that didn't matter, with a Grab to Mall of Asia area in about 5 minutes makes it worth the value of the rental price of this amazing apartment.
