Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The place was great. The staff members were so kind with a smile on their face and always there to help us. The location was a little bit off because it was like one hour with the bus from the centre of Madrid but it’s okay. It was clean it was cozy. Everything was just great. Also the breakfast was so filled with options. I didn’t know what to choose sometimes.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
The room could have been better soundproofed, as there was some noise from outside and other guests. Also, the location is a little far from the city centre, although public transport makes it easy to get around.

The bed were too much hostel like. I was surprised of the staff not speaking more languages. My Spanish is sadly only "duolingo" currently. However, having worked in the industry , I feel all front desk staff should be multi-lingual (English/German/French/or Dutch) would have helped with our group of 10. For those staff member that did speak English- we did appreciate the help with uber-eats!
