Además te dejan todos los consumibles usuales en una vivienda, café, aceite, sal, vinagre, infusiones de algunos tipos, detergentes, champu, gel etc. Los anfitriones te asesoran de los restaurantes, actividades y parajes mejor que en muchos puestos de turismo. Muy agradables.

Los dueños super simpáticos, detallistas y atenciosos. Buena localización. Enhorabuena y 100% recomendable. ¡Volveremos sin duda! Da gusto encontrar alojamientos así. 🥰

La posizione é centrale ma silenziosissima. Magda é sorridente, accogliente e piena di attenzioni per gli ospiti. Siamo stati benissimo!

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026We loved everything about Magda and Pedro's apartment. It's really well thought through and well equipped. We cooked in several times because the kitchen had everything we needed (and thanks for the wine). The bed was really comfortable (firm) and the water pressure was strong. The outside patio was perfect for an evening drink and for drying clothes. We really appreciated the beach towels, brollies and chairs and the shopping trolley was perfect for the amazing food market. Setubal is a lovely, super friendly city with loads to see and the beaches on Troia are stunning. The icing on the cake for our stay was Magda and Pedro themselves. Really lovely, kind, full of recommendations. And the Basque cheesecake Magda made.... wow!

Apartamento completísimo, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Hay parking público andando a unos minutos. Un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Reviewed May 25, 2026The perfect apartment hosted by a lovely couple. Surprisingly quiet for a location so close to the old city amenities. We cooked dinners at the apartment and found all we needed. Everything was super clean. The outside area was ideal for eating breakfast. Whilst here you should visit and shop local the amazing market for fresh fish, meat and veg Muito obrigado Magda and Pedro, we hope to return on our next visit to Portugal.

Point to note that there is no parking at this unit. Not that we needed it but just so you know. You’ll need to walk a few minutes to get to a street.

Reviewed May 14, 2026É perfeitamente compreensível o alojamento ter 5 estrelas, e mesmo assim superou completamente as nossas expectativas. Magda esteve conosco desde antes a nossa chegada, preocupada em nos informar os melhores luares para pararmos o carro (o parque é mesmo muito próximo do apartamento e custa apenas 3,50€ para o dia inteiro). Ao chegar, ela fez questão de nos receber e mostrar todos os espaços do apartamento, que é mesmo grande e aconchegante e possui tudo que possamos precisar. A cozinha é totalmente equipada, assim como a casa de banho. O pátio é um dos pontos altos da casa, muito agradável e bem cuidado. Ela também fez questão de nos entregar um mapa de Setúbal, cheio de dicas preciosas dos lugares que ela mais gosta e dos pontos mais importantes da cidade. O apartamento está localizado na melhor área da cidade, a baixa de Setúbal, e tudo pode ser feito a pé. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa e não vejo a hora de voltar. Se está a procura de um excelente lugar para ficar em Setúbal, já o encontrou!

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026We recently enjoyed a wonderful seven-day stay at Pátio da Baixa, and the property was exactly as described. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival and is clearly very well-maintained. What sets this stay apart is the exceptional attention to detail; the apartment is incredibly well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the high-quality blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the thoughtfulness of having ice cube trays ready in the freezer. The hosts, Magda and Pedro, were incredibly welcoming and personable. Their recommendations for things to do, see, and taste around Setúbal were excellent! We also greatly appreciated their generosity in allowing us to borrow their beach equipment for our excursions to Troia. The location is also fantastic—within a short walk of a grocery store, countless restaurants, multiple museums, and the catamaran to Troia. We explored Setúbal entirely on foot, and this was the perfect home base. We would stay here again without reservation and highly recommend this property to others.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Alles perfekt! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen! Der Gastgeber Piedro hat uns viele nützliche Tipps für die Stadt gegeben, inkl. günstiger Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos und liegt zentral in der Nähe des Hafens und dem Markt. Dank der neuen Fenster zieht es nicht in der Wohnung und es ist sehr ruhig. Dadurch, dass in dem Haus nur zwei Wohnungen sind, ist auch alles sehr angenehm und privat. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, inkl. Salz, Pfeffer und Öl zum Kochen. Zum Duschen gibt es Seife und es sind ausreichend Handtücher, Decken und Polster vorhanden. Wir haben auch gratis Babybett, Hochstuhl und Willkommensgeschenke aus der Region bekommen! Tolles Apartment, tolle Vermieter - das Apartment ist zu empfehlen!

