Reviewed Sep 6, 2026This villa is absolutely amazing! The owner has thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay — even a beach umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver! The views are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, and both the house itself and the entire garden are designed with relaxation in mind. Everything feels cosy, peaceful, and welcoming. Honestly, it was almost a shame to leave the villa to go sightseeing! We absolutely loved spending time there and would happily come back.
There were a few ants in the kitchen, but we were able to keep them away simply by storing our food properly. Given the location and the type of property, this is quite normal and really just a minor detail that did not affect our overall impression of the villa at all.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2024La casa è stata una piacevole sorpresa, molto curata e ben pulita. Gli spazi esterni sono perfetti per una vacanza rilassante. Abbiamo adorato il terrazzo con una splendida vista mare. Staff molto accogliente, ci torneremo!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2023Das Haus verfügt über alles was man im Urlaub benötigt: die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es ist sehr groß und ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind sehr groß und laden ein die schöne Landschaft und ein kleines Stück Meer zu genießen. Die Oliven- und Zitronenbäume im Garten sind typisch für die sizilianische Landschaft und man fühlt sich wahnsinnig wohl darin. Auch die Dachterrasse lädt ein den Blick in die Ferne zu richten und zu genießen. Im ganzen Haus hat man nach kurzer Zeit das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein. Es ist echt empfehlenswert : )
Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Man muss definitiv mit dem Auto unterwegs sein. Wenn man den Berg runter fährt, in ungefähr 1,5 bis 2 km ist der Strand von Guidaloca, der zum Baden und verweilen einlädt.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2023Sono un genius 3° livello. Case e ville affittate a decine..... questa è una delle migliori. Privacy assoluta, condizionata e con vasto giardino attorno. Dotazione completa di stoviglie.
Gestore poco presente, si è presentato x consegna chiavi con 40 min. di ritardo. Letti duri con materassi a molle non confortevoli. Mancanza canali Mediaset. Spiaggia vicina "La Playa" con molti ciotoli perciò piedi in uscita dal mare doloranti. Noi abbiamo preferito spostarci a San Vito Lo Capo x balneazione.
