Reviewed Aug 8, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, a 2 minutos de la plaza central de Salento. Las camas muy cómodas. Limpieza excelente y personal muy amable.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que hay un motor que se enciende cuando usas la ducha y hace mucho ruido, pero te ofrecen tapones en el apartamento, es llevadero porque solo suena en ciertos momentos.

La habitación tenía un balcón que da a una calle en obras y el balcon no cierra porque la puerta es de metal y quedan como tres centrimetos entre la pared y la puerta y se escucha todo como si estuvieras en la calle y para cerrarlo se hace con un candado de motos. La bañera era grande y antigua y se quedaba el agua concentrada de la ducha y no se lo tragaba y se quedaba estancada. Tampoco te hacen la habitación ni un solo día. La habitación en general es bonita y bien ubicada pero creo que necesita reformar tanto los baños como la puerta del balcón para que no se escuchen ruidos

Very disappointing experience. There were hairs in the bed, which made us seriously question whether the sheets had even been changed. On top of that, we were charged twice for the same night and still haven't been refunded despite raising the issue. Poor cleanliness, poor service, and no resolution. I would not recommend staying here.

Attention les travaux dans la rue sont toujours en cours (mai2026) donc un peu de bruit le matin. Studio un peu humide, malgré purificateur d'air et ventilation.

Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt dass eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster/Haus ist. Es war sehr laut! Zudem war es in der Nacht sehr kalt, da die Isolierung sehr schlecht war und das Fenster immer einen Spalt offen.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Die Lage, das bemühte Personal und die Ausstattung des Appartements.
Leider hatten wir direkt vor der Eingangstüre eine Baustelle (wurde auch netterweise von der Gastgeberin angemerkt) und wir konnten daraufhin selbst entscheiden, ob wir bleiben wollen oder nicht. Hinzu kam, dass man ganz genau schauen muss, welches Appartement man bucht, denn ich bin davon ausgegangen (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen), dass wir die Massionette Wohnung bekommen. Leider war das aber nicht der Fall. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen viel zu klein und total hart, laut und unbequem. Zuletzt muss ich noch anmerken, dass man auf so kleinen Raum, definitiv keine 4 Stühle benötigt. Diese haben uns nur unnötig den Platz versperrt. Ein letzter Punkt: es gibt eine Katze, die es schafft, bei einem minimal geöffneten Schiebefenster in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Wen es nicht stört und Katzen liebt und nicht gerade noch eine Allergie hat, sollte das kein Problem sein. Die Katze wurde vermutlich schon von zu vielen Gästen verwöhnt:)

Het was best gehorig en ze waren aan de weg aan het werk voor het appartement, maar dat had de host ook aangegeven vlak voor verblijf. De lakens waren synthetisch, wat ik niet fijn vind, vooral niet als je het wat warmer hebt, maar misschien is dat voorkeur.

La atención del anfitrión es muy destacable, súper cordial y amable, estuvieron atentos y a disposición en todo momento! Todo está muy limpio, ordenado y es de fácil acceso. Está súper bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la plaza central, paseo de artesanos y salida de Willys al Cocora y coffe tours. Además te proporcionan contacto con traslados especiales que son impecables! Lo súper recomiendo y sin dudas los volveré a elegir!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025We loved our stay at Hope Aparta Lofts. Our room was perfect for a couple for 2 nights. The decor is lovely, it was very clean and comfortable. The host was also great at communicating and providing clear instructions.
The place is only a short 5 min walk from the main square which is convenient. Only thing is the street isn't fully paved so Uber can only access it from one end - not a problem at all but something to keep in mind.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Apartamento muy completo y acogedor. Ubicación muy buena. Cama cómoda. Cocina completa y lavadora (en nuestro caso no la usamos). Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión y muy amable.
Solo hay una ventana ubicada en el piso de arriba lo que hace menos agradable el piso inferior. Hay que subir escaleras (tanto para acceder como dentro del apartamento; para nosotros no fue un problema). Muy ruidoso el ventilador del baño. Los estores de las ventanas no aíslan del todo la luz. Faltaría alguna toalla extra (para el pelo por ejemplo). Mucho ruido de madrugada porque hay gallos alrededor.

Entra troppa luce dalla finestra e c’è proprio un lampione di fronte. Il vetro della finestra é molto fino e si sentono molto i rumori.

Podías escuchar el ruido de otras habitaciones, también cuando prendían la luz, se alumbraba parte de la nuestra. Sería bueno que pusieran aire acondicionado. Del resto todo ok.

Mancanza di vere finestre: solo due piccole aperture, una in bagno e una in camera da letto, che rendevano il ricambio d’aria complicato. Probabilmente altre stanze della stessa struttura (come quelle mostrate nelle foto) offrono condizioni migliori.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Precioso y moderno. Super tranquilo pero a 4 minutos de la plaza. La atención de la propiedad muy buena y honesta. Yo aparqué el coche en la misma puerta pero si no eres un poco hábil con el coche es mejor no entrar en esa calle porque no está completamente asfaltada.
El aspersor del baño suena muchísimo cada vez que das la luz es una tontería pero sería algo a mejorar.

Falta aire acondicionado, no tiene frigobar, entra mucha luz por la ventana, la cortina es muy fina. Dicen que no puedes hacer ruido y los vecinos hacen ruido todo el día, no se puede descansar bien. Cama chica para matrimonio. Ducha que tiene poca agua caliente y poca fuerza el agua.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025De prachtige, gedetailleerde inrichting van het appartement. Overal is over nagedacht. De bedden lagen fijn en op de bedbank kon je ook goed slapen.
De wasmachine was niet schoon, de kleding kwam er niet fris uit. Verder was er geen warm water in de keuken. Toch lastig als je wilt afwassen. Dit hebben we opgelost door een grote pan met water te koken en dat als afwasbak te gebruiken.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025Prima appartement aan de rand van het stadje. De kleinere appartementen zijn prima uitgerust. Maar klein (ook qua keuken). Verwacht er dus geen hele maaltijden te kunnen bereiden. Maar eigen ontbijt en lunch ging prima. Zeer behulpzame host.
Helaas werd er naast het appartement gebouwd. Dat gaf wat overlast, maar is vast snel afgerond en dan keert de rust vast weer terug.

Alleen de betaling, lastig dat het niet van je creditcard via booking kan worden betaald. Ter plaatse moet het cash of met ene overschrijving maar van een Belgische bank in Pesos niet eenvoudig. Maar ja de eigenaar probeert alles en is super vriendelijke en vol vertrouwen.
