Could have more blankets and pillows. Overall Cleaning was very disappointing. Encrusted dirt on shower, shower curtain, kitchen cabinets and kitchen appliances. Random out of date products in the kitchen and bathroom. We were disappointed considering people reviews the apartment as very clean.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Quiet apartment in the middle of Rovaniemi with all services in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable and communication with the owner was swift and clear.
Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned well incl. finding a fake fingernail and old fries in the living room, bathroom could use a deepl clean and beer stains/smell and old food in the fridge. Ideal for a short stay for in Rovaniemi, would be great for longer stays if actually clean.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025We had an excellent stay at this apartment. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and very clear. Jukka even helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The instructions to access the building and the apartment were simple to follow, and everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The building is well-maintained, the sauna worked perfectly, and the whole place was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed our stay there. We even wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Saavuimme perille hieman 22.30 jälkeen, reilu 700 km ajettuna - ja yllätys oli melkoinen, sillä asunto oli siivoamatta. Sängyssä likaiset lakanat ja kylpyhuoneessa likaiset pyyheliinat lattialla. Majoittajaan sai nopeasti yhteyden ja hän tuli vaihtamaan lakanat ym. Virheitä sattuu, eipä siinä mitään. Majoittajan lupaama hyvitys on tainnut kiireessä unohtua.

It was great to have a washing machine, but difficult to dry a load (or half a load) of washing with the small airer provided.

There is a lovely balcony which can enjoy the Sunshine or even Aurora. The owner is kind to let us check out few minutes late to catch up the bus in the neary by bus stop.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2023Only 10 minutes from SCV, easy to find off the main road. A very quiet area and underground parking was available. Warm and cosy in a nice neighborhood. The apartment was on the third floor and serviced by a lift. The host was always very prompt with responses. The apartment was great value for money.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2023The flat is warm and feels like home. The sauna is a huge extra. Finland is crazy expensive, I suggest to shop from Minimani which is 15 minutes away. If you go to Santa’s Village the bus stop is right on the corner, train station not far away. Main square also within short walking distance.
We loved our stay in Rovaniemi, there is nothing I could say here.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2023The apartment is cozy, the location is great in the city center. We had a problem only finding the keys but it is solved quite quickly! The sauna was amazing after long walks freezing outside! I definitely reccomend this place who is planning to visit Rovaniemi!
The apartment temperature was not so high, and iy was impossible the change it. We felt a bit cold during the nights. Other than that there was no problem.

It was very cold indoors. Bed was hard and blankets thin. You are also asked to take out your trash and do the dishes before you leave. I think it was not worth the price.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2022The apartment is located in the center of the city within walking distance from the bus and train station, from Arktikum and from shopping centers. The street is very quiet at night. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything one might need: an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and even a sauna. The sound isolation is perfect and if the windows are closed, you'll not hear any street noise. The communication with the host was very good and he answered all my questions during the stay. I'd recommend the apartment to others and would stay there again!