The welcoming gifts were a lovely addition and very much appreciated. The location was excellent - in the centre of town and amongst all amenities. Would most definitely stay again.

Nos dio consejos de qué visitar, dónde comer, etc...aparte de estar disponibles para cualquier cuestión tanto ella como Pedro. También se agradece entrar en el apartamento y encontrarte agua, una botella de vino, unas cervecitas y 2 pastelitos de nata. La ubicación es estupenda, en pleno centro, a un paso de las principales plazas y muy cerquita del puerto. En definitiva, un lugar para volver siempre!

Têm tudo o que é necessário para passar uns bons dias em Setúbal, senti apenas falta de um ferro de engomar, posso não ter reparado onde estava. O pátio é um sítio muito agradável de se estar.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025El apartamento muy bien ubicado, en el centro y con aparcamiento publico muy cerca. El apartamento muy completo y la cocina con todos los detalles y todo muy limpio y nuevo. Pedro y Magda encantadores y muy detallistas. Lo recomiendo para una familia de 4 o 2 parejas. Además la terraza estupenda, para tomarte un cafe o una copa fuera.
No hubo nada que no me gustara del mismo. Tiene escalera, pero es un primer piso y es muy cómoda de subir.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Os anfitriões foram excelentes. Receberam-nos com 1 bolo, 1 garrafa de vinho e 1 de água. Toda a estadia sempre muito atenciosos. O apartamento está todo remodelado e tem tudo o que possamos precisar. A localização é excelente, fica mesmo na baixa de Setúbal.
A única coisa que podíamos apontar foi o calor que estava e a ventoinha de um dos não tinha tanta potência como a outra. Nada mais a apontar.

W kuchni mieliśmy do dyspozycji kawę, herbatę, lód w zamrażarce. W łazience kosmetyki do mycia. Wszystkiego pod dostatkiem. Zmywarka i pralka ze środkami do mycia i prania. Naprawdę wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. No i taras ze stołem i fotelami... Mieszkanie w centrum Setubal, wszędzie blisko. Polecamy z całego serca...

Reviewed Jul 3, 2025Pedro y Magda superaron hasta las mejores expectativas como anfitriones; te ofrecen absolutamente todo lo que puedas necesitar y no tienes que andar comprando las cosas básicas( aceite , sal, todo para limpieza y lavado..como en casa) como en el 99%de los alojamientos. La casa está super limpia y es preciosa, el patio muy agradable. Y la ubicación es perfecta. Además , han cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle para informarnos de todo lo que hay que ver, hacer y conocer de Setúbal, información de mucho valor, desde dónde y cómo aparcar, hasta qué playas visitar o a qué restaurantes acudir. La atención, más familiar y eficaz que en cualquier 5 estrellas. Les estamos muy agradecidos por su excelente trabajo y sobre todo por su amabilidad.

They've messaged me in advanced and explained how to get there, have shared all the details and even more, advised where to park and where to go during my stay. They've gone above and beyond, very friendly and nice people! The stay itself was wonderful, the location is super central and the accommodation is stylish and new - felt like home! Tão logo entramos no prédio o cheiro é delicioso, cheira bem e a limpo! O apartamento é uma graça, organizado, bem decorado e equipado, perfeito para vários dias, como se estivéssemos em casa, tem tudo que é preciso ter! O terraço é amplo, acolhedor, perfeito para pequeno almoço ou jantares de verão. Localização fantástica, é mesmo no centro histórico, tem de tudo nas proximidades. Local para voltar sempre quando estivermos em Setúbal!
Gostamos de tudo! Apenas deixamos uma sugestão: uma ventoinha para cada quarto... somente mais esse detalhe para tornar a experiência 100% confortável!

