The breakfast was delicious in a beautiful dining room. The staff were friendly kind and super helpful The room was clean modern and the location was amazing right on the harbour we wished we had stayed another night

Breakfast was the only disappointing thing- and it was good , just not excellent- so self service but no fresh fruit salad or cappucnino ( though i suppose you could ask for one ) and a bit busy with 28 rooms descending at once. But it was still good. You need to park the car up the hill as it's a pedestrianised road at night but the hotel are very helpful with this.

Breakfast was ok, not outstanding . But it was still good . All about the coffee really , given we are in Italy , expected more options

La fermeté de la literie, La chambre, trop rudimentaire, Le parking, il faut payer 10€ à chaque fois que vous voulez déplacer votre voiture. Sinon - Il y a des places juste devant l’hôtel (gratuites) mais bien trop peu. - il y a également un parking gratuit à 7-10 minutes à pieds de l’hôtel. Des bruits qui proviennent de la douche.

Le camere troppo piccole e chip per un hotel 4 stelle e la sala colazione al chiuso!!! Hanno uno splendido spazio all’aperto non sfruttato! Dovrebbero mettere tavoli, sedie ed ombrelloni!!! Inoltre della piscina senti la puzza di cloro prima ancora di capire dove si trova!

We got so lucky with helpful staff who drove us in complimentary car to the markets due to heat wave , set up a screen to watch World Cup football ⚽️ so nice at breakfast made wonderful omelette and fresh coffee wonderful Alessandra at reception who booked us taxi and helped us with anything .

Situé devant la marina parmi les restaurants et animations. La piscine en hauteur avec un coin spa est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très varié et complet avec de beaux et bons produits.

J’aurais apprécié une bouteille d’eau fraîche d’accueil au vu du prix de la chambre comme il y a souvent maintenant dans les hôtels. Le fait de devoir payer en plus 10€/jour pour stationner la voiture dans un hôtel à proximité (nous n’avions pas l’info) Notre chambre était sur un « patio » ( donc avec supplément) qui donnait sur l’escalier de passage des clients et collée à une extraction d’air nauséabonde.

L'Hotel è in una posizione strategica, a due passi dal porto turistico da dove partono le varie escursioni con le barche e dove si posso noleggiare le barche per una gita in mare. Inoltre si trova accanto ai migliori ristoranti della zona e a due passi dal corso principale. La pulizia delle stanze e di tutta la struttura è ai massimi livelli. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend fantastico, tra piscina e aperitivi vari. La colazione è assolutamente da 10 e lode, offre di tutto sia per quanto riguarda la colazione dolce che quella salata e tutto molto buono

Amazing location right on the water! There’s noise at night but the windows are very soundproof and I didn’t hear a thing. It’s not super modern but very comfy and nice. Lovely pool area too. Breakfast is was good too.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the main street in the harbour, but considering this, there was no noise. The court yard that the rooms opened out to was lovely so you felt like there was a lot of space and of course the pool too was welcomed. Staff on reception were lovely and helpful and at breakfast, with a large range of options.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The pool area was a real bonus and kept immaculately clean. Breakfast was lovely with lots of sweet and savoury options. Staff at reception were really friendly.

Tout était parfait. Très belle chambre, confortable et très calme. Belle piscine et super petit déjeuner.

Loved the location. Site is clean, modern. Staff were excellent. Great breakfast included. Pool area was great for that “siesta” mid afternoon. Close to restaurants and bars and short walk to beach and old town. Although parking not on site they arranged great alternative close by.

This hotel has mixed reviews depending a lot on which room you are given. As a party of 5 we had 3 rooms which varied but all were clean, serviced every day, large fluffy towels, mini fridge in all, excellent showers and comfy beds. The hotel rooms are located over 3 floors there is a lift. There are steps up to the breakfast room where a large selection of breakfast items are served including eggs and bacon. More steps take you to the pool and sun loungers but not much shade is provided. I would not recommend this hotel/town to anyone with mobility problems as the whole area is full of steep steps. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. the hotel looks like its had a makeover as lots of things look new. We had a wonderful holiday here thank you.

Cadre magnifique en plein cœur de ville, sur le port. La piscine est rafraîchissante. Petit déjeuner 100% italien et très copieux. Un sans faute !

Everything was great. Apparently it can become louder on weekends - luckily staff prepared ear plugs in our room, and to be honest the window was sound-proofed.

Bellissimo hotel ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di un'antica tonnara e quindi situato direttamente sul lungomare/porto di Castellammare e vicinissimo al castello. Splendido il panorama che abbiamo potuto ammirare dai due balconcini della nostra camera. Sia le stanze che le parti comuni dell'hotel sono molto pulite e curate ed anche il giardino interno dove si trova la piscina è molto bello. Le vie del centro storico sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi tramite scale. Personale cordiale e disponibile che ci ha fornito utili informazioni. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: la scelta sia dolce che salata è davvero ottima e abbondante. Peccato esserci fermati solo una notte...

Una delicia de hotel, tal como muestran las fotos de su página. Una decoración preciosa, un desayuno increíble (variado y de calidad), unas instalaciones impecables, todo muy cómodo... ¡perfecto! La ubicación, al borde del pequeño puerto, también añade encanto (y merece la pena reservar habitación con vistas). El personal amabilísimo y muy atento a cualquier necesidad o petición. El párking está en otro hotel muy cerca.

A localização do hotel é excelente, bem à beira do porto. O hotel é um charme, com uma vista maravilhosa da baía. Restaurantes muito bons ao lado do hotel. Eu simplesmente amei esse local! O café da manhã é excelente com muita variedade. Ao longo do porto há várias opções de passeios de barco, utilizamos o que fica bem em frente ao hotel, o da Rafaela, que é um amor de pessoa. O hotel fica bem localizado para passeios para passeios nas redondezas.

Das Zimmer mit dem kleinen Balkon zum Hafen. Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr schön und hat gut zum gesamten Stadbild gepasst. Die Lage war für Ausflüge (mit Boot oder Auto) perfekt und auch die Auswahl an Restaurants / Bars war super.

Etwas lauter dadurch, dass wir das Zimmer Richtung Hafen hatten. (Der Ausblick entschädigt dafür aber)

The hotel is well situated at the harbor. The breakfast is good and the help efficient. The hotel is quite pretty. However——Room 107 was the last room available or we would have immediately moved. Upon entry, the room had a bad odor and the bathroom even worse- not exactly mildew, but stale and not good. The room was very dark with a small window to the courtyard but the way the shutter was set, you couldn’t even see the sky - dreary. Other rooms we saw had better windows and some had lovely views of the harbor. I’m sure 107 is the worst room in the place! Too bad for us! No bottled waters offered either which seemed standard at every other hotel we visited in Sicily. I would not book this place again.

Struttura splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli e situata in una posizione meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima, comoda e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Staff estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. Colazione ottima e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e di qualità.

Très bel hôtel emplacement idéal près du port. Équipement de très bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner excellent dans une salle agréable. De l’hôtel on accède en quelques marches plus haut au centre de Castelmare . Avec vue magnifique du Port. Je vous conseille une sortie en bateau de quatre heures pour découvrir la côte les grottes et longer les côtes du parc national de Zingaro et la possibilité de vous baigner dans une eau turquoise.
