Easy access. City center. Private balcony. No hassle.

No outside furniture to enjoy the balcony (even if previous comments said that and host response was that they will look into that) As well as for the pillows who felt like 2 tiny cotton buds....

The location was excellent and just a short walk to the centre. We got the 24 hour ticket for €12 and used it very well as this ticket does all buses, trams, ferries in zone 1 which is all you'll need to explore the city. The apartment was very secure and safe. The balcony would have been nice to chill on in nice weather. The accommodation was in a busy area with loads of really nice places to eat. Being on the 6th floor meant you didn't have any street noise affecting you. There was a very efficient lift to hand. The use of the washing machine was class and made a huge difference to our travelling. The use of the shower gels and shampoo was a nice touch. There was also a travel adaptor in one of the sockets.

A clothes horse that could be put out on the balcony would be a great touch. While we were very happy with the general cleanliness of the property, under the bed needs a little clean. The pillows possibly need upgrading.

Description said street parking but the street itself had no parking and other streets have limited parking. Not advisable to come here with a car. No chairs to sit on the balcony

La habitación no la limpiaron en semanas, debajo la cama estaba increíblemente sucio. El baño se nota que tampoco lo limpian bien, aún siendo usado por muchas personas. Si ofrecen un servicio debería de estar limpio.

Very nice view from the balcony. A bit complicated but still clear and quick check-in. Close to grocery store and street with bars and cafes. The room and other ooms of the apartment were clean. There was even a rack for drying the clothes, dish washer and washing machine.

The kitchen was missing a sponge for washing the dishes. There were also no paper towels and only the most basic pots.

Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht sauber – es wurde weder gesaugt noch gewischt. Ich habe daher selbst erst einmal alles gereinigt. Das war natürlich nicht ideal. Positiv hervorzuheben ist aber die sehr zentrale Lage. Für den Preis insgesamt in Ordnung, auch wenn die Sauberkeit definitiv verbessert werden sollte.

La ubicación

No estaba tan limpio cuando llegamos

The flat was very clean, smelled nice and quite. Never seen or heard other people. The flat itself in a city center, and it was easy to get by from train station to flat, but also to see most popular spots.

It was not really clearly advertised as shared,we found out from the review later. It would be better if it would be clearly advertised as shared, and said what of the stuff in the flat are for common use.

Great location and great view, easy access with self check-in, easy and smooth communication with host. Comfortable and convenient, very good value for money.

The apartment was in an excellent location close to local amenities and attractions. The view from the balcony was lovely. The bedroom itself was clean and tidy.

There was no furniture or seating on the balcony which was a huge shame we were unable to sit out there and enjoy the lovely view, so some chairs or outdoor seating would be a great addition. The owners or other guests in the apartment with us were very loud on our first night and there was a lot of banging which meant we struggled to get a good night's sleep due to the noise. The pillows were also very thin and not at all comfortable, so new pillows which are thicker or additional pillows would be beneficial. The hand soap in the bathroom had run out and had not been replaced and the bathroom bin was full and overflowing when we got there and was not emptied at all during our stay. So I feel more attention was needed in the bathroom. The hallway smelt strongly of cigarette smoke on a few occasions also. We were a little disappointed with our stay and feel that given the price it was not good value for money.

Man hat ein Zimmer in einer art WG und keine eigene Wohnung das muss einem klar werden es wohnen weitere Personen dort und teilt dich das bad und die küche wobei bei der Küche nur bestimmte Uhrzeiten möglich sind Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nur per Telefon Umständliche Schlüssel Abholung ca 1 km entfernt

Il bagno non era molto pulito. Non sono state fatte le pulizie al nostro arrivo. Capisco che sia condiviso con i proprietari ma almeno farlo trovare pulito all’arrivo degli ospiti sarebbe gradito.

La habitación y el baño son grandes, aunque el baño sea compartido. La cocina también se comparte, pero Jonatan nos indicó que podíamos usarla cuando quisiéramos. No tuvimos ningún problema a la hora de hacer el check Out, ya que nos íbamos muy pronto y la tienda donde recoges las llaves no abría hasta las nueve. Se encargó Jonathan de llevarlas después.

Buena ubicación

No especifica que el baño es compartido. Eso es lo peor. Las pelusas corrían por debajo de la cama a sus anchas. Limpieza muy mejorable. Las llaves se encuentran en una tienda a cuatrocientos metros de la casa.

Location. The host was easy to contact and communication. The normal check out time was 09:00 and the host offered 11:00 which also delayed to 13:00 that was very nice.

1. 18:00 is to late to check in. Though the host did say there is someone to check out late. But normally 18:00 is too late for any hotel or apartment, 2. The pillows are too soft and not supportive. 3. Most important that the place needs a good clean.

The biggest plus was the location.

*The bathroom was not marked as shared at the time of the booking, even though it was shared. *The kitchen was not properly equipped, for example,there were no cups to make tea or no kettle. *Trash can in the room didn't have trash bags. The trash can in the bathroom was full when we arrived and kept piling up throughout our stay. *The common areas were not properly clean. *There was no mirror in the room, not a single chair or a hook for towels, you basically have to sit on the bed or the floor. *It said in the booking that there would be hair dryer. Even though there was one,it was stored under the sink, covered in dust and cleaning supplies. *The balcony is semi-privat, other room has windows to the balcony.

Lovely apartment in central Oslo! The location of this apartment is ideal- really close to the city centre but also in a nice quiet area. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless at all times, and our hosts were great too! Super friendly and helpful (thanks Jonatan and Halvor!), and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone coming to Oslo!

Aside of the Location and the balcony,nothing else!

Im not sure if the host is living on the other room because I havent see him, but the person living on that room is so annoying, He is slamming the doors both his room door, bathroom door, and the kitchen door, Also Our room doesn’t have garbage bin, the pillow and comforter smell something ,so disgusting!

It was close to the center and very clean. The host was nice and recommended some places to visit. I enjoyed my stay there and I was quite comfortable.

The beds were made and the owners let us have the place for the night. The area has a ton of places you can go to and it's very easy access to the place! Shared some fun memories while staying there with my cousin. It even started snowing on the balcony. Overall very recommended, if u dont mind sharing it with the owners! And a huge thanks to them for having us :)

Really nice view of the city from the Balcony. Host was really nice and even gave us some Norwegian Soda to try. Had everything we needed, bed was comfy, room was warm after coming in from the cold, bathroom had everything you need and was very easy to get too.

The hosts were super kind and made everything easy for us. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. The place was clean, comfy, and had nice little touches. Would definitely stay here again!