Reviewed May 15, 2025hospitality of the hosts was amazing! such a lovely couple, they known a lot about setúbal, are really friendly and helpful. the apartment was very clean and safe. they even got us a bottle of whine, water, plentiful soaps, and what not(its to much for this review)... 12 out of 10! we traveled with our daughter of almost 2 and she had plenty of safe space to play in, even the balcony. we booked this apartment to relax after a stressful visit to another location, this gave us rest and comfort. we where so happy here, if we could've done our holiday over we booked this for the entire travel. again these people are amazing! thinking about traveling to Portugal? book this apartment!

Magda en Pedro zijn betrokken maar niet opdringerige hosts. ik was blij met de olie, peper, thee en koffie in de.goed uitgeruste keuken. de check in was uitgebreid, ik kreeg fantastische tips voor de omgeving en kan Palmela ook aanbevelen om heen te gaan. het bed lag stevig maar ook heel fijn.! de sfeer in de slaapkamers is warm en licht. ik heb er goed geslapen en had geen last van geluid buiten.

S a dovedit a fi un loc minunat in care sa ti petreci timpul, alaturi de gazde primitoare, calde si foarte empatice. Totul a fost conform asteptarilor noastre ba chiar am ramas foarte surprinsi de primirea frumoasa pe care ne au facut o la check in. Este un loc curat, cu toate resursele necesare si care te face sa te simti ca acasa. Multumim gazdelor pentru tot confortul pe perioada sederii si abia asteptam sa ne reintoarcem si la anul! Reviewed Mar 10, 2025Appartement très bien équipé et très propre, grand lit confortable, situé dans ruelle pietonne calme, joli patio avec meubles de jardin ensoleillé l après midi. L extrême gentillesse de la propriétaire, Magda.
L armoire-glace au dessus du lavabo dans salle de bain n est pas commode. Il ne devrait avoir que le miroir et pas l'armoire (qui gène pour se relever)Mais ça c est vraiment un petit détail.

The environment was safe and a perfect location to all the local activities. Magda and Pedro were the most fantastic hosts one could ask for. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I give this place a 10 plus… on a 5 point scale!!!

We spent 9 days at Magda’s lovely apartment and she made our stay as comfortable as possible. Magda gave us recommendations for places to visit and restaurants and any additional questions we’d have, she’d promptly get back to us. Would come back!

Reviewed Nov 26, 2024I strongly suggest this apartment to anyone coming to Setubal to have an outstanding and truly local experience! Pedro and Magda are doing an amazing job as hosts, explaining everything you might need to know about the apartment and the location! The apartment is very cozy, well-maintained, and suitable for a family of 3-4! Stunning balcony. All amenities are present. We didn't really need to buy anything extra since everything was provided and available. Overall - amazing and unforgettable experience! I wish every host could be like Pedro and Magda!

Reviewed Nov 24, 2024Wow, die Wohnung ist super in jeder Beziehung, auch was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich, es ist wirklich alles da, sogar Handcreme steht im Bad. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, jedoch ruhig, da keine Autos vorbei fahren. Die Möbel sowie das Bad sind neu und die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen großen schönen Balkon, welcher mit Möbeln bestückt ist....und der Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit, da wir nicht genau wussten wo wir hin mussten hat er uns abgeholt, anschließend mit 1 Fl. Wein u. Wasser begrüßt und uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. Meine Bewertung 11 von 10 Punkten ;)).

Reviewed Oct 27, 2024Magda und Pedro sind großartige Gastgeber. Wir haben zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse und man wohnt absolut zentral in der Altstadt. Es ist kaum zu glauben, dass es so zentral hier trotzdem so ruhig ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank!
