Fantastic location right next to the bus stop to get to the Ounasvaara ski resort and Santa's Village. The apartment was very comfortable with lots of extra blankets and a super well-stocked kitchen (they even had aluminum foil!) The hosts were kind enough to let us check in a couple hours early because the apartment was already ready. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Well fitted studio and comfortable apartment. Host is very helpful too. Good location and quiet. The AirPort Express bus stop is just on the corner which is also where you can catch the Santa Village Express. Supermarket about 80m up the road and I was able to find vegan and gluten free options.

Das Apartement ist sehr groß, sauber und komfortabel; es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Insofern kann man hier auch sehr gut einen mehrwöchigen Urlaub verbringen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist zentral, 10 Meter von der Haustür sind Bushaltestellen, an der alle wichtigen Buslinien halten. Das City Center ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Vom Balkon aus konnte ich trotz der Lichter der Stadt und des dunstigen Wetters tanzende Nordlichter beobachten. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Die Infos mit den Zugangsdaten und dem Pkw-Stellplatz wurden weit im Voraus übersendet, sogar mit Screenshots. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für eure Gastfreundschaft, Petri!

Struttura in posizione centralissima.. tutto a due passi a piedi, comodissimo. Appartamento pulito, dotato di tutti i confort.. ci siamo trovati benissimo.

とにかく綺麗でした！ 手が行き届いているなぁという印象です。 食器や調理器具も揃っていて助かりました。 オーナーが準備してくださったのか、前の宿泊者の方が置いていったのか定かではないですが、ちょっとした調味料も備わっていました。 オーナーの方も事前に鍵の受け渡しの仕方について連絡をくださったり、チェックアウト時のお願いも連絡をくださったり、とても丁寧でした。オーナーの方のセンスだと思いますが、インテリアがおしゃれで可愛く、素敵な空間でした。クッションや枕も柔らかくふわふわで気持ちよかったです。 外に出て通りに出て数十秒歩くと、サンタクロース村行きのバス停もありとても便利でした。

時期が時期であったため仕方ないのですが、料金が高いこと。どうしてもヘルシンキ滞在中の宿泊金額と比べると高く感じてしまいます。ただこの時期にこの値段で立地の良いところに宿泊できたのはラッキーなのかなと思っています。

Posizione centrale, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. L'host Petri è molto gentile e disponibile. Precise e utilissime anche le istruzioni per il self check-in. Parcheggio auto incluso vicino all'ingresso del palazzo.

Cosy warm apartment in a great location!Few minutes walk from the town ! Very clean and and all that you would need was in the apartment ,decoration was cute too !and the snowy view from the balcony ! Host was great too and helped me out a lot 🙏

Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación y las instalaciones. Tiene todo lo necesario y esta muy bien.

Por sacarle algún defecto, teniendo en cuenta que soy muy friolera, tuve un poco de frío ya que la calefacción es central y no la puedes regular. En cambio, mi hermana estaba en la gloria.

The place was exactly what we expected. Really clean and comfortable to stay in the city. We were able to cook and walk to the main street. The parking was easy as well. Check in and check out were staright forward as well.

Self check-in instructions were easy to follow and the location was convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped

The bathroom was very small, with no space to keep your clothes dry while using the shower. There were no curtains and only thin blinds, so it was quite light all night. We were only left one roll of toilet paper so we had to ask them to bring another roll (which they did promptly)

Great apartment in the city, very close to everything. Great communication with the owner also. Would definitely recommend this place and I hope to return some day.

Appartamento ben attrezzato, vicinissimo alle vie principali di Rovaniemi. Proprietario gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile.

사실 로바니에미 시내는 좁아서 시내 안이면 어디를 골라도 다 도보로 다닐 만 합니다. 그래도 위치는 아주 좋았고 조리 공간도 있고 소금, 설탕, 간장, 후추, 올리브유 등 기본적인 양념도 있습니다. 방 청소도 청결했고 화장실도 바닥 물기가 빨리 말라서 좋았습니다. 침대도 편했고 2인용이라 그런지 1인용 이불을 2개 줘서 아주 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다.

한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 3일 숙박인데 수건을 인당 한 세트씩만 주셨던 점입니다.

Eine sehr gemütliche, zentrale Wohnung in Rovanimie. Der Besitzer war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und antwortet blitzschnell. Es war sogar möglich unsere Koffer vorher unterzubringen, bis wir einchecken durften. Da ich schwanger bin, hat mir das sehr geholfen. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben sehr gut schlafen können. Die Küche hat alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super zentral, wir haben zu Fuß alles erreichen können, ob Supermarkt oder Restaurants.

We stayed for 2 days, it was very comfy and the apartment was very clean. The house got everything you need! Definitely worth it.

The property is very clean especially the bathroom. They provide daily amenities so you will feel like home. Everything there works well. The building also has an elevator so you need to drag your luggages to the top floor. I will definitely stay here again if i am back to Rovaniemi someday.

La ubicación es increíblemente buena, con la parada del bus para ir a Santa Claus village, al aeropuerto o a la estación de tren a solo 20 metros del portal, girar la esquina y ya. y además a 3-4 minutos andando a la plaza central

L'appartamento è ben fornito e spazioso per due persone in rapporto al prezzo in sè e paragonato ai concorrenti. La posizione è molto buona, centrale e vicina ad alcune fermate degli autobus locali.

Dificil recoger la llave. Con el frio es complicado abrir el cajetin y marcar los códigos. La explicación es incompleta y tube que llamar al propietario. Suerte que salio una vecina y me ayudó

monolocale perfetto. arredamento artico, che ti permette l'immediata immersione nel territorio. piccino, funzionale, pulito, ordinato. fin troppi dettagli, dal ferro da stiro, alla triplice macchina da caffè (moka, french press, americano), alla lavastoviglie. lo abbiamo adorato! (non fatevi ingannare dalla mancanza del box doccia: la pendenza del pavimento è studiata alla perfezione, e il bagno non si bagna minimamente). consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento era fornito di tutti gli utensili da cucina (bollitore, tostapane, forno a microonde), di un'ottima smart tv, di una cassa Bluetooth e di un angolo lettura. L'appartamento era caldo, nonostante i - 30 gradi all'esterno, accogliente e il bagno dotato di un pavimento riscaldato in bagno. Ottima esperienza!

Everything was great. Petri was an excellent host and gave us all the facilities. The accommodation has all you can need for a comfortable stay in Rovaniemi and it's located next to shops and restaurants.
